You order at the counter first, then find a table and sit down. They bring the food to you when it's ready. Fountain drinks are self serve, so you can refill them as needed. The person at the counter was helpful when we were deciding what to order, which made the process easier. The food came out fairly quickly and everything was hot, fresh and very flavorful. We got the mixed chicken, yams, fries and mac and cheese and all of it was sublime. The chicken stood out the most, well seasoned and cooked just right. The fried plantains and hot rolls are worth adding. Both were very good and complemented the meal well. There was also a man playing trumpet and a DJ, which added a nice background energy. It felt lively without being overwhelming and it made the experience fun for me and the kids. Overall, it was a smooth, predictable setup with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. Nice cheese pull but surprisingly on the bland side for both. The crust definitely wasn't what I remembered at all- bland, doughy, too chewy in the middle. I even left the crust edges on the plate, which I never do, because it was so flavorless. We brought most of it home and, as it sits now in the fridge, I sadly feel like it will end up in the trash. Will give it one more try at some point, maybe trying the Golden Crust to see if that's better or more familiar, but this visit wasn't it, and especially not for more than a $50 lunch with tip.

I should not have to hold it up with my knee while trying to change her. I believe some changes should be made in all locations for infant car seats. Just a concern mother looking for safety.

During the second half and after 3 beer I went back to the restroom at which point all three stall were completely backed up with sewage... the floor had sewage. The manager explained that he called someone and there was nothing he can do. After this experience I will never visit another BWW in any major sport event.
