I drove 45 minutes across town because we were finishing with the sporting event and we timed it up so that the pick up occurred at the designated time, only to be told they were short staffed, and that it would probably be another 40 minutes from getting my meal. We canceled the order. I did get an email for 10 free wings because of that. Tonight wanting to give them a second chance we ordered Uber eats wings from the house. It's six miles from house. We placed order at 6:20 and got them at 6:50 So possibly some delays but when you get Uber Eats you don't expect Friday from the restaurant temperatures. I usually am fairly careful when I order. Uber eats for certain restaurants for this very reason but with Wingstop wings that come right out of the grease right into the bag usually stay almost too hot to eat for the first 5 to 10 minutes. You couldn't even really pull them apart because I get flats only they were incredibly tough from being overcooked or this facility is still shortstaffed and just cooked off a bunch of wings for volume and mine were the lucky ones that sat for a decent amount of time before they just threw some seasoning on them and toss them in a container for Uber.
