Since the local KFC in our neighborhood closed (we thought it a management problem because it was run terribly), we are always on the lookout for some good KFC chicken. On the way to our annual family picnic Saturday, we stopped in at this location and found it very good. Now I'll be the first to admit we might have gotten a bit lucky because we were there when it opened ... and probably got the freshest chicken it would serve all day, but it was really good. You'll notice that the reviews here seem to be 5 stars or 1 star ... and that may just be the time of day people visited or their luck, but we enjoyed the chicken at the picnic and will be back next year at the same time. read more

I wish I could give it a zero. pulled up and placed my order, a $50 dollar order. I was the only one in the drive through line. I paid for my order and I sat there for about 5 minutes. The manager came and asked if I would pull up as they were waiting for my fries. I said sure, no problem. Boy was I wrong. I sat there for 15-20 minutes watching follow up orders get filled. I finally had enough. I turned my truck off and went inside only to find that they had completely forgot I was out there. Being there was nobody in the dining room, they caught an earful from me. The fries that they were waiting for got put in my containers. I found out when I got home that the were so verdant I had to throw them out. the chicken was as dry as a bone. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes. The turnaround time from the moment I placed my order until it was delivered to me was 25 minutes. Manager was too embarrassed evidently to come out to see me. Needless to say, you should avoid this joke of a restaurant as you won't like the service or the food. KFC is usually in my top 10 for chicken but not today the chicken is so small and overcooked making it non edible the only positive was the Mac mash and biscuit.still for 50$ or whatever it's not worth it.the service is also slow don't recommend. read more

Made a special request for something I ordered & employee told me "okay" as if it could be done. Pull up towards the window they give my order and it wasn't correct. I tell the employee The manager jumps in conversation with a nasty attitude and was talking shit. don't know her name but she was big asf, double chin & had a ponytail. When it was explained by another employer about them not being able to accommodate me with what I asked for. I was fine its just that should have been communicated when my order was taken. whoever took my order could have said " sorry we can't do that ". We stopped in yesterday evening for an eight piece dinner. When we got home we found out they put all dark meat (said they were out of dark meat pieces and we had to wait for dark to be done? ) instead of our ordered mix in the bucket and the thighs weren't even cleaned all the way through and just Thrown hodge podge in the bucket and the skin was off three pieces! The biscuits were stale. We called and they were swamped. Only had 5 cars in lot? The sides were the best part! They said we can come back to get our correct order! I went through the drive through and it took 8.5 minutes to place my order of just chicken, no sides. When I arrived home I opened the tub only to find micro chicken inside. I could fit 2 chicken wings in the palm of my hand. I proceeded to eat one wing only to be shocked by the razor sharp bones that had cut my mouth. I tried to call but of course no one answered. Slowest restaurant I've been to. Got in line at drive thru and only one car was ahead of me. I waited at the mic for 10 minutes before they finally spoke and took my order. Pulled up and waited another 10 minutes at the window for a chicken sandwich. Not sure what was going on in that place, but they were in no hurry to serve its customers. Felt sorry for the four cars that showed up behind me. read more

We have always enjoyed KFC but in the past year their service has completely changed our minds. For instance, today my husband went to KFC, ordered a 12 piece dinner, came home and found they had forgotten the chicken. I called and they blamed my husband saying he left too quickly. The girl at the window handed him one bag, said goodbye and closed the window. Of course, he would drive away. I really did not appreciate the establishment blaming my husband and the extra time to go back and get the chicken. Cross this off my go-to meal list. read more

We placed our order, paid, and then we were asked to pull up past the window where we sat for more than 30 minutes before finally going in to get it ourselves. Three times in a row my order was wrong. First visit they forgot my biscuits. Second they forgot my chicken. Third time I skipped the drive through to go inside and make sure the order was right. Of course it wasn't. Gave me wings instead of chicken tenders, gave me mashed potatoes instead of Mac n cheese. The girl at the register has no clue what she is doing. Every time I would order an item from the menu she would say "your total is...". I kept telling her I'm not done ordering. She kept touching her face which is super unsanitary. Super clean, eating area and restrooms. Friendly staff. Fast service. Order was ready so much faster then expected. Order was hot and correct. No issues at all. I did an on-line order, which I assumed meant that when I arrived my order would be ready. I placed the order 1 1/2 hours ahead of time. When I arrived, they had not even looked at the computer and so had to assemble my entire order while I waited. They didn't have enough chicken and so I had to wait while it was made. Best KFC I have ever been too. It's been a whole year since I've had the kernal, and let me just say this location knocked it out of the park. The service was great and the employees were friendly. All the food was nice and hot by the time I got home. Not to mention the chicken was delicious. The warm and soft cookie was the icing on the cake. Always a problem here. It is the only KFC around us but it the worst that I have ever been in. One time I was in there and they said they were out of chicken and would be closing in an hour. WHAT? Today I went there ordered grilled chicken breast. I mentioned it looked small. They said they had to use the chicken they use for breaking. Also told me that was the last one they had.
