I love KFC Mac n cheese is amazing. Chicken is also amazing. I just can't put words to the greatness.

No mayo ordered so they put on extra. What the hell is wrong with all these places? Its a simple request

Not impressed. We went inside to get some takeout. While we were waiting at a table, it looked like none of the tables were wiped down. Leftover food and crumbs everywhere. The men's room was a complete mess. Staff was friendly, but the rest of the place was a dump. Maybe they need to hire more people to clean the place up inside. read more

Staff were very friendly, they brought he food right to our table. Came by 5 minutes later and asked if we needed anything else. I felt like a sit down restaurant instead of a fast food establishment. Always had a smile and super professional! My family would love to thank you for such excellent service! I have had problems with orders being filled correctly/unacceptable customer service at KFC in Royersford, PA over the years and stopped going there because of that. We tried again last night and were again disappointed. We ordered two three piece meals original recipe with dark meat - one with mac & cheese and coleslaw and the other with mashed potatoes/gravy and corn for take out. When we got home, there was only 1 with a biscuit, and the sides were wrong. There were 3 coleslaws and 1 mac&cheese. The coleslaw was completely dry and tasted "off". We also recieved extra crispy for all of the chicken instead of regular recipe. I called immediately and asked for the manager and she was beyond rude. When I explained what got, she replied with "So" "Not my problem" That is a totally unacceptable response from management. I would be terminated for that type of behavior. Additionally, I dont feel that you should have to take your order completely apart to completely examine it before you exit the premises. Nasty. And one slick worker knew what he was doing when he gave us some of the hardest potatoes wedges in history. My 5 year old nephew couldn't eat it at all. Trifling workers. read more

There are never any cars in the parking lot. The workers are dirty, incompetent, and rude. The restaurant has really greasy floors, bugs, and they never clean the tables. The food is downright disgusting. I am never going to this KFC or maybe even another KFC ever again. Do not waste your time going to this place. read more

This place is disgusting. Wawa is more cleanly than this place. Tables aren't cleaned. Not even wiped off. Like at least swipe the crumbs from the tables to the floor. Like any effort would be nice. Nats and fruit flies wandering around different areas. They are out of different items. Management just needs to change. The girl that rung us up was nice. But there is trash inside the part where ice goes when you fill up your drinks. The main thing though that got that very deserved one star rating was when I received stale bread on my chicken sandwich. Seemed about two days old, not bad tasting or anything like that. We have been going to this place(weekly) for past 5 years and recently the quality of service and customer service is poor. Past few months I have noticed the poor quality of order delivery in Drive thru. When I order something they either miss some items or incorrect order, though I was billed for it. I notice it when after going home and cant come back to return it when I am hungry. Last week I decided to go in and order, validated the items ordered and they messed again! when asked the person on the counter they replaced it but with no regrets. When I asked about whom to report about this poor quality of service, he told to write in yelp...will think twice before going to drive thru....my wife loves KFC chicken :( read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My order is never correct, you have to check everything before you pull away, and several of the workers are rude, especially if you ask them to fix the mistake. Service and food are horrible. Just ate at KFC'S in SC and NC, and the food and service were wonderful. read more

After going in at 9:53 pm on 12/3/17 I was given food that gave my son and I food poisoning up all night with diarrhea wasn't until this morning when my son and I was both throwing up don't know what they did to my food but I'm gonna report this place to the CDC and see what they find out read more

Spent $21 dollars on 8 piece meal only to get home and have my original chicken burnt (how they even dared put it in a bucket is disgusting), one of the mashed potato containers had a nice layer on the top and a play-dough consistency underneath, the biscuits were stale and I didn't bother to open the coleslaw. I wouldn't feed my dogs this crap! I work hard for my money and to get home to that mess a huge disappointment. Grill cheese and soup tonight. read more

Unbelievably poor service. While I waited for an order that took over 30 minutes to place I saw several of the eat-in's coming up to get something corrected on their order. I left after seeing hygiene issues: touching face, ears and handling food. And that's the part you can see. 0 stars read more

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell that I've ever been to, but not because of the food. The wait for an order through the drive-through is usually extensive and they never have a working Freeze machine, so get it off the menu! The KFC food has always been good here, but the Taco Bell has made us ill on occasion. We only go here if it's the last resort. read more
