This KFC makes our dinner rotation regularly. We always get our meals at the drive thru service. From ordering to pick up the meals it goes pretty smooth. Our favorite meal is a two piece dark meat original chicken with sides of coke slaw, green beans, corn, and mashed potatoes with gravy. I ordered online for delivery thru their app. Received everything but a large Mac and Cheese. Normally you call them and they will do another Mac and cheese but you have to come and get it. Defeats the purpose of having delivery but ok. But not this time. They told me I have to get a refund thru the KFC app or door dash. Usually I wouldn't leave a review for kfc, BUT someone hooked a girl up today and I have to acknowledge it! I ordered a famous bowl (which they made perfectly but I scarfed it down fast so no pic lmao) , one piece of the long John silvers chicken & 6 hush puppies. I really only got the LJS chicken bc I love the breading but they hoooooked me up w the crunchy lil pieces without me even asking lmao. This KFC/LJS combo location needs to stick with KFC and drop LJS(Long John Silvers). The first time the fish was not cooked enough(wet batter next to fish) and the chicken planks were overcooked. I asked for corn and coleslaw and got double fries, also I wanted KFC livers and got gizzards!(yuck). I called and they send me a coupon for a free meal. The next time I went the chicken planks were still over cooked and the fries were cold. For the LJS food they use the same method as McDonalds were they cook the food in advance and have them in trays, so the food is not hot. read more

Ate here yesterday, and it was the best KFC I've tasted in years...the overall quality has seemed to drop in recent years at many locations, but here everything was spot on. The food was fresh and tasty, the location was clean and the staff behind the counter was welcoming and friendly. Since this location is also a Long John Silvers, I was able to get hush puppies as one my sides (cooked perfectly, by the way). We paid for two 2 piece Breast and wing meals to which we specified was to include regular, with mash potatoes and coleslaw.The chicken was dried out (uneatable) and the coleslaw was missing. We threw it out. It is my belief that store located near I-70E does not depend on repeat business and in lieu of throwing bad food they just pass it along to unsuspecting travelers hoping to not hear from them. I contacted KFC Corporate HQ, Brian Goldstein KFC Chief Operating Officer and he insulted us by sending a $5 coupon when our loss was more than double that. When I checked the internet we are not alone when it comes to this KFC scam. We are no longer customers at KFC, but if you are I suggest that you loudly announce you plan to inspect your food before you drive away from the window. Then be sure to inspect your order and if it is not up to your standards reject the food and demand your money back right then. read more

I had gone to KFC in pickerington last night around 9:15pm, I order a $5 full up and added Mac n cheese. Upon arriving home(less than a quarter mile) I realized we had not received our Mac n cheese, or biscuit. The mashed potatoes were not even filled up 1/4 of the way, there was NO gravy on them, and the cookie was stale as practically week old food. I called the store and they said they would be happy to refund it and replace it however they were closed so I wouldn't be able to come back until the morning. I waited and returned today, and was told by the manager that no female managers had been on duty last night when I had talked to a female. And that she would not refund the disgusting product I had recieved last night, and was very rude and unprofessional when talking to me. I am disgusted with that stores lack of ability to do their job correctly and would like this made right by refunding the product I was unable to eat and because I didn't even receive what I ordered! We went through the drive-through at the above KFC on 6/16/2017 at around 5:30 p.m. and ordered three chicken breasts extra crispy and a family size order of potato wedges. When we got home and after beginning to eat the chicken, we noticed they had in fact given us three thighs instead of breasts. I know what chicken breasts are supposed to look. Chicken breasts are supposed to have ribs and these pieces did NOT have any, they were clearly dark meat thigh pieces. After noticing the mistake, we called KFC to inform the manager of this mistake made by her staff and asked her what she could do to remedy this mistake. She took down our order number off the receipt in a book and said she could either refund the money or give us three breasts we asked for, but that we would have to come back to the restaurant. I was angry and did not feel like getting back in my car after just sitting down to eat, but decided to go back the next day to get a refund. When we got there, we were told they could not help us with a refund because the manager was not there and would not be back until Monday. They tried to keep our receipt, but we demanded it back as evidence for our own records. We stormed out of the restaurant without the problem being resolved. While we were there, the customer standing in front of us placed his order and the staff got his order wrong too and made a mistake with product identification again as the numbskull behind the counter did not know what hot wings were and mistakenly charged the customer for something else that he did not. Your staff employees clearly are poorly trained, do not know the product, GIVE OUT THE WRONG CHICKEN PARTS, and don't know chicken from a hill of beans. Also, we noticed the floor had dark smudges on it, was quite sticky, and our shoes stuck to the floor and had to be washed when we got home. Not only is the place filthy, but the staff is largely ignorant of how to do their jobs. We NEED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS NOW!!!! If this is not handled as soon as possible, we will take this higher. This is the 2nd time this has happened this year and it needs to stop!!!!! Why should a customer have to come in and educate your staff on the parts of a chicken????? read more
