I don't want another coupon for a bogus deal I want my nuggets or a refund....which is what I told her. She placed me on hold for a minute or two. Came back and said she could refund the filet o fish I paid for which is like $4. Not even the price of 10 nuggets. Which I was supposed to have. Absurd. Mind you, we placed these orders specifically to get 100 nuggets to complete the 100 nugget challenge. So with 90 nuggets, we called the site number for McDonalds. They answered and said we could come back and get the 10 nuggets. So even though we ordered delivery, we ended up going to the McDonald's to get those 10 nuggets to make 100. (Around 820pm on a Tuesday) Upon arrival someone was already waiting after having spoken to a cashier. We waited probably 3 minutes before we even saw someone come to register. The first window went smoothly, as did the second, we drove away with a bag of stuff and a soda. Sadly, this order was a disaster. The burgers (all three, even the 'special order' were STONE COLD and the buns on mine were clearly going stale.
