The first thing you can do to improve this place is to fire the red-head bartender. Lazy, slow AF making drinks, rude and tried to get me to pay for a drink she didn't even make. My first time there with my son. The food was amazing. We ordered the crispy tacos, for the appetizer. So fresh the steak was flavorful. I ordered the chicken wings ( bbq and buffalo wings. They were from a real grill, tender and falling off the bone. I also ordered the Caesar grilled chicken salad. The chicken was moist and delicious. The lettuce was a little flat but I think that it was the dressing. It was so good. My 15 year old son and I went to Twin Peaks for lunch. It's Hooters on a new level! My son enjoyed the eye candy. Despite the scanty dress, the service was good and overall a nice establishment. The food was good too. We had the Brisket Nachos, Meatballs, and Brisket Pizza, all from the appetizer menu. However, it was so much, we had plenty to take home. The food was basic so don't come here thinking you are eating gourmet. Basic sports bar food! It was tasty. I had the half slab of ribs, Coleslaw with a kick, and some tasty Adult Mac and Cheese. My husband and I shared the mozzarella bits, equally delicious. The service was fantastic. Our server was DeDrieanna (or DeDe) and was a gem. She was so sweet and kept checking on us. I came into the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon with a party of four. Prior to entering we were told by an exiting customer that the service was terrible and the food was cold. We then waited for about 30-40 minutes, which I think is understandable seeing that they're a new restaurant in the area. Upon being greeted by our waitress we were immediately told that they were out of several menu items ranging from chicken to bacon to brisket and that the kitchen was severely backed up. She also informed us that the patio wasn't even finished which gives off the vibe that this is probably more of a soft opening as to being fully open. Nevertheless we ordered an appetizer sampler and for myself I got the avocado smash burger. In my experience waiters and waitresses normally bring you water right when you're sat down, but this never happened. In addition to that, we were never offered straws. After over an hour one of our two appetizer samplers came out and it was warm, but no where near hot. Nevertheless I ate it because at that point I was hungry. It was very typical, mozzarella bites, fried pickles, and boneless buffalo wings. Nothing special. Shortly after that the burger I ordered came out. I'd requested sweet potato fries and didn't even get them. In addition to that, the fries (super salty) and burger were barely warm. From the time of being sat to when we eventually left it took roughly 2 hours for everything we ordered to be served. I will say that eventually the restaurant cleared out (overheard another waitress saying that multiple tables had walked out) however that did nothing to help with the speed at which food was being brought out. Eventually the other meals were brought out, and they were all wrong (different wings with incorrect sauces). Thankfully the manager came by and comped all of our food. Overall, I felt like our waitress was trying, however the whole place obviously needs a class on how to effectively run a kitchen and get food out to their customers. I wouldn't recommend coming here, and next time I'm in the area I'll either go to Hooters or Culvers to avoid all the issues that occurred. I have been to several Twin Peaks, and this is my least favorite location!! I love Twin Peaks however, my food has been longer than normal. once I received my food, it was cold so I sent it back. My beer was not full when I received so again, I sent that back when I first arrived. It took an awhile for them to seat me. I was the only one in line. I was the only person waiting to be seated. There was no individuals waiting to be seated. What makes it more frustrating at this location, I asked for tacos with extra sour cream. They brought the tacos out with the dab and sour cream, sent it back and they brought them back out with a dab of sour cream. Sorry but that's not appropriate. The service is, I would say fair I've had one waitress roll her eyes at me because I asked for my food to go back, which is very unprofessional. overall, this is my least favorite Twin Peaks.
