Went to Kentucky fried chicken last night in Seabrook. Ordered online and was given a time of 10 minutes that the order would be ready. Upon arrival drive-through lane was backed up to route one no system whatsoever for people they have ordered online. We sat for 45 minutes to get through the drive-through lane to get our food that was supposed ready at 7:40 and we didn't get it till 830 the food was cold when I asked for For information on contacting customer service I was told by the employee but it was not available. Rude obnoxious service and poor planning. The excuse that I was given was that they have a new special and have been busy all day. I understand that were the circumstances going on currently that their delivery of food has changed but this is unacceptable and very poor poor service I'm planning. read more

I convinced my husband to eat at KFC in Seabrook while shopping. When we went in the line was very long. Some were waiting for their order and others hadn't ordered yet. It seemed there were only two people working and the cashier said two people had called in that they weren't coming to work. We finally decided to leave and, upon leaving, the cashier locked the door do no one else could get in. Drive by later and the drive through line was long but no other cars in parking lot. This store needs help. read more

These people can NEVER get your order correct. Even after you you correct them. Slow drive thru. Regardless if you go in or drive thru they screw up the order. Seems like there's no management ever there and they apparently just hire anyone. Worst customer service ever. read more

The chicken I ordered was so undercooked that it could have still been running around in someone's backyard. Not to mention the restaurant looked like a landfill with the amount of dirt grime and grease all over everything. The cast from "The Hills Have Eyes" or were those the employees? They were throwing things that landed in the food contaminating it. Last were the uniforms that looked like they spent a week in a truck stop bathroom. read more

Home of the 20 minute drive thru. I ordered a 7 layer burrito (from the taco bell menu) it was barely warm. Next.

First thing I noticed was the girl that put my order together had on gloves. Wearing the same gloves she went from the cash register to other parts of the store touching things before grabbing my chicken with her hands and those same gloves. Second she got the order wrong. It's been a while since I've Yelped, but this has called for it. I don't normally give bad reviews either. The food here is great!...When you get what you ordered that is. I've been to this location 3 times in about 4 months and every time I waited OVER 30 minutes in line. I'm pretty patient, so I in fact waited. Every time I saw car after car leave the line being tired of waiting, and I can't blame them. When I got to the window they always have to ask me which Oder is mine because it's so chaotic. People leave without getting their food, they get my order wrong, I always have to ask for my drink, if I didn't check my bags I'd always leave missing something. When I look into the window, everyone is always running around like no one knows what's going on. I will say that the person at the window has always been very polite. And the food has always been warm. I think this KFC needs new management and new crew-members. I would not recommend eating here, especially if you're on a time crunch. read more

After waiting over 15 minutes on the kfc side for standard,2 "k12's" off menu ( 3 tenders,popcorn chicken potatoes and coleslaw ) first the order came out on a tray ,was for take out and then was wrong,no popcorn chicken but fry wedges instead.... FOOD POISONING and slow service. Their rep said no one else reported food poisoning but I was not the only family member who ordered same time different food to get violently sick. I missed work due to them. Other than that they have horribly slow service and their employees turn over so fast you cannot even train them. read more

Went to KFC at 1:30 in the afternoon - was told they had no chicken (which apparently just means that it's going to be 15 minutes until they heat up more states by another employee ) Came back after 15 minutes and the girl snapped at me and said "We STILL have no chicken" like I had personally ruined bed her day by ORDERING SOMETHING ON THE MENU. If you can't handle a customer service job then go work in a warehouse somewhere!! read more

Would never have high expectations at any fast food business. But holy CRAP, I think I've found the worst fast food establishment in the United States. We just sat in a drive through line for 30 minutes. After getting to the window and paying for our food, we sat another 25minutes before we had to knock on the window to he acknowledged. They lost our order...gone again for another 10 minutes and came back like they had never seen us before? Now we're nearing an hour, in a drive through. Finally we ask for a refund. It took all employees standing around the computer for another 15 minutes trying to figure out how to issue a refund. We were told we "were lucky you got a refund, we almost gave up" What the hell does that mean? I wouldn't have gotten refunded because you couldnt figure it out? Avoid at all costs, no one in the building has an IQ greater than mayonnaise. These are the people demanding 15 dollars an hour, yet couldn't deliver me two tiny chicken sandwiches in under an hour, in a drive through. read more

This was the worst food possible on earth. I found several pieces of hair in my mash potatoes.

Ok so this place is terrible. How do you run out of potato's. I don't understand that's like them running out of chicken. But other than that I would highly consider not spending money here. read more

Went inside instead of drive through because of two or three cars in the drive through thought it might be quicker running in. Boy was that stupid. We ordered, stood around and waited about 10 minutes, until we were asked why we were standing there by Victoria, we told her were waiting on our food, she said its going to be about 5 minute wait on the chicken. We didn't have much of a choice, so we waited, another 10 minutes pass people who came in after us got served, but were still standing there. 2 other employees asked us what we were waiting on since we were in line so long. Victoria actually raised her voice at these employees and made them out to be doing something wrong when they were only attempting to help us "The Customer". Anyways, I would have to say I eat here 2 times a week on average, its generally fast, decent customer service since a new store manager seemed to take over, and pleasurable. I would have to say I am and was frustrated with the service received, and being treated like this is wrong. Victoria my message to you is you work in customer service darlin, drop the attitude at the door when you clock in, we all have bad days put a smile on your face and do your job. To all the other employees who helped us that night, Thank you! I appreciate your efforts! Restaurant is on the up and up, this review should not detour you from trying. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, I ordered the 8 pc bucket meal. I asked for original. I drove home with the meal and was shocked at the chicken they gave me. They put the 8 pcs in a huge bucket and it was extra crispy and burnt and dried up. It consisted of one breast, two thighs, two drum sticks and three tiny dried up and burnt wings. It looked disgusting. I drove back the five miles and returned it for a refund. read more
