The most disgusting KFC and terrible service here!! We tried to order at the Drive Through, but the girl didn't understand English at all, then a guy came up to the microphone and took our order. They made a mistake on the order and we asked to change the wedges to fries in this combo. This big guy said to wait 5 minutes for them to make the fries! However, there were no cars or customers at this time of night! We stopped by to get food before work, and we were in danger of being late! In the end, we waited for over 15 minutes without receiving our order!!! They took our order back and didn't return either the food or the money!!!!! We had to knock on the door for the employee to finally respond and return the order or the money. This big guy deliberately refused to open the door and was dragging out the time. When he finally opened the door to give us the package, he was very rude and threatened to break our arms! This is unheard of! Instead of apologizing, he was rude and threatening! This is unheard of insolence! In the end, he did not give us a receipt, the wings were cold, and the food box was torn (I believe on purpose). I remember KFC being welcoming, didn't feel that way yesterday. I placed an order, and ordered 2 crispy breast in the side because my wife likes crispy chicken. There was no communication between the worker or supervisor, luckily I checked my box before leaving and it had one crispy breast and one original breast they didn't seem to think it was important to mention they were out of crispy breast. I would not recommend this KFC, it was dirty and slow. The food was cold and the workers didn't seem to care much. Not that they can really help it but there are a lot of homeless that hang around the building and in multiple instances came up to me and my car even though the windows were up and doors locked while I was eating my meal. This review is mainly about the customer service. I hardly go to KFC these days because it's always pretty greasy and salty. But once in awhile I just crave it. I have to say the last two times I've gone, the customer service has been horrible. It wasn't even like they were in a rush but everytime I wanted to add something to the order, the rep (a guy) would interrupt and say, "Is that it?" Every time. I had a problem seeing the menu so I asked if they had the $5 fillups still. He said no, so I asked what the combos were. He just said 1-5. So this last time, I tried to go into the lobby so I could look at the menu better and order from there. Lobby was closed. Not sure if it's due to lack of help or what but I ended up having to go through the drive through again. Same rude guy. Kept interrupting, wasn't helpful at all. I had looked online to see what they had and ordered that but found out they didn't carry it. I asked if I could get the diet Pepsi with a splash of Dr. Pepper. He said he couldn't do that. Anyway, the food was the same. Hot, good, greasy salty. I ended up getting a stomach ache but I think that's just the amount of grease. And I understand that I went there knowing it would be that. I really like this KFC location because I believe the closer to the military base , the better the customer service and this location is located directly across from the base and their attention to detail and the way they attend each customer is up there high on my personal list. When you enter they do require you to wear masks because of Covid and they themselves wear masks as well. Hand sanitizer is provided right on the wall by the door to use and social distancing is encouraged they have the 6 feet markers on the ground and it seems as if the flow of traffic is pretty light when going inside. They try to expedite your order ASAP as to get you on your way no matter if you're doing drive thu or take out. Service is fast and the crew seems to be in high spirits when doing their job , nobody expects a big kool aid smile on their face but they don't seem like their faking a good attitude . That is officially the last time I will ever go to KFC. We ordered 14 piece meal, a five dollar box with a bowl and six piece buffalo wings. I did not get the extra coleslaw that I ordered, they gave me the bowl and not the five dollar box, there was no cookie which is super disappointing. I have gone to this location many times in there last ten years and lately I have been VERY disappointed. I have been busy there famous chicken bowl since it came out. Two out of three times this month instead of freshly made chicken pieces I have been getting 90-95% crackers (fried to a crisp chicken fat). I don't buy the bowl for the fried crispy. I am paying for protein! i.e. chicken.!!! And most of the times they're is only a tablespoon or so of gravy.
