The employees are nice and responsive at this location. The store is clean and they prepare the food very quickly. The parking lot is expansive. I ordered through the KFC website today. I got to the facility and scanned the QR code at the parking spot. After 10 minutes of no one coming out, I went inside to see what was going on. I told them I had been waiting at the parking spot for 10 minutes. They asked me my name and grabbed my order from the mobile order area. When I told them I had been waiting for 10 minutes in the spot, the employees told me they never got my text. The assistant manager then told me, "Oh yeah, you're not the first person to tell me this today. I guess it's not working." If they knew the texts aren't coming in, why would they not have an employee watch out for mobile order customers?! They have their customers waiting in the parking lot with no intention of coming out or caring about our time. Well to begin with the general manager is highly unprofessional and very rude and immature. The managers treat their employees like dirt (that's putting it nicely. The chicken is always either undercooked or dripping with grease. The sides all taste like cardboard. Prices continue rising and the quality keeps getting worse and worse. One of the previous managers was hospitalized with ecoli a few months ago because of the exposure to the deplorable conditions in the kitchen. They have mold in the fryer vents and the grease is always filthy like it hasn't been filtered or changed. Highly unrecmmended. If 0 stars was an option I'd definitely choose no stars at all. Just thought you should know that we placed an order online and when my daughter went to pick it up another patron had to warn her that he had just returned the bags because they had mixed up the orders. He went on to explain that he had opened up the bags and handled everything inside, and had he not run into her, they were willing to give her the order which was now contaminated. This is the second time I have gone through the drive through and expectations were not met. The first time I asked for an 8 piece meal mixed between crispy and original and received 1 breast and 1 wing out of an 8 piece. About an hour ago I went and asked for a 12 piece, mixed between crispy and original and to make sure there was white meat chicken in the crispy. When I went up to the window the girl (I think her name is Katrina) didn't greet me. She just said Pepsi. I said I ordered two diets. She didn't respond to me and took it back. Then she handed me my bag of food and I sat there waiting for my drinks. She kept talking to someone on her microphone. I had my credit card in my hand and she took it, never letting me know the cost. She handed it back to me, without giving me a receipt, and I said I'm just waiting for my drinks. She got my drinks and tried to hand me a bag of food. I said that she had already given me food. Then I thanked her and she shut the window without saying anything to me. The entire time at the window the only time she spoke to me was to say the word Pepsi. She never told me how much it was going to cost (even when I was ordering) and didn't give me a receipt. This KFC is pretty decent. The food I've gotten in the past is consistent and they always get my order right. They always slip me a few extra crispy strips or fries when I go which is cool. They have great coupons too for buy one get one and half price meals which can come in handy. read more
