Service was quick - you just order at the front, find a seat, and they bring it out to you hot and fresh. I've had the French fries & Coleslaw for side items (they dont have vegetables) but the main focus is the chicken. I use this place as a to-go spot but they do have some tables for dine-in. I ordered a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and 20 boneless wings, half lemon pepper and half Parmesan. When my family got home, we discovered the food was so heavily salted that it was completely inedible. No one could eat it. I called the store expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told by an employee that the manager, Brian, would only refund the chicken sandwich unless I physically brought the entire order back to the restaurant for a full refund. Apparently, the burden is on the customer to make another trip because the kitchen failed to prepare edible food. The most disappointing part wasn't even the overly salted food. It was the lack of customer service. Loyal customers shouldn't have to waste additional time and gas to prove that food was prepared incorrectly. A simple apology and refund would have turned this into a minor mistake. Instead, the store chose to make the experience even more frustrating. Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice. Based on this experience, I'll think twice before returning, and I hope management provides better training on how to handle customer concerns.
