I don't usually complain , but yesterday we paid nearly $20.00 for 8 pcs of inedible chicken. It was 1:00 in the afternoon but the chicken was obviously made in the early morning. It took two hands to break my chicken thigh in half and the breading so so hard I couldn't even bite it off. My hubby was able to shred some meat off his chicken breast, but it was incredibly dry. Once again, the Painesville OH store located at 200 Richmond Street provided hard cold food and slow service! I waited in line a half hour with 4 cars ahead of us. Came home and we were shorted a chicken bowl and the food we did receive was terrible. The chicken and biscuits were hard and dried out. Last week I was there about 6PM and there was a 45 minute wait due to the staff cleaning a fryer. Why would you close the store at dinner time to clean a fryer! Close your store permantly already!!
