I should have had a clue- it was empty at lunchtime, I was literally the only customer. The drive through mic was not working very well. It took me several times of repeating and clarifying my order. Then they told me that they could not honor a deal that was on their menu board. You could hear some shuffling and then the voice came back and said they would do it for me. (So glad you are sacrificing to honor your own menu). Then I got to the window and got very fast service. However, my cookie was missing from the order and my drink which I had clarified TwICE to be a Mountain Dew was instead a Pepsi. Then upon opening my $5 fill up macaroni bowl I found gravy. Country brown potato gravy on top of my macaroni and cheese. To be honest I was frustrated at this point and did not try to correct them. Just go somewhere else read more

Twice in a row that I've visited and both times they have informed me they do not have enough original recipe chicken to fill my order and there would be a significant wait time. Original recipe is KFC's foundational product and they don't have it when a customer orders it. Upon hearing this, the gentleman behind me in line to order left. The individual taking orders did not know to operate the cash register and when he called someone to help, she had no idea how to correct the mistake either. I ordered two buckets of chicken from here tonight. When I was ordering I had a few questions, but each time I tried to ask, the lady taking my order seemed annoyed and kept rushing me. When I got to the window the same lady handed out my food. I asked for honey and bbq sauce, she again acted annoyed and put out. She rolled her eyes and acted like she was seriously put out by my request. When I got home she had given me 3 packets of honey for my 8 biscuits and 2 packets of bbq sauce for my 22 pieces of chicken. I have been to this restraunt several times now and have received this same service each time. They are over priced to begin with, add in the absolutely horrible service and I can guarantee I won't be giving them any more chances. Customer service goes a really long way. read more

My family had a really annoying experience here- my father in law went through the drive thru & ordered two $20 fill ups, with thighs & legs only, along with one additional breast he paid extra for. We get back & we have 11 pieces of chicken total (we should have had 8+8+1=17). The majority of the bucket being wings which we specifically didn't want. We live 20 mins away so not convenient to drive back- make sure you check your order before you drive off!!!! We go there and I had two coupons and they would only accept 1 coupon. I asked if I could drive around for another visit and reuse it and she denied me. I am actually super shocked by the service I received today here. We ordered a number 14 and a number 15 in the drive through, they seemed a little confused when we asked for buffalo on the number 15, which is 2 little chicken sandwiches. Once we drove away I noticed they didn't give us a number 15 at all, it was a totally different combo, with plain chicken. I came in and nicely explained that there had been a mistake and the manager stated "you got what you paid for" and I was a little taken aback, explaining again that I had needed a number 15 with buffalo sauce, not this. He then said "well we put buffalo on the number 14? Isn't that enough?" At this point I had to be very stern with him as I explained this is not what we wanted at all, and even gave him the wrong food back. He finally gave in and made the correct order, while stating very rudely I need to eat or throw away the incorrect food. Once I left I opened up my number 15 to find they made 2 little chickens with BBQ sauce, not buffalo. Took 15 minutes just to get through the line and order our food. There were only 2 people in front of us. Honestly what the crud?! My roommate and I came for just two famous five dollar fill ups. While waiting for the person on the other end of the drive through to ever even acknowledge us a huge line started to form behind us. It took so long the people behind just started driving away. On top of this, the person with the headset didn't realize we could hear him not acknowledging us and was laughing and yelling with his coworkers. He finally took our order but was very rude. We then pulled up to the window and AGAIN no one acknowledged our existence for about 10 minutes... for sure made eye contact. By far the WORST KFC in the entire valley... I Love KFC, but not this store. I hardly know where to start the issues are so numerous. Here goes though, First: Product quality... Revolting and Loathsome, gelatinous breading, odd flavor, inedible. Second: Employee hygiene and behavior, while the one employee who appeared to be the only one working, gathered my order. I was treated to the spectacle of the girl sitting in the "office?" I assume it's the office but I don't know. The door being open and in direct view from the drive through window though In any case. Watching her dig in her ears and occasionally pull out a finger, inspect, run a fingernail under the nail of the recently removed, wipe it on her pants, and repeat, several times. I Began to fear greatly for the sanitation of the food itself. I certainly hope that's not the shift manager, because if so, that's worrisome for how the employees at large may be handling the food, if that lax standard is the measure the rest follow by her lead. I could go on endlessly but I think those alone may be enough to make my point. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR YOUR KFC, if you value quality and health I suggest you avoid this one. read more

My wife loves KFC and we eat there a fair amount. This particular location is the worst I have even been to. The store is always dirty and the service is really slow. No matter how many customers are in the store the manager is always visiting with another employee and seems to pay no attention to what is going on in the store. No matter what I order I have to wait, they have nothing prepaired it seems like. The shortning they cook in is very dirty and they overcharge you for everything. Even if you show them the ad, that is on display in their store, they tell you its wrong, your order does not include the items advertised. read more

The coleslaw came in three small containers instead of the large and spilt everywhere in the bag. No biscuits were put in the order. We called the store, but because we made the mistake of saying we didn't need the receipt they said if we drove back out to the store from Midvale they would give us the biscuits and cookies. They would give us that if we drove all the way back, but couldn't give a credit or anything if we didn't because of no receipt. Makes no sense. Anyway always get a receipt with KFC read more

I say no problem. That will be seven dollars even. Sit down a table, dirty and sticky, move to another table. 20 minutes later, I get up and walk to the counter. A female employee is walking to refill her drink, then notices me. Can I get you something? I say, yes I ordered a number seven twenty minutes ago. She gathers the strips, then walks behind opens the door to the heated cabinet to find enough old fries to complete the order. Then brings it forward, we are out of biscuits would you... I interrupt, never mind I have to go to work now. Poor service, employees out back smoking and joking, and the fries were stone. No apology or care for the customer. Notified KFC that from now on Popeyes will get all of my business they open in Lehi in two weeks. Do not frequent this KFC the owners care nothing about the customer. read more

I ordered a 10 piece meal (original recipe) and a lemon cake. At first they forgot the lemon cake but after I asked for it they gave it to me. Then the worker forgot to give me my receipt but did find it after I asked for it. After arriving home we opened the chicken and it must of been extra crispy or completely over cooked and we just couldn't eat it. I called up and they offered to have me come back and they would replace the chicken. It was late and we didn't want to make the trip back. The manager said she would send me a coupon for chicken on another trip. She was polite but the dinner was pretty much ruined by then. We will use our coupon as we paid $30.00 for that meal but will not return to that KFC again. So sad as it used to be a dependable place to pick up a quick meal. read more
