I'M SO HAPPY THEY OPENED UP! I've been waiting for YEARS for PDQ to come to my area, and now they're here! I love their food, their service and everything about the company. Everything is so good and tasty! I took the Husbeast there, and we both got the chicken salad, I added almonds, We ordered an order of three chicken tenders and a side of their parmesan and garlic broccoli. The wait was hardly any time and everything we got was piping hot (Except the salads) and extra tasty. I like that they have a sauce bar, that makes getting extra dressing - THE RANCH IS TO DIE FOR - easier and you don't have to go up to the counter. The buns were old and it tasted like the chicken was too and was a very small chicken sandwich for eight dollars a piece this place is ridiculous. They are price gouging and getting away with it. PDQ is unlike any other fried chicken restaurant I've been to. They have a wide variety of salads and dressing options (think blueberry vinegarette) and sauce options (6 or more). The sauces are all self serve and you can try all you want. The creamy garlic sauce was the best in my opinion. I split chicken tenders and 2 orders of zuchinni fries with my mom. So happy to have PDQ in Trinity. Now I can get my chicken fix without having to drive to Wesley Chapel. They have yummy sandwiches and sauces. My only complaint is that they don't have bowls at this location, which is my go-to. I hope they add them to their menu in the future. So instead of a bowl, I had the crispy chicken salad, which was surprisingly good and I will make that my new regular at this location. It comes with honey mustard, but is even better if you add Sweet Siracha sauce as well. Customer service was on point. Everyone was very friendly. And I will certainly be back! read more

They no longer have the pimento crunch sandwich which is the main reason to go there. A family of three can do better for the price at the competition. Quality is still good but when they delete the one thing that makes them different and charge a third more, then I don't have much incentive to return. read more

My favorite part about my first and most recent visit is how incredibly friendly and helpful all of the staff was. The chicken tenders were great and they let me try so many dipping sauces. Chipotle bbq is my favorite! I also tried the zucchini fries and honey mustard 'slaw; everything was very tasty. I love PDQ in general. I've been to numerous locations around the Tampa area. I was excited when this one was opening as it was so much closer to my home! It being my pregnancy craving, I was stoked! However, I've been disappointed every single time I've gone. I'd almost rather make the drive to the citrus park or Dale Mabry. The biggest problem is items being left out. I even went through my order with them at the pickup window again on their screen and they assured me they had it right, then had me pull up, presumably to get off their timer. When my food was finally brought out, my kids were at their wits end and I just wanted to get home so I left and upon arriving home, realized that once again, they'd forgotten items. As far as service goes, I'd say it's surprisingly sub par for a brand new store and PDQ standard. The only exceptional employee I've encountered is Maddy. Everyone else is definitely less than great customer service wise. I'm not expecting them to be incredible, but at least function.
