I literally waited in spot #1 for 8 mins., during such time I 'continuously' called that CONTINUOUSLY BUSY LINE--AS IF THE PHONE WAS PLACE OFF THE HOOK...note: This is the third time 'that mobile call line was continuously busy--(3 day's in a row)..Obliviously, I use to like Taco Bell. This establishment must've switch management because I've never had issues at this location. This location used to be one of the best and now it's completely horrible. Waiting 1hr plus for food and not getting everything I payed and ordered for. Rude and unhelpful staff. This used to be one of the best on the eastern shore and now it's become one of the worst. I remember why I haven't been here in probably 4 yrs. I ordered 2 soft tacos with cheese, and sour cream. Easy right? Apparently not. Besides them having lettuce on them, they weren't even warm. They were legitimately cold and I wish I was being dramatic. The lettuce I guess I can get over (standards weren't high anyway) but for them to not even be slightly warm is embarrassing. My husband and I drive all the way from Delmar DE just to come here. The service is absolutely terrible. There's only one worker who is genuinely very nice and his name is Curt. All the rest act like hood rats and curse nonstop, they ignore you, give you MAJOR attitude!!!, They don't care about their jobs and mess up your orders... I absolutely love their beef chalupas more than anything even though they are priced way too high!! One time it was taking forever and we were the only people in there and waiting... The workers were just goofing off and not even working. I said something to my husband about it and I think a manager heard, but what she did was not okay... Look, before I tell you, I understand she was trying to be nice and make it better, but she should have asked me FIRST before doing! She changed my order into a steak chalupa. I guess because most people prefer steak... But not me. I was SO excited for my BEEF chalupa and it turned out to be steak, which had a very bad texture... Very chewy and gross. Bad taste. I was so upset!!! We drive about half an hour to get here and I don't even know why anymore. The hood rat workers are the worst and should all be fired and they need to get their acts together about food and prices. read more

Not only does it take forever and a day for your order to come up if you go to the drive-through in the evening. But you will also find that the staff behind the glass talks smack about you while you're sitting in the drive-through. I guess they don't realize that the glass isn't that thick and you can literally hear every word they're saying. The best part is the manager chimes in and everyone laughs and makes a good joke at your expense while you're sitting in the drive-through. And when they mess your order up and you go back and have it corrected, they make smart ass comments to your face! Saying things like," that's what he gets for being in a hurry?!?" I thought this was supposed to be fast food? I thought that my order was supposed to be correct from having no tomatoes and having actual syrup in my Mountain Dew instead of just carbonated water?!? read more

There are no lids, no straws, no one taking orders inside, and every single table in the lobby is dirty. Not to mention that I've been now waiting for my food for 20 min. One of the most inconsistent Taco Bells I've ever been to. Taco Bell breakfast is one of the easiest to grab and go before work. Here's the problem, it's only easy when they adhere to their hours. The signs on the drive thru windows say the store opens at 7 a.m. when you get there at 7:50a.m., staff says the store doesn't open until 8a.m. Ok, no problem. So, I change my breakfast routine to ensure I can enjoy the delicious flavors of Breakfast offered here. Instead of eating before 8, sometimes it's closer to 9 a.m. now. But over the past six months, it takes two hands to count the number of times I've arrived after 8 a.m., only to be told they're closed. Then when I ask why, I get the most hideous attitude from either the employee or even the manager. Along with opening inconsistencies, they oftentimes forget to put the entire order in the bag. I've learned to check my bag and not trust anyone at this store. read more

Thought I would throw my two cents in about Taco Bell Breakfast. The crunchwrap was ok. Tortilla, cheese, tater tot like things, sausage and no egg for me It was nice and hot, tasted what you would expect from this salty, porky, nitrate-sodium-good-feeling laden goodness. The waffle taco, however... I am not sure how they cook the outside waffle, but it was greasy. I'm talkin' 'Soul Glo' Greasy. Worse yet, the waffle outside had a very unpleasant, greasy, chemically, hint of maple syrup but needing much more flavor. The cheddar cheese inside of it combined with the sausage counter-acted some of the weird flavor but not enough. Maybe if they gave out syrup (I was 4 bites in and a few miles down the road before I reached in my bag and to my dismay---DOH! No syrup and no turning back). I'm not sure if this thing was trying to be a 'Mc Griddle' but not even close. Overall, very unpleasant. That said, another choice for fast food breakfast isn't a bad thing. I've come here several times because I'm from Salisbury and it's the closest one to my house, and every single time there has been something that leaves me annoyed, frustrated, or late. The workers are rude and insulting, they have messed up my order every time, and I've had several bad experiences with my food. Normally it's something small--albeit annoying--like leaving on tomatoes when I ask for no tomatoes. But tonight, the sloppiness and carelessness crossed a line. I'm vegetarian and I ordered a black bean crunch wrap with no tomatoes and add potatoes, but I got a beef crunch wrap with no potatoes. There was no one else in line or in the store so I know my order didn't get switched, they just didn't care to make it properly. I took a few bites before realizing what happened and I instantly spit it out. I haven't had beef in years and I'm probably going to get sick because of this. Extremely frustrating and insulting to paying customers when orders are rarely right, workers are rude, and service is slow even when there is NO ONE waiting. I live in NYC and I have had exponentially better service at Taco Bells that are much busier, much cleaner, and much friendlier. read more

We came to visit family after a death to get lots of food and get on the road for a long drive home to Manassas VA.We went to Salisbury Rt. 50 and Tighlman Rd location.We spent 47.00 and the cashier said Happy Holidays have a good one. We pulled off into the parking lot with 2 teenagers to check the items. Were missing a steak burroto supreme a chicken nacho bell grande and a soft taco lettuce only for our daughter.Pulled up to grub hub window and told the manager what the issue was. ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!!!!!! I came here a month ago to order a chicken quesdilla which wasn't even cooked/heated properly. The cheese wasn't even melted and was cold like it was straight out the fridge. I figured maybe the late night staff may be worse than usual. Today I was in the area and went to get a crunchwrap supreme. They couldn't even wrap it up all the way and the meat was cold/stale. The worse customer service in Salisbury. These employee will let you stand at the counter unnoticed before anyone will even remotely consider helping you. The restaurant is always packed with employees friends' and children sitting at the tables while the employees work ad hand out free food. I give consideration for quality of fast food joints, being that there is no culinary value of most fast food places. But this Taco Bell somehow impressed me multiple times on how a place could mess up orders and make it late like it's an art form. I order a cheesy Gordita crunch with a Doritos crunchy taco inside, and I get just a Doritos taco. I order two slushees, I get one soda that I have no idea how it was ordered. I order 2X an order of 4pk Cinnabon bites, I get 2 Cinnabon bites. Not even a full order. It's places like this that people laugh at fast food employees wanting $15 a hour. Worst customer service ever. I love taco bell and this the only one near me. Snails can make food faster than these guys. While waiting for my food I watched one employee slowly make food while one was texting, another was sweeping (while they had several customers waiting) one on register (makes sense) another standing around doing absolutely nothing, management nowhere in sight and best yet another was flirting with two college girls that just walked in. I watched several customers get mad and demand their money back including the college girls! I have waited more then 10 minutes on quite a few occasions. Even when not busy. Sat in car at window (after I paid) and waited 10 minutes for a 6 pack and a burrito and saw no customers at register and one guy waiting at counter just as long as me. And I think we was recording a video on his phone. Probably amazed at how slow they are. IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. THANKS FOR HELPING ME START MY DIET. read more
