I'm voting passionately that this may be my least favorite KFC in the city by far. I always get their spicy chicken wings and every time no matter what time of the day I come to this location there is always a 10 minute wait on the wings. So this time I happen to ask the nice young lady at the drive through as to why this is? I asked her if it is always a cook to order and why they never have any in stock. She replied "after 7pm we don't and it's cook to order" I asked if this is posted anywhere and she replied it's the general rule. Friendly cashiers that will greet you and take your order quickly, however, the food took a little while to come out (maybe 10-12 min) but the chicken was fresh, juicy and steaming hot when I received it and that never happens at KFC or most fast food places for that matter! It was definitely worth the wait, especially because the batter was extra crispy and tasty! The parking lot seemed a little dark so be careful when coming here at night. I'm not a big fan of KFC and was close to writing off Colonel Harland Sanders. That was until I tried their Classic Chicken Sandwich. It's perfect. A large piece of chicken, seasoned perfectly with pickles and Mayo on a soft bun. Couldn't ask for more. The seasoned fries were a bit too spicy for my taste. This KFC location is ridiculous, walking into the lobby the doors were locked and mind you it was only 9:25, on the door it says the lobby closes at 10:00 pm, so we went into the drive thru and they tell us they ran out of chicken. The question is why would you lock the lobby if the lobby closes at 10pm??? Saying you "ran out of chicken" in the drive thru, I see this as pure laziness just not to drop chicken. Now the fun begins.....I pay and the ORDER Says "Please pull around front, we're waiting on the popcorn chicken" ME; "How long" ORDER; "15 minutes or less".....pull around. My son went to KFC 5pm on 12/23/20 to pick up an order for me. When he got home the order was wrong. I called KFC and spoke to a wonderful woman named Anna who said she would REPLACE the order correctly. My son went at around 7:30 to pick up the replacement order and when he got home the order was missing my 2 extra crispy thighs. I tried to call back immediately and could not get through for two hours because it was constantly busy. I finally got through at 9:30 pm and asked for a manager and the man said speaking. I tried to explain that the replacement order was missing 2 extra crispy thighs, but he wouldn't let me talk. He refused to give me his name, he just kept insisting that the replacement order was correct and said I'm not getting anymore chicken and hung up. I called back and a Latina woman answered. I started to explain about the replacement order and she said you must be the scammer trying to get free chicken. I told her I will be reporting her and her manager to corporate and she said to me I don't give a F*ck. I told her that I'm purifying on Social media how I was treated and again she said "I don't give a F*ck". This location has never been great, however they went from being hit N miss to just bad each time over the past year or so... Chicken Tonight was - Super Greasy, possibly re-cooked or something, the meat was slimy and greasy inside! The underside of the skin was partly missing and spotted on all the parts of the meat. The wings looked like roadkill! They never get the order right, but its so standard at this location usually its the least of the problems.. People go here to save the drive elsewhere, but we will not anymore! KFC has a great product, and if i ordered food late at night i could expect older food, but this was 7pm on a Friday night! Man I don't like writing bad reviews but I hate it when I order something expecting everything to be in the bag but to find out once I'm home that certain items are missing. I ordered a go cup, chicken little and a $5 fill up 3 chicken tenders. For some reason when I was getting my drink I decided to throw away my receipt before grabbing my food. But I remember it showing their FLG sauce and cookie was included. I came home and the two items was not in the bag. I really wanted to try that sauce FLG sauce too cuz I don't think I had it before. My father wanted hot wings from KFC for Father's Day. Last minute. Around dinner time. For whatever reason, it's always difficult lately to get hot wings from KFC. I dreaded the wait that I'd be facing (or worse - that there wouldn't be any available) but things went much smoother than I thought they would. The cashier working that day was friendly (a little shy) and efficient. I asked for 20 hot wings and was informed that, at the time, they only had 15. It was close enough for me. I took them. The cashier was great at handling my weird order of hot wings, biscuits, and cole slaw (can I get a "Complicated order!" a la Bon Qui Qui?). I prefer this location over the one on Losee - it just feels a little safer to me. Although, I've never been at night so I can't attest to what it's like then. No matter what KFC my family goes to, we always receive the worse service, and this location is no exception. Ordered lots of food and paid for it. Didn't receive our biscuits even though we paid for them. This location is too far from our house so we just didn't go back to get our biscuits.....and won't be going back ever again. KFC has good food but I really don't know how this fast food restaurant stays in business. I live in Aliante and this KFC has really gone downhill over the years. As previous reviewers have said, hot wings is always a 10 mins wait (regardless of what time of the day). They almost (90%) NEVER get the order right, this last time I got the $5.25 meal which is supposed to come with cookie, biscuit, 2 pc chicken & drink. Got the order, came home and no straw, no spork, no cookie.....
