Unaccountable and rude. I ordered, sat there for most of an hour while the man called out grubhub orders. I have to go and ask where my sandwich is after everyone else has been cleared out. I want to say that I used to love KFC. I haven't had it for some time and I was looking forward to getting some, especially after trying another brand recently. I wanted to compare the 2. Then I encountered one of the rudest people I have come across in some time. I researched the list of offers that businesses posted about Veteran's Day. KFC was not on my list, but since I was going by, I decided to stop in and check it out. I asked if they had any specials for Veteran's Day. The guy seemed offended that I had even asked. He barked a stern 'no' at me and gave me a sour look. I didn't take offense at the rejection or even the attitude until the next thing happened. Another customer came in and went to orders waiting for pick up. I watched as he barely touched a bag, possibly looking for a name. The guy that worked there lost his mind. He yelled at the guy that he wasn't supposed to touch the orders and pointed out that there were signs posted. He then screamed at the customer to place the bag back in exactly the same position he found it. Not once, but at least twice. The guy was freaking out over a customer touching a take out bag and I felt bad for the customer. There was no reason for that and he hadn't disturbed anything. He merely looked at the outside to, (I assume), look for a name. The guy working there was a control freak and ass umed total authority over anyone entering his kingdom. That he would do this in front of another customer, (me), made this situation even worse. I can't rate the food, but I can rate the customer service. There is none. read more

Service was ok. Not fast but not too slow, not super friendly but not rude either. The bad thing was the food. I ordered 10-piece nuggets and got 9-pieces of small bites and crumbs. Two were so small they looked like pieces that had fallen off of a proper sized nugget. If i could rate my experience a 0/5 i would. i ordered off of doordash and made the mistake of not inspecting my food before ingesting it. After eating more than half of my food, i realized that there was MOLD ALL OVER THE SANDWICH BUN!!! i am absolutely HORRIFED. Clearly this establishment doesn't keep track of expiration dates AND don't check the food before they put it out! I can imagine all of the other spoiled food they are serving to their patrons. If I could give them -10 I would I have tried this location a few times now and for mobile carry out orders, they just always wing it they don't give a shit they just put wrong pieces in because they figure what are you gonna do you're gonna find out the order is wrong when you get home and nothing you can do about it .... just a bunch of crooks working at this location high on drugs, and always on their phones . All orders so far each order wrong pieces, wrong flavor and whatever you order a family bucket and it's always wrong, they always short cut you get less pieces and the ones you get are wrong. In some ways like all KFCs which would earn it 3 stars, but this one is much better than my home KFCs in WA. Unlike KFCs I have visited recently, this one still makes food that tastes like KFCs of old. No low sodium gravy and chicken. This is the KFC food I grew up with. Yum yum... Eat in moderation... Also they allow substitution of sides on specials unlike my WA KFCs. They did run out of original recipe when I was last there so I had to wait 10 minutes for my 7 piece dark meal order, but the food was piping hot and fresh when it came! Friendly, fast service. I've ordered delivery from them 5 or 6 over the last 1&1/2 years via UberEats (generally, it was late summer/early fall 2020, my 1st order). Nothing has ever been missing, food's good, I like their bundle options, and w/ 1 exception it shows up quicker than the Uber estimate. They put your food in a big plastic bag, that's sealed. Inside, there are individual boxes and/or further sealed paper bags. I had a fountain soda (for the 1st time) w/ my order yesterday, it was sealed. So Covid-19 wise, they're doing great. I ate there once in person before a doctors appt at UPMC Shadyside 3-4 yrs ago, I remember it looked clean and I liked the food then. Can't attest to their current dining in situation. read more

So I ride all the way back waited 20min only to be given wrong order again!! I'm not going to go into the food here. I'll be honest. I wanted a quick meal during my lunch break while I was out filling up my gas and not having a lot of time I pulled in here to utilize the drive thru. My luck that day was good as no one else was in like through the drive thru and it looked like at the time of the day no one was really in the dining room. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. I am not a fan of chicken places as it doesn't always seem appetizing to me. We frequent this KFC about once every two months or so as it's in our neighborhood and a nice little walk. Plus who doesn't love the Famous Bowl or pot pie? So yeah, it's a fast food restaurant and we know the quality of food we're getting before walking in the door. I want to post about the quality of service. Each time I am there the workers are so nice. On a visit today the staff working were so incredibly nice and patient as we couldn't decide on our specific orders and what we did and didn't want. People like to complain and see management if they feel slighted in some way. The service we received from two teenage girls was so friendly that it was worth a few minutes to speak with their manager. Typically I'd give 3 stars because as mentioned before the service is always good but the kindness today pushes that to 5 stars. read more

I got a 3 piece chicken tender fill up and my chicken tenders were so small they seemed non-existent. Total waste of money. The staff was nice and they were prompt to replace my mashed potatoes with ones with no gravy, like I asked for when I first ordered, but what kind of chicken tenders are these? Any other KFC I've been to has given me extra tenders when they're this small so that they actually equate to normal sized tenders. Not here. Definitely not coming here again. read more

I am honestly surprised by all of the reviews that mention terrible service. The whole reason I wanted to write a review is because of the fast and friendly service that I always receive at this location. Granted, I've never gone inside. But the staff members that I have encountered at the window have always been smiley, friendly, and polite, and I wanted to give them a good review. I prefer this restaurant to others in the area simply for the customer service. I also think the food is pretty good, consistent with other KFC's. I work nearby, so I'll be back! read more

I placed an order at this store thru grubhub, it was a $20, the store called said they were out of an item I ordered (1/2 gal sweet tea) mind you they were 40 min from closing so I understand not wanting to brew a fresh batch for such a small amount at closing So I asked what else could I get? The person said lemonade (it wasn't the mgr who called but a crew person) however the mgr was in the background so I asked to speak to him he gets on the phone full of attitude and says I cant get lemonade its $0.70 more and because I already paid he cant charge me. I said your out of tea, you just csnt give me the lemonade for customer satisfaction? He said no I cant! Now I've been managing restaurants for 17yrs and if it were me, I definitely would've made my customer happy to save $20 in revenue So I tell him to have grubhub cancel my order I dont want anything, with more attitude he says "that's fine" and hung up To some it may seem small but I just feel Randy the Kfc manager did not handle the situation professionally at all this is the 3nd to me I've had an issue at this store over something that was easily correctable, I will not use this establishment again read more
