From the very beginning of ordering the girl Alejandra was very rude talking to me like if I couldn't hear or speak and was talking to me like if I was dumb, and she asked me twice if I wanted pickles and mayo i said yes and they still didn't give me any in my burger. The only consistency this Location can put out is buyers remorse. I ordered a sandwich and 98% of the sauce was in the wrapper for me to lick as I ate the sandwich. I went through the drive-through today at about 1:15 to get my kids lunch I ordered pulled up and handed the worker my CITI Visa card and she tells me they no longer take this card there machine doesn't allow them to?? I have used it there before so now all of a sudden you don't take my card??? Two nights ago their drive thru was closed for whatever reason so I came inside to order. The girl who took my order said that my hot wings and biscuit would take 10 minutes to cook. I said that's fine I wait longer at other places normally. The young lady gave me a FREE large to enjoy while I waited. They carry the Buffalo hot wings. I am obsessed with them!! The staff members are always every welcoming. They always have a big smile. The restaurant has turned it around a few years back there was a lot of homeless now this place is clean and restroom are welcoming. I highly recommend this location. I came here about 2 years ago and I had a bad experience with the previous manager, so I started going to a different location. Yesterday I had a bad experience at a different KFC so I decided to give this KFC a second chance and let me tell you they blew my mind!! The employees are very welcoming, the store has been remodeled and looks very clean! And there's a new manager a guy who was very friendly and outgoing! The food tastes better than any other kfc in town! This new manager totally changed this place around! I'm coming here from now on! :) read more

First of all the place is nasty it looks like they never clean it, I went trough the drive trough and I got my order wrong and when I went back to get what I was missing even after calling and speaking to the manager she told me to go and pick up what I was missing when I got there she still made it a big deal that she didn't remember me and to top it all of they didn't get me a receipt and still made it so complicated to get my coleslaw the manager looks ratchet too, kfc needs to hire better people not little as kids that don't know what the fuck their doing read more

We finally went back to KFC after boycotting for awhile.I'm glad I gave this place another try.They pulled it together.The chicken was delicious,biscuits were fluffy and buttery.I don't know if this place is under new management but what ever changes were made are working out great.My family will be going back again.Thanks KFC read more

Best service ever. My meal was fresh out of the oven and the team members were very friendly. As soon as I walked in the store i noticed it was very clean. The service was unlike any other place I have been to. The young boy at the cashier was very friendly and helped me pick out the right meal for my family. I usually don't leave negative reviews online. unfortunately, The service at this restaurant was very poor. Where do I start? Having entered the restaurant we had to wait several minutes to be greeted and a few more to get our order taken. When finally the supervisor said hi to us and took our order. I believe her name was Lucy but the name on the receipt says Gonzalo. Anyway she took our order in a rushed way asking us "is that it for you" about 3 time IM NOT JOKING! When we finally finished placing our order we sat down. the tables were so greasy the trash bins where over filled and the Pepsi dispenser had a paper that said out of order! Ok so I walk into the women's restroom, oh god the smell in there is terrible! Toilet paper was outside the dispenser making it unsanitary. at this point I felt like I was in a public restroom at a park and not KFC. There was no hand soap or seat covers. Our order was out about 3 mins later, when we got our order no sauces where offered. We had to get up a few times to ask for FLG and ranch. Lucy mention FLG was upon request only.... ok I can live with that. Our tenders where not fresh at all only thing fresh in my foam Plate was the biscuit. I've had issues with this place in the past , I would always call or take my food back to get it replaced. I decided to walk away this time and never come back! My family and I love KFC but this place is not what it used to be. I will drive the extra 2 miles for the location on Saviers Rd. As soon as you walk in you notice the tables, soda dispenser, counters ,restrooms and walls so dirty. I just can't eat in a place like this just makes me think how they have the kitchen and food handling supplies You'd expect the food to be fresh since they don't focus on these things. But no! Who is the manager at this place and why isn't he doing anything about these issues. Very poor service! So disappointed! I know I can't expect much since it's a fast food place but the least you can do is have the place clean! Do your job! This is truly disgusting! I worked for the fast food industry before and I saw people get fired for these type of thing! So I know how serious it is. Also I don't want free food or anything.
