I know that as a consumer, I can check before coming to make sure I know what I'm ordering - but it's the little things like reiterating the menu to customers, whether they're new or not. My impression is that employees are probably not treated very well because they seem stressed half the time, tired, exhausted, overworked, or mentally drained. Ever consider giving your employees coffee, or some perks? They don't seem like bad people. Actually, they seem like good people. hence why I feel so divided over it.
