So, to start off, the staff was not manning registers, but forcing customers to use touch screens. Then, the angry mob waiting for orders should have been a clue about this restaurant. The next clue was the names that got called T for orders that were coming up, and the people weren't there. Then, was a 25 minute wait for "Fast" food. A simple bowl and an order of French fries. The screen said to wait for your name to be called, and the employee starts calling out order numbers. I don't have a receipt, and wasn't given an order number. Then, there was nearly a fight when the lady picking up her order asked for ketchup, and was told they were out. I thought she was going to melt down right there. They finally called my order, which had actually been on the counter for a few minutes, and my meal was slightly above lukewarm when I sat down to eat it. The tables are sticky, and there's trash on the floor. The poor staffing, lack of teamwork, and horrid customer service here has made me not want to come back. I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to speak up for safety concerns. This place has potential to be a solid KFC restaurant, after they take and pass a literacy test. I've ordered from this KFC several times, and unfortunately, they keep getting my order wrong. What's more concerning is that they repeatedly add items I specifically request to be left out--items I'm allergic to! I've tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the pattern is too consistent to ignore. This isn't just about poor service--it's a serious health concern. Maybe I got lucky? We went inside and did have to wait a bit for our order to be taken, so if you're in a time crunch be aware of that... I to KFC had a taste for chicken and I stood and waited for service about 10 minutes where there was no one else in there , I finely got service and I order there ten piece meal deal and I was very disappointed for what was in the box the chicken looked old and reheated and I couldn't eat it and sides was cold and also looked old , as much as I love KFC I will never go there again and the service was very poor I will go to POPEYE'S next I'm up that way. read more

Everytime I go in there they act like they could care less about customers. They just take their time and walk around there like they had all the time in the world to prepare your order. They have a don't care attitude. There was one guy in there that was running register and he looked like he was trying to do everything to get everyone in there moving . He was doing his best. The rest of staff were rude and slow and didn't care. Very disappointing. Love the chicken ! Just not the slow service and uncaring attitude. Definitely need better management. This happens everytime I go in there. Everyone waits for their order forever. Need to get better staff except for young guy that works register. He really is a good worker and very polite. I arrived a few minutes after 4 pm on a Sunday. The drive thru line was all the way out to the street. It is now 5:00 pm and a whopping 6 cars have been served. Did the upcoming dinner hour escape management and staff attention?? I am now stuck in the middle of the line not patiently for my turn to be served. Absolutely ridiculous and not the first bad experience of this nature at this location. I absolutely will not be returning...if i don't die of old age before I actually leave. I should have followed the past reviews but I figured since the reviews were so old i would give it a try, big mistake. I went in to order because the drive through was wrapped around the building and it's the same window as Taco Bell's. When I went in there was only one table being used and only one woman in line who stated that she was there for 15 minutes and only had her drink. After awhile when I was asked what I wanted the young man/boy looked confused as he went to use the machine to place my order. He walked away came back five minutes later and said he would be right with me again walk back to the other employees walking around like he didn't know what was going on so I left came to Delmar diner and was served immediately plus the reviews are much better. read more

We live in Princess Anne. We asked for Extra Crispy. The cashier went back to find out if Ex Crspy was ready, and if not , how long it would take. The people in the back yelled at him and did not give an answer. So we waited. We got our order and left. When we got home with our order we found the chicken was not Extra Crispy like we ordered. It was Original and the top layer of chicken was smashed. We had ordered three sides. Two mashed potatoes and gravy and one cole slaw. We were missing one gravy and we were shorted one wing in the 12 pc family meal. We tried to call the store several times, but could not get through. The phone rang about nine times then dropped the call Finally had to call corporate. We will see if this gets corrected. When I spoke to corporate, they asked me how much my typical order was. I told them that the order I was calling about was about $27. We generally spend a little more. Corporate sent us a voucher for $10. Seriously? In the meantime, my daughter stopped at the same store. When she got back to her house in Hebron, the supposed "Extra Crispy" looked and tasted like they took Original, and refried it trying to pass it off as crispy. It was even a little burnt! The employees here could not move slower, absolutely no concern for expediency or customer service. They are also blatantly stupid (ok, that's harsh, but what do you call it when the order taker/cashier asks if a drumstick is the same as a leg?). Obviously they receive no training from management, this store is a perfect example of why KFC is failing miserably, while Chick Fil A is the number 1 chicken restaurant. I like to give KFC /Taco bell on tilghman road Salisbury md no stars if I could! The managers here are ghetto, nasty and so are most of the workers.. The place is very very nasty in the evenings and oh don't have a problem that you need to speak with the manager about because guess what they don't answer there phone with a hello they simply pick up the phone and hang up! I am so so sick of coming here for anything because they never get your orders right there always missing something and this unprofessional place is really starting to get under my skin. Who owns this place I mean who can I file my complaints to? The health department should do a pop up visit and shut this place down and also NEW STAFF NEED TO BE HIRED! read more
