I went out with some friends after work to grab some food and drinks. When I tried to order a beer, I was told they couldn't accept my ID because it was expired. While I was disappointed, I completely understood and respected their decision. What frustrated me, however, was that one of my friends, who is under 21, was not asked for identification and was still served a beer. If the policy is to verify IDs for alcohol, I believe that policy should be applied consistently to everyone. Unfortunately, the inconsistent enforcement of the policy left a bad impression, and I don't plan on returning to Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

First of all, I want to thank Kennedy (hope I'm spelling her name correctly). She was amazing, and kept me updated on my drinks. Food arrived promptly, and she made sure I was good to go with the drinks and food. "I got you." Very much words that were fun, but she actually held to them. I don't normally get out on a Tuesday (usually only free weekends to get food that far from home) but I was impressed by the service and grateful for a late night option (10PM arrival). Didn't mean to put her on the spot at the end, but she had me the entire time I was there, so I wanted to make sure I had her when it came time to get the check. I may not know exactly how to spell it, but I will certainly ask for her by name. Good service is hard to find sometimes, and great service is impossible, but she managed it all with a friendly demeanor, a smile, and excellent skills both in dealing with customers and managing everything she had to do as a closer. I only hope that BWWs shows appreciation, and if not... "I got you." So, if you're in the Richmond, KY area, are visiting BWWs for some tasty margaritas, some wings, or some chips n Dips (omg!!!), ask for Kennedy but make sure you show your appreciation or don't tell her I sent you! Official! The wings was nothing more then old over cooked hard breading. With about a half of a teaspoon of sauce in the box. We got take out. We got four 20p box's and every one was like this. The amount of bad reviews here isn't by mistake. This is an extremely poorly run Buffalo Wild Wings and it's obvious the owner doesn't care at all. Wait times are abysmal, no one answers the phone and I'm convinced if they don't feel like making something for Togo they just label it as out of stock so you can't order it. I do enjoy the food at least but if I want to go on a bogo day then I know it's going to be at least an hour after the order is ready for it to be ready for take out and good luck getting a seat there. They are extremely understaffed (probably because the staff isn't treated well and so no one wants to work there) and wouldn't be surprised if the cooks are just as badly off which is why everything takes so long. My current annoyance is that I've recently been wanting to get some nachos Togo and for the past 3 weeks they've been "temporarily unavailable" which is just makes me think they don't want to make them and have them turned off. The owner should sell or quit so someone who actually cares or knows what they are doing can help. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. We had a simple orders my daughter has chicken with Mac and cheese, my wife got a 3 piece chicken strip and I got the cauliflower. Brought each item out one at a time about 10 minutes apart. My daughter's meal, then my cauliflower, then my wife's meal, then my fries. Asked to add an order of fries for my daughter and never received them. Got one glass of tea room temp with zero ice. Never got a refill. And cost $67.00. I will not return here again. read more

I went to this location to give it another try after getting cold wings every time I go. I ordered the Nachos with chicken. These took 25 minutes to come out and everything on the plate was cold. I hate being the type to complain because I am a server myself and know it is stressful. I told her that my plate was all cold and she either offered me a "discount" or to get me a new meal. I told her I didn't want to wait 20 minutes for another cold plate of nachos to come out so I just picked at the nachos. She brought my check and only took $2 off the $12 nachos. I think this is ridiculous because as a server you should know that you either take the meal and take it off the bill or bring a new one. This was my last straw with this place. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is a quick and easy place to grab some wings with friends or watch a game. My fiance and I were in Richmond so we decided to swing by here for dinner. I was severely underwhelmed. My fiance got traditional wings. I decided on boneless. I asked for honey BBQ sauce, however, when the wings came out, there literally was NONE on the wings. I will say, my fiance's came out fine. For the price you pay for lackluster wings, it's amazing that they could drop the ball even more. I'm giving two stars because my fiance actually enjoyed his. This location is in the middle of the Richmond Centre. Because of the several other businesses and movie theater, the parking is terrible. You may have to end up parking a little bit away to find a spot. Honestly, not worth it for the service and food quality. However, if you are planning a night of dinner and a movie, this would be a convenient place to go. We did experience good service here so that is a plus! I believe there was a game earlier that evening so the restaurant was messy. Actually, let's get real, this location is always messy. First time here in a really long time. I'm going to start this review saying that the restaurant is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! Sitting here right now and all around us there are straw wrappers and french fries all over the floor (see pic below). At least our actual table is clean though. It's always ungodly loud, the music is turned up so high I can't have a conversation with my husband right across the table without yelling. Sooo on to the food..I had the 6 piece naked tenders with potato wedges and for my sauce I had the bourbon honey mustard. Hubby had 6 piece crispy tenders/wedges and the garlic parm sauce which neither of us cared for so he switched to the Caribbean jerk which had a great Tang but was too spicy for me. He loved it though. My meal was pretty good, loved the herb blend on the wedges and they were nice and crispy too. My tenders we're seasoned great with no gristle or fat and the bourbon honey mustard was really good too. Service was adequate, he was a tad slow but friendly and kept our drinks full. Table came in 20 minutes after we did had their food way before ours. Updating because we've been back several times and the bathroom smell has improved drastically. We love heading to b dubs to play trivia and watch (insert any sport here) games. Never had a bad food experience. Wings are always great and the waiters are friendly. She would've made it five but the previous experiences just couldn't be forgotten. If you want a talented, friendly, intelligent, and beautiful waitress go in on Tuesdays and set with Lindsey. She's been there 7 years and is a rockstar! Buffalo Wild Wings is generally a cool place to eat. I love all the tvs and the football oriented uniforms the staff has. The wait staff is generally friendly and enjoyable. The food is good but slightly over priced. So now a story of my last experience that got them the low score. I meet my good friend and his wife at this location. We all order the obligatory wings. I have stomach issues and tend to shy aways from super crazy hot stuff. My friend is a psycho and tends to get the super hot stuff. Well apparently the brilliant folks on the kitchen mistakenly put habanero sauce on mine then when they realized the mistake just pour honey BBQ over it. This was served to me and I was none the wiser. As you can imagine, after my first wing, I was on fire!!! I manage a store in close proximity and can not begin to tell you how this staff goes the extra mile with service no matter what shift i've ordered from. Tommy the store manager is always checking to make sure everyone is happy, and you won't find more friendly than DJ and Frank as well. If I could put no stars I would. First let me say Idk who is running this place or who is in the kitchen working. But they suck. If you do decide to eat here your best bet is inside. That way when they mess up your food you can tell them there. Don't even gamble on pickup. The chef there is clueless. I have ordered pick up from there probably like 5 times. All 5 times it was not made correctly. It's always the chicken. It never fails. I usually get the Buffalo dry seasoning on my chicken. Not once have I ever got it on my chicken when getting pick up from there. Like I dont understand how you can work for a chicken place that specializes in sauces and seasonings. THEN JUST FORGET TO PUT IT ON. I DONT GET IT. Save yourself the trouble and just get some canes because clearly the GM and manager don't care about the place at all. No issues with service. Overall: Good sports bar to catch a game that likely won't be shown elsewhere (for example, a hockey game) as they have no problem changing one of their many TVs to the channel you request. However they had a curious choice of music playing on the overhead speakers, for a sports bar.. including "let it go".. eh..
