The ambiance is that of a cafe with a generic flair, however the service was decent. No real engagement with to the counter person. The food was ok, nothing the other wing franchise don't serve.

15 piece for two combo (hot honey, garlic parmesan, and Mardi Gras)

We went during their soft opening and may I say this might be just as good or better than wing stop. Right when I walked in I was warmly greeted by the employees who helped me figure out the menu and what to get. They also have movies playing on the tv so you can have something to watch while you eat. It's clean but I wish they had bigger tables for bigger parties of people. I got their 15 piece for two and it comes with two fries and 3 different sauces. I got their hot honey, garlic parm, and Mardi Gras. The hot honey was definitely my favorite out of all of the flavors. What else is great about this place is that they are also halal! They have so many different flavors to try so I'll be back for the others.

Wings are very good. Fries very good. Service very polite and professional. Peach Sauce better than Bojangles. Very clean restaurant. Better than Bojangles. Not better than Wingstop.

The mala fries were definitely crispy as well, and the sauce they put on it adds a nice touch. The portion of the fries were a little small however, but they hit the spot. It's a small place somewhat tucked away where there's not much traffic, but I'd love to see this restaurant get more exposure. The air inside felt okay, the AC blowing felt a little humid so I wasn't too sure what that was about. Service was quick - you just order at the front, find a seat, and they bring it out to you hot and fresh. I'll definitely come back for the chicken sandwich as I've never had it at a Korean fried chicken place and it does look pretty good. Overall great food, I'd recommend it!

An order is either wings OR leg & thigh (no breasts). Perfect! I love dark meat! My favorite sauce is the Garlic Soy which tastes a bit like General Tso sauce. I've had the French fries & Coleslaw for side items (they dont have vegetables) but the main focus is the chicken. I use this place as a to-go spot but they do have some tables for dine-in. This would be a great place to pick up to go chicken and pair it with some side items at home. In my view, the fried chicken is undisputably good!

That's when we came across Cup N Char and noticed they offered Detroit-style pizza--something neither of us had tried before. We stopped by to order in person, and right away the staff made a great impression. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself was very clean. There were also a few groups dining in, which gave the place a nice, welcoming vibe. Since we wanted to try a variety, the staff recommended ordering a half-and-half medium pizza, which turned out to be the perfect suggestion. We went with half Italian Mob (pepperoni, onions, banana peppers, and sausage) and half Grassy Chicken (chicken, onions, and banana peppers). Both sides were flavorful, with the Detroit-style crust really standing out--crispy on the edges and soft inside. We also ordered the chicken wings with the original hot sauce, and those were a great addition. The flavor was rich and buttery--definitely a must-have alongside the pizza. Overall, the portions were generous, and we loved being able to mix and match flavors. This is a spot we'll definitely be coming back to for takeout pizza and wings.

I don't know whether I've become accustomed to the food and perhaps I'm simply bored with the menu or whether the bar has lost its luster from my very first experience here. The food is precisely what it says, which are chicken wings although I will tell you that the hamburger is actually a very good alternative and frankly because of the name is not necessarily featured, but it was actually quite good. The chicken wings are done well, but you have to understand that I was a Frank and Teresa's Ankur bar chicken wings consumer over 50 years ago and so it is always difficult for me to give the same kind of grade for someone else. The service is reliable the bartenders are very quick and taking order however, their skill is not equivalent which is one reason that I'm not as bullish on this restaurant as I used to be. The ambience is simply a sports bar. Nothing unique or outstanding to be honest. Well kept clean. I almost hated to give less than five stars but as I said, I just can't tell you that it is an outstanding wing experience.

I go to the other one in Houston now I ordered the 12 tenders for a dollar. My bill came to be 30 something dollars. I honestly wanted to ask for a manager to get my money back because it just didn't add up . The waiter. Told me after I paid that lemonade are $6.50 plus $2 extra. He didn't tell me that you had to pay for refills so when he gave us another lemonade, I spent $14 on two drinks mind you this is non-alcoholic... he said strawberry lemonade is a bar drink so they charge extra. I'm a bartender and I never heard of that ever!!! then we were charged for sauce. $3.75.. No communication skills at all. Probably wont be back. I feel finessed I don't like leaving bad reviews but that's wild. $12 tenders turned into $30!!

I ordered a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and 20 boneless wings, half lemon pepper and half Parmesan. When my family got home, we discovered the food was so heavily salted that it was completely inedible. No one could eat it. I called the store expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told by an employee that the manager, Brian, would only refund the chicken sandwich unless I physically brought the entire order back to the restaurant for a full refund. Apparently, the burden is on the customer to make another trip because the kitchen failed to prepare edible food. The most disappointing part wasn't even the overly salted food. It was the lack of customer service. Loyal customers shouldn't have to waste additional time and gas to prove that food was prepared incorrectly. A simple apology and refund would have turned this into a minor mistake. Instead, the store chose to make the experience even more frustrating. Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice. Based on this experience, I'll think twice before returning, and I hope management provides better training on how to handle customer concerns.

(Combo meal). They told me it was going to take a few mins so after I paid, I told them I'll go park and come inside. There were people behind me and I didn't want to hold people up. After parking and going inside. I didn't have my cup to get a drink yet so I was waiting at the front just... kind of watching the staff. I think two of the three, including the one who was at the window and took my order, must of been on break because they literally did not do much but stare back at me and the food/drink they were eating/drinking. The manger was running back and forth. After he gave me my bag, it was just the biscuit sandwich. So I asked "where was the side? " . He passed me the side, then I asked" where do I get a cup for drinks?" The manager didn't realize I never had the cup because he thought the staff member at the window gave me my cup. In the bag, there was no napkin or spoon for the side. Or maybe I just didn't see them next to the soda machine because I was getting annoyed at this point and just wanted to leave. As for the food, barely any icing. The chicken was mid. The meat has a reddish tint to it like it's supposed to be a spicy chicken ? It was confusing to look at. The biscuit was slightly sweet and crusty along the edges (the best part of this whole thing). Mac and cheese was mid. The whole combo was overall mid. Admittedly, tables and chairs are clean. Lots of space. They have an outdoor area too. They have a small window in the kitchen area where you can watch them make the dough. Free parking out front. I would take out the ai in the drive through. I did not like it at all. If I have to wait for a bit, it would be good if they have a spot I can go to while they take care of the customers behind me and I'm not holding up the line for 5 minutes.
