Although the place has a good ambience, the food was not what we expected. We both ordered the t-bone steak and we were greeted with a small salad. Nothing spectacular, just a small bowl with lettuce, minced onions and carrots. I ordered my steak medium well and my wife ordered it well done. It did not take too long to get served and upon a quick look of our plates, they look pretty decent. The waiter returned with some bread rolls, mildly warm, and some sour-cream and shredded cheese for our baked potato. My wife quickly pointed out that her steak was not well done and it appeared to be medium well at best. She also complained saying that the meat was pretty tough and mine was as well. The baked potato was not too bad. The waitress was not friendly and just went about doing her job without ever smiling. She only checked with us once the entire time we were there besides bringing the bill. The final bill was about $65 and we left a $10 tip, which we thought was appropriate for the service we received. After having a brief discussion evaluating the entire dining experience, we agreed that we were not coming back, and we do not recommend it.

It's like trying to get God himself on the phone. Ridiculous. I ended up having to contact headquarters... and they said five. more. business. days. Which tells me the correction was never completed to begin with. I'm not upset with the initial error, we're human. I'm irritated that it wasn't corrected and we'll be six weeks out before a reconciliation.

We just did take-out, place looks decent, the workers have been nice and happy for the most part. I didn't take a picture of our previous orders but had to share the love for sure today. We do like their house sauce, don't forget to add that on. Burgers have all been great. Fries are good fries. Yesterday we did delivery through a third-party, and everything was packaged nicely, was still at a great temperature, and just as delicious. Not pictured, the Motley Qüe, was also a great hit in our household. It was so so tasty, as the barbecue sauce they had was really good. Highly recommend!
