I just got the $7.00 box omg! It is terrible! I got the three tenders and they are very salty and not crispy at all. Crust is dark and not golden. It really hurt to throw my money away. Had a 3.00 dollar coupon and gave it to cashier , the cashier only game me .89 discount (senior citizen discount ) and went I told her that she charged me the wrong price she said I never gave her the coupon. the manager stated and refused to honor the price. I usually go through the drive-through but I did go inside once. The floors were sticky. The tables were dirty. It was not pleasant. The drive-through however is pretty fast, usually. On a couple of occasions they run out of a certain type of fried chicken such as crispy or original. Sometimes they've offered weird combinations of chicken such as all wings and legs. My go to meal is the 14 piece and two sides for $20. It's not on the menu. You have to ask for it. If the inside of the store was neat and clean it would get four stars,but because it scares me to go inside I'm only giving them two stars. Also, it is difficult to navigate the drive-thru. It is located at a very busy intersection and depending on which driveway you use you have to go all the way around to come back into the drive-through lane. Exiting is also a challenge with all the traffic on these two big heavily trafficked streets. However, the chicken and customer service is usually pretty good which is all I need from them. read more

KFC might have at one time been the best fast food chicken out there, but not now, not anymore. Idk what the hell they are using for seasoning nowadays but it's horrible but the worse thing was the amount of grease that came out of one thigh, I mean good grief, there probably was enough to deep fry a half pack of Oreo's if you're into that kind of thing. Three sides missing and one side wrong. Went through the drive through today Sunday 28 September 2021. Ordered two 3 piece combo meals with mash potatoes and fries and two side orders of green beans plus a large gravy. I asked drinks with no ice. I had to repeat my order about three times. I waited a while and my check was for $26.00. I should have checked my order before I drove off. Arrived home and found my order was wrong. I received one side of fries, one side of green beans and no gravy. Also my drinks had lots of ice. I tried to call the restaurant to complain but the business number doesn't accept calls. Came in to eat while my car was getting fixed for some lunch. The food was great. I had the $5 KFC full up with the KFC Famous Bowl and added a biscuit to my order. The Famous bowl and biscuit were good. Biscuit was fresh. I had sweet tea to drink and it was also good. The customer service was great as well. Very friendly and fast service even during the lunch rush. The only thing was that the facility could use some better cleaning. The drink station, floor, and tables were not really clean. The ice in the drink station was coming out very watery as well. So, I need to strain out the water from my cup after getting ice before pouring my drink in. If they put some more effort into the cleanliness of the establishment, they would have a better review. read more

The new boneless combo special is a joke. I was asked if I had a coupon and I said what coupon? I don't have a coupon. Charged me $4.99 for the combo and the 2 pieces of chicken were both white meat not 1 white/1 dark and they were just a little bigger than a chicken nugget. The biscuit was as dry and bland as a piece of cardboard and the mac & cheese was cold. I will never go back to KFC.
