Came here last night after a long work day and some shopping at the mall, ordered 2 small individual items was asked to drive to the front and wait for order. We waited a few minutes then were advised it would be a little longer wait, due to them having to change the oil, at first I was a little irritated but realized these employees just need to do their job and if that means the food would be a bit fresher that it was fine.... When it's time to fry one up they grab one right from the parking lot pluck it and good ummm real good. I kindly told him sorry it's not for me, and he ran off like a bat out of hell not even saying thank you for being courteous, that I was kind to him in redirecting him. I had ordered something earlier and ate in the parking lot. I was sitting here leaving a kind review as far as how the food was cooked very well I haven't been to Kentucky Fried chicken in years, but this one cooked the food really well. Y'all I am not the type to write reviews but after being thrice scorned... Management. Please retrain your staff. Unless the goal is to forget adding items to save product and still earn money in which case- your team is doing great. This is the third time this KFC has forgotten at least one of my items. This visit was especially lovely. The gentleman taking orders seemed fed up. Didn't know one of the items I was ordering meanwhile I'm staring at a giant promo sign.. he seemed irritated that I asked for it then I ask for no ice in my drink (which he also seemed annoyed by) and I swear this mf is filled to the brim lmao They asked me to park- that's fine. I get it. But then they bring my stuff out and it's missing an item. I go in and get told it's in there... go back to check thinkin I'm trippin and nope. Not in there. Came here for some bbq chicken tenders and they gave me the tenders WITHOUT THE BBQ SAUCE! This is why it's really important to check ur food before you leave a fast food joint which we failed to do unfortunately. It's been a while since I've been here because the food has gotten worse and worse over time, but at least the service has been good and friendly. But sometimes you get a hankering for that flavor your memory keeps, so we went. This time, while the food was somehow both over cooked or extra greasy, I don't think we could have been made to feel less welcome. When we walked up to the counter, De'Andraha the employee glanced at us but didn't acknowledge us in any way. Several minutes later she finally, seemingly begrudgingly, took our order. Her demeanor wasn't just like she didn't want to be bothered with helping us - it was more like she was pissed off that we even came through the door. When our food was ready for us, we had to remind them that we had also ordered a half gallon of root beer. You'd have thought we asked her to give us a kidney. Scowly doesn't do her look justice. She barely kind of filled our jug and handed it to us, dripping on the outside with sticky soda. To be fair, as we left I provoked her by saying "Have a nice evening!" which was returned with one last look of "&$@! you" as we walked out the door. Never again, KFC. read more

The only problem was I did not have any plasticware/take out silverware or napkins not 1 single napkin at all! This is very important for me as I am a single person and I only purchase take out when I don't feel like cooking or doing dishes and I'm tired from work. I can't believe I feel obligated to actually write a review on a KFC/AW. I will be concise. I ordered 2 meals and an order of popcorn chicken, an A7 (Double cheeseburger meal) and a K19 (Georgia Gold Fried Chicken sandwich), a diet root beer and a regular root beer for the drinks. While it wasn't an excessively long wait initially for my food, the lady at the window (who was very nice btw) gave me the bag and I noticed my wedges were missing. Before I had the chance to say anything she asked for the bag back because I think she forgot to maybe not put mustard on the burger like I requested. Anyways, she comes back and I point out the missing wedges which she replaces and even gives me a cookie for the trouble. I get home and the double cheeseburger is a single. My chicken sandwich has no discernible "Georgia Gold Honey Mustard" anywhere to be found, as well as my fried chicken being small, in a very odd rock shape, and barely large enough to cover half the bun it resided on. My regular root beer did not taste like root beer and more like 1% syrup and 99% carbonated water. How can you possibly mess up so many things in one order? I love Potato Wedges! Love love love them. I'm a Vegetarian so my choices at KFC are very limited, but I will make a special trip here just for some of those wonderful wedges. This location isn't in the best part of town, but I was surprised at how nice and new and clean it was! Very nice. It's located right next to Panda Express and I believe a Rite Aid. There is a drive thru and a dining room to sit inside and eat at. I decided to go through the drive thru on my lunch and it was nice to see there was only one other car ahead of me. When I go to KFC I usually get a small side of Macaroni and Cheese and a small side of Potato Wedges with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. I wasn't too hungry, so I just decided to get the wedges, and it was a little over $2.00. I was in and out in no time and the girl at the window was very nice and friendly. It has been at least a decade since I have been to a KFC, but the Potato Wedges were as good as I remembered them! Very fresh. I HAVE to get them with the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce because it's AMAZING. They only gave me one sauce, so next time I will ask for extra... And some Macaroni and Cheese! read more
