Heads up if you are ordering food from here- it seems that the employees are taking short cuts on making the food. Today I ordered pot pies, chicken sandwiches and when we went to eat them the pot pies tops were sunken almost to the bottom of the bowl. I lift up a part of the crust & there is less than an inch of mostly liquid ingredients. I had 3 pieces of small shreds of chicken & barely any other ingredients at all. This is basically an empty shell. A person pays so much money for something like that???? It's downright ridiculous. Then come to the chicken sandwiches- NO MAYO. what the heck? No chicken to sell at a chicken restaurant. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location either.

I ordered two extra sides of mashed potatoes to go with my food, they forgot both of the mashed potatoes and still charged us, i would understand if they were out of mashed potatoes but the fact that they didn't tell us about the inconvenience and still charged us for the extra sides. Manager was catching an attitude with everyone person in the store. When placing an order I was asked what sauce I wanted but and then the proceeded to give me whatever sauce they wanted and not what I wanted, so when I asked to switch them to the sauce I wanted she was like "there's already sauce in the box did you check?" We have ordered for pick up twice in the last three weeks and have had a great experience both times. We had spicy chicken sandwiches, fries and coleslaw and each time the food was fresh and ready in minutes. Bad experience with their drive thru today. They were out of chicken breasts. Were telling everyone it would be 22 mins before they were available. Ordered 12 piece bucket, took 10+ minutes to get to window. Was not given the choice to wait for breasts, instead they assumed substituting a wing, thigh & leg was acceptable and still charge same price for meal. If you ask to substitute a breast for any other piece in a bucket, there is an up charge. Seems to me if they take away the more expensive pieces they should discount the normal up charge. They usually ask if you are willing to wait but the person running the window tonight didn't care. Next time this happens I will be more vocal to ensure they know I will wait & don't want cheaper pieces at the same expensive price. read more

I never, ever write a bad review about a restaurant, because I figure anyone can have a bad night. This was just too much though. My husband and I visited on June 11th around 7 p.m., and our meal was not good at all. We waited and waited for them to fill the tray up with chicken. When we asked, they didn't answer, just nodded and finally brought more over. The iced tea ran out and basic items such as sugar, lemon, etc., weren't stocked. Other items on the buffet ran short as well. We certainly weren't the only people complaining. The thing that bothered us the most, was no one really seemed to care. I seriously doubt we'll be back. I give a 3 star for the restaurant being clean and looking good with the new model job in Richmond, Ky. The food is the same as always a little dry, nothing really has alot of flavor. The new bar set is not user friendly as you have to really reach back to get your food and the pop machines are the same trying to get your straes and lids. read more

But today I was shorted food and amenities. Also I tried to order something else and pay cash cause I did curbside and the person that answered was a little snippy saying they dont do cash like that.
