Hit the drive through because we were in a rush. They left out half of our order. We walked in and l had a horrible interaction with a very agitated manager who hard a combative attitude and proceeded to argue with me over the contents of my order, which received only 2 minutes prior...the person I interacted with appeared to be under the influence of something. Over the past two months I have gone here five times as the location is convenient. Two of those times I have left without purchasing anything (either out of what I wanted or drive through closed). The other three times I left with food other than what I wanted or less than what I wanted because they are always "out" of everything or it'll take 20-25 minutes to cook. Why can't this franchise do the simplest thing ... Like get the order right? Tonight, our bucket meal was missing the coleslaw. Last time, they forgot the biscuits. Every time we get amnesia and go back to this location, we come home short some part of our order, They get it wrong if you drive through. Should have read the reviews before coming! The chicken was so greasy and my chicken strips looked undercooked. Greasy enough that the breeding came off on its own. The dining room is by far the dirtiest dining room I've been in in a long time. I think they are busy cause people love KFC but I have to honestly say...this is the worst finger lickin experience ever! Will not be back. I have been here multiple times hoping that the next time might be better, but it isnt. The food is always way to over cooked, as if it has been sitting there for awhile, and theres one female worker there that is always just so rude, she sits there and argues with you as if you are the one whos wrong but in the end she fucks up my entire order. TERRIBLE place, AVOID!! Every time we go there they are either out of food, short you on food, or make you wait over 30 minutes for your food ( and then your still missing an item). Ordered the 20 piece family special (via drive thru), this evening and when we got home, discovered that the chicken was not totally cooked through, missing most of the coating, and the container with the chicken in it was full of dirty grease! I tried this KFC many times even when it was in their old location but I experienced the same thing... the staff here seemed to don't know what the H is going on. Most of the times we waited for our food like we are in a regular restaurant and not fastfood. Most of the time they are out of food. Yesterday, they have a long post in their door that they cannot sell any chicken with white meat as they are out and when we ordered after the lady took our order she went back to us and said they cannot serve us what we ordered as it doesnt seemed to come out of the frier good? WTF, all their friers are all with timers and they still cannot cook?... The store is across the street from us. we eat there all the time. Today, the door is closed during lunch hours. It was only open for the drive through. I made an effort to walk over to the drive through window to order my food. The girl named Bibi, came over and asked me where is my car. I explained to her that I am only across the street, so I don't want to drive my car. Instead of helping a loyal customer, she pointed out that she can't serve me because the company policy is to not let people walk by the drive through. I understand the safety issue, but there was no car, and I am trying to give them my business. The manner, the attitude and the tone from Bibi was demeaning. She was awful and mean. I asked for the manager, and she said she was busy. it is hard to give them business when they don't want you. I know the previous owner/manager very well, and they were happy to see you. I don't know the new owner, but the employee is pushing people away with her bad service. I guess Bibi doesn't care about the bottom line. After all it is not her money or her business. I've been to this KFC a couple times in the past and was very disappointed but its been over a year and the guys wanted KFC so i went and was completely surprised on how the whole experience went. The staff at this location are amazing! Very friendly and great to interact with! Kudos to Stefanie, Chase and Kyle! The most friendly counter and drive thru people I have ever interacted with. I have to give this place a low rating however, because on more than one occasion, they have been out of the featured special and/or have had to wait a long time for it. Managers need to know what is going to be needed and order and cook in prep for this. Maybe the manager of this location is not up to the task. When I got home my shake appeared to be the shake ingredients, not water like yours, but it was 100% liquid, like it hadn't been frozen yet. Awful. Okay so we have been to many KFC's but this one is the worst that I have ever been to. The service is extremely poor. No one smiles when they greet you there and they act like they are going out of their way to wait on you and aren't very helpful with the menu because they really don't know it and got upset when I asked a couple of questions. The restraint itself was very dirty and they only had 3 customers. Finally after several minutes, she got my order in and I was getting it to go so she gave me my cups for drinks and then I went over to get my soda. The machine was very dirty and I wiped it off with napkins then I went to get a lid and there were none and there were no straws so I tried to ask for some but was ignored. I saw some behind the counter and got them myself and put some out so other people could have them for their drinks too and then I waited for my order. I waited 25 minutes just to get my order to go and then when I got it, asked for some honey mustard which I was told they didn't have that , asked for barbecue sauce and told they didn't have that either. By this time, I was very frustrated as were the other customers that walked in and just wanted to get out of there and left before I checked the bag with food in it. When I got home and opened the bag, part of the food I ordered was missing and I was appalled to see that with their chicken strip adult meal that what you get is 3 very small child sized chicken strips and 6 potato wedges a broken up choc chip cookie and dry biscuit and that is a medium sized when I ordered. The strips and wedges were dry and the original recipie chicken I ordered for my husband was soggy. I did not get one of the large mashed potatoes and gravy I was charged for or the coleslaw. The meal for my family was 28.00 which was truly a rip off. The food quality poor, service poor as well. I will not be going back and am telling everyone I know not to go there. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. I have been to many KFC's and this is not usually what I find. This one definitely needs work including new management and a staff that cares. Customer service and quality food have always been a standard at KFC so I do not understand why this one is not the same. It just ruins the KFC name and people such as myself will not go back. This is the worst KFC ever built. They are always out of what ever you want and when they do have something it takes for ever for them to complete an order. All I ordered was Chicken Bites and a side of mac and cheese. Walked in at 8PM, got my food at 8:29. Nearly 30 minutes for a simple order is ridiculous. There were two customers in the place and only one car in the drive thru, so it's not like they were busy. Employees were wandering around aimlessly, doing nothing. There was a garbage can knocked over in the kitchen area that employees were stepping over. All of them young, and clearly none of them gave a crap. When I was finally served, I was offered no apologies for the wait. But, they did accidentally give me double the amount of food I ordered. Sounds good, except the chicken was rubbery and they didn't include the barbeque sauces I requested. The floor was sticky. The tables were all dirty. The food was terrible. I want my money back and, quite frankly, I feel I'm owed for my time. Thirty minutes for 6 pieces of rubbery chicken and some stale Mac and Cheese at a KFC is ridiculous. Plus they over made the food. The owner should really get off his butt and inspect his business, because his employees are going to bankrupt him with their stupidity.
