This place is poorly ran. Went in last night 7/24/18 to order some food for the family. Waited in line for 15min. 2 people in front of me both orders were small under $10. The cashier didnt have a clue or any training on how to do her job. Then there was no one helping her. After thatbslow process. I ordered my food witch she need help on. I don't know why I continue to endure the worst customer service, several hours chicken strips which were so hard to eat, when you ask for dipping sauce they never put them in the bag and look at you and say they're in there. Botched delivery -- AGAIN. Half of our pot pie meal order was missing this time. Occasionally the drinks are missing, which is less important, so we would take credit on them, but the whole second meal was missing this time. On top of that, when my roommate opened up his pie, the dish was less than half full as well. We're just not doing this again. Before the pandemic, KFC was excellent. Now this is just intolerable. My roommate and I have ordered from this KFC and eaten at the restaurant for several years. There have been a few botched orders, but today ended any further orders. Two pot pies, two drinks ordered and only one delivered. In addition, the crust was over cooked, the filling only half filled and very salty. I do understand demand is high. read more

I ordered through the kfc app & never RECIEVED my food. When I called & seen if I can pick up since I live 2 mins away. The shift manager said "hAndle it WitH DoorDasH" when I don't even have door dash. I don't normally post reviews, but this place needs to get it's act together. They have gotten my order wrong a couple of times, but nothing major. I ordered a bucket of EXTRA CRISPY legs and thighs. I got home and guess what? THEY HAD NO CRISP ON THE CHICKEN. It was original recipe. Wanted to place order yesterday, but apparently the intercom was not working properly. I was asked twice for my order and gave it twice. Then a woman came on shouting at me, in what sounded like Spanish. I pulled tom the window and said you don't need to shout I gave my order twice. In very broken English she said, "What was it". I repeated 3rd time. She gave me a cost that wasn't correct. I asked about the drinks and gave the drink order for a 3rd time. She said something again in what sounded like Spanish. When I tried to give the drink order for a 4th time she shouted at me in this language I could not understand and slammed the window shut. I should have looked on here before I went or listened to my gut when I wondered why nobody else was there at 6:30 pm. First off I order the 8 pc. meal and they tell me they are out of breasts. Then I get to the window and they are out of BISCUITS(my favorite part of their meals). How in the hell can KFC be out of chicken breasts and biscuits? Went there for lunch today. The woman working the window was either having a bad day or is just a miserable person. Just not a pleasant attitude. I had to ask for sauce for my chicken strips. Usually, they ask what you'd like with your chicken strips but if I didn't ask, I wouldn't have got any. Stay away from this KFC!!! The food and service are the worst. I've been here a few times... one time they tried overcharging me, I asked for the Tuesday pot pie special, she charged me for 3 instead of 2 that I ordered. On two occasions I went through the drive-thru and was asked to park and wait for my order, somehow those 2 times they forgot my order, I had to get out and get it myself and was ignored at the counter. One of those times I ordered a blizzard shake and it was filled halfway. This is why I now drive further away to get Popeyes if I want fried chicken, it's worth it. read more

Love the food, but the service at this location stinks. Two times in a row they failed to give us any silverware or straws at the drive-thru. I don't care how good the coleslaw is, I'm not eating it with my bare hands! The A&W root beer is a bit pricey, and they can't even make it right. I have used this location a couple of times during lunch and had good experiences, so I swung by tonight after a very long day, looking forward to the same good service. I used the drive thru and gave my order. The girl at the expedite window was very nice. She told me my meal will be a few minutes and to please pull forward and park and my food will be brought out to me. I haven't had that happen before and did not see designated parking for drive thru customers, so I pulled up to the stop sign and waited (no cars were behind and I wasn't blocking anyone). It wasn't even two minutes when a young short-haired brunette came out and acted quite snarky towards me. She reprimanded me for not parking in the parking lot. I apologized for her inconvenience and left. Upon leaving, I looked again and still saw no signs directing where drive thru customers should park. So why am I getting reprimanded when I did not receive complete and clear instructions as to where I should be parking? It didn't stop there.... I arrived home and unloaded dinner. I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED!!! I ordered two big boxes, one with three chicken pieces for my husband and one with tenders and popcorn chicken for me. I checked my receipt and it was correct but when I got home, there were two big boxes with only chicken pieces. No tenders, no popcorn. I wonder if I should drive back to the KFC and reprimand someone too.... Naw, I'm more mature than that, and besides, two wrongs don't make a right. KFC drive-through was exceptionally good for a fast food joint. The person who took my order said that there would be a wait for the grilled chicken, and upgraded the size of my drink for free due to the inconvenience. Ordered a 3 piece "tenders" with a side of gravy, not the meal just the tenders . Just under $10 for the two items, which is ridiculous in itself, but when I got home to eat, the tenders were anything but, overcooked and chewy, and the coating was like those cornflake "fake fried chicken" things in looks and taste - NOT the KFC I'm used to. What happened to the 11 herbs and spices flavor? These were bland, bland. The gravy tasted like it came from a can, and certainly not worth the $2.50 I was charged for it. Plus they failed to give me a napkin! In all my 68 years, this is probably the WORST "fast food" meal I've ever had. This is without a doubt a disgrace to the whole KFC franchises. I ordered two buckets of the grilled chicken and got the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. The legs looked almost like a Cornish game hen. The workers were awful as I had done an order on line and when I got there they had not even put it together, then said it would be a 15 minute wait for them to cook some. Went there on New years Day, looking for the $20 fill up, nothing on the menu reflected that offer. Instead I ordered the $24 family meal that was supposed to come with a dessert. Long story short I, when I got home i discovered that was not given the desert, I was shorted on the extra side dish, and the mix of regular and grilled was not what I had ordered. Considering I was the only customer there, how they managed to screw up a simple order is amazing. Now I remember why I haven't been to a KFC in years, and why I won't be going to one any time soon.
