I haven't ate kfc for about 20 years I just moved to the area and decided to try it again because of a bad experience 20 Years ago it took me about a week but finally I tried it so I go in I ordered two chicken sandwiches, 2 2!pieces and some fries The two pieces are supposed to be a leg and a thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit for 599 so first of all I sit there a half hour for my chicken sandwiches. They told me 10 minutes it was a half hour then I get my order I get home I have two legs and a chicken tender in my box instead of my two piece meal I called him told him they told me they could not replace it and I asked speak to a manager and they asked me for the corporate office then I get my son is chicken sandwich. He bites into it and he said it was raw and inside the plaza with the bag where you get the sandwich he found a dead bug. Well that did My I did it for me ever eating at Kentucky fried chicken again this place just can't ever get it right or have a good experience. I absolutely hate coming here, every single time nothing but arguing with the employees about the prices!!! If you get coupons solicited in your house more than likely they won't honor them. If they do, NO CHANGES TO SIDES even though they are all the same price. So if someone hates coleslaw, tough. KFC offers a senior discount, but good luck trying to get it. Since they had a remodel this place looks better, feels cleaner :) I'm a hot wing guy as of other items on the menu doesn't really interest me. Tried chicken strips ones and was disappointed. Like the hot wings with barbecue and creamy ranch. About three years ago they started charging for the sauces and sometimes it is annoying to ask for them and them asking for .49 per sauce. read more

I stopped by KFC on my way home from work I got a spicy chicken combo when the lady put it on the counter she said something in Spanish and old man came up and started digging in the bag and said it wasn't his food the lady said it a spicy for him pointed at me and put the bag in front of me I didn't want it after the old man had been digging around in it the lady asked me what's wrong I said I don't want that she says it's ok I said it's not ok that dirty old man was digging around in it . This review is actually for the Shoreline and Lynnwood locations. I don't know why I can't find them on Yelp. We used to come here often (Shoreline), and with exception of forgotten items, good food and good specials. Yesterday I went there and was dumbstruck by the prices. $30.00 for a 10 piece chicken? It gets worse. Unless you want to take out a second mortgage, don't go here. The money grubbing owners of this location have jacked up the prices. Almost $50.00 for a 16 piece chicken? I then decided to go to Lynnwood, but looked up their menu online. Okay, that"s better. An eight piece meal with sides for $20.00. I drive there, and am told they don't have that special. I show her the menu, and she still won't honor it. Unbelievable! Apparently these franchise owners can charge whatever they feel like charging. I am not sure why so many yelpers are hating this place. First, the dollar value for this place is 4? I mean come on, how can a fast food be that expensive? People are just way over their head making the place that expensive. second, most of the time, there is only two or three workers in the restaurant. So at busy time, your food will be available when they finish cooking. Therefore the food is pretty freshly cooked, which I would rather have. My family and I ordered through drive-thru a few nights ago, and were asked to park behind the building while our items were made. No big deal, that happens at McDonalds too. 5-10 minutes goes by, nobody brings out our food. Eventually, I go inside the building to ask what is taking so long, and while I'm inside my wife texts me that someone brought the food. It's not our order, every item is wrong. Sigh. I walk back into the building and walk to the front of the counter. I finally get someone's attention, and I explain that nothing about my order is correct. She grabs my receipt without a word and walks away. I proceed to stand there for another 5-10 minutes without a word from any employee. I eventually asked to speak to a manager, and the employee yelled at someone in the back before looking at me and shrugging her shoulders. At this point I wanted to just ask for a refund, but didn't have my receipt anymore. Finally, the employee who took my receipt returns with my order, which now was 75% correct so I said whatever and went home. If just ONE employee had said "hey, we're sorry, let's fix this for you" I wouldn't be here writing this review. But there was no communication of any kind, on any level. The girl at the counter could see I was visibly frustrated at the situation, and said nothing. I don't know if there is an explanation or not, but my observation was that none of the staff talked to the customers more than the absolute bear-minimum, and none cared about providing any form of customer service. It was very much a "we're busy, leave us alone" vibe. The food was nothing special. Every item I ordered, I could have gotten a superior version of it somewhere else. We hadn't been to KFC in a couple of years. Decided to go there today for takeout. I ordered the wing meal with an extra side of mashed potatoes. They were not full wings like they used to serve. There were 5 tiny (the smallest I've ever seen) drummettes in the box. They forgot my mashed potatoes. They gave my husband the wrong dip for his chicken fingers. We were already home so we didn't want to go back to get my mashed potatoes and the correct dip. Also, the biscuits are half the size that they used to be. We spent $30 on the 2 meals. I always come to this one for the crunchy hot wings. The drive-thru can be quite the experience and at times it takes way too long to complete orders, but each time I walk in I get my order quickly and with a smile. So my advice is to always walk in to place your order. =) It's a KFC so how special can it be?? As long as my wings are hot (temperature-wise) then this KFC is okay in my book. read more

If it takes more than 5 minutes for you to serve up some processed chicken over a bun then you are doing something wrong. We came to this location after having a hankering for some fried chicken. We went through the drive-thru thinking that it would be faster. Boy, were we wrong! The person who took my order kept asking me if I wanted something else with my order. I kept saying we were ok with the order we had placed.
