Buffett alert! This is a KFC buffet. I had never been to a KFC buffet and did not know they even existed. It was a nice spread with original and extr crispy chicken, greens, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, and several dessert options. My daughter wanted popcorn chicken and that was included too although you had to ask at the counter. They kept the buffet well stocked and the food was hot. And they kept going around and cleaning off tables! I saw several people go through the dining room cleaning up and wiping down tables in the hour I was there. It was pretty impressive. I don't eat KFC often for obvious reasons but next time I'm in Sierra Vista I will probably have to come here to get my KFC fix. read more

New owners. Buffet has gone down hill, and up in price they now make u get a drink with it, you can only get a few items from behind counter. I saw two dead cock roaches in the diningroom. No toilet paper in restroom. What a disappointment this restaurant has become. read more

Where is the chicken in the chicken pot pie? I found a few large pieces of potato and some veggies, but not much else. There was a nice crust on the top, but no crust anywhere else! Inside there was only the tin. Sad. I also received a regular tea instead of the sweet tea I asked for and on top of everything there was no cookie. This is amazing! The buffet literally is the best thing ever. This is the first KFC buffet I have ever seen and it's 6 bucks. You are allowed to get things over the counter such as chicken tenders, grilled chicken, fried chicken, biscuits and potato wedges. Horrendous service. The woman working the drive thru is beyond rude and needs to have her attitude checked. She has no name tag, but she's an African American, heavy set, short reddish hair, and a nose piercing. A complete failure in every way. They don't carry the specials advertised on the corporate website. Employees are rude and incompetent. Everything is an upcharge without explanation or apology. Totally disappointed in the food - not the staff with the exception that they never should have let that chicken out the Drive-Thru window. Driest chicken I ever ate and KFC's famous cold slaw was a misfire too. Not going back, would rather go through the hassle of a day pass just to get on Post to get POPEYES chicken as that has always been consistently great. read more

Possibly the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! I went to pick up dinner for my family, asked if I could get their Grilled chicken in their Big Box 3 piece meal, was told that I could, asked for that in 1 of the 2 Big Box meals I ordered, drove the 20+ miles home only to find out I did NOT have any grilled chicken. So, I called the store, talked to Alex (shift manager, I guess) was told that I had to bring the food back, uneaten, in order to have it replaced the next day (since I wasn't driving back into town until tomorrow), told him that wasn't going to happen as I still wanted dinner tonight, he said that that was my only option, told him if that was the case, I could just do without KFC forever, he said, with a lot of attitude, that was fine with him & hung up! My review would've been a 5 star until today when I went in. They have changed ownership which means rules have changed. Such as, you are no longer able to get food over the counter if you purchased a buffet. Also prices changed with them being more expensive. Finally if you are paying with a debit or credit card there is a charge for that as well. The food is still great just a little disappointed with the new changes. read more

This was the worst drive thru experience ever. The employee, who claimed to be a manager, was rude from the first greeting. She apparently thought we were taking too long to order and let us know it in her tone of voice and repeated sighs over the intercom. The fact that we were the only car in the drive-thru didn't seem to matter. When we reached the window, she literally rolled her eyes at me and continued to try to rush the transaction by speaking as fast as her small mind would allow. I calmly asked if she could repeat the food order (and not just the meal numbers) and she just stared at me in disdain. At that point, I calmly told her that I really didn't appreciate her attitude. She said, "I don't have an attitude YET. But you can go eat somewhere else." I asked if she was serious. She was. I asked for a manager & she told me that SHE was the manager. She then refused to give me a number for customer complaints and refused to serve me. I had my elderly mother in law and 3 young children in the car and told her I just wanted to feed my kids lunch. She shrugged her shoulders and slammed the window. I sat there in the drive thru for another 10 minutes while I looked up the KFC customer service phone number and called it. That employee was kind, but useless. He informed me that the location was privately owned and that the best he could do was request that the general manager call me. Thanks buddy. Crazy slow service and they don't tell you that there will be a 15 minute wait for grilled chicken until you've paid.

Do not eat here. Its like walking into the country of incompetence and the village idiots from across the land come here to work. Terrible service and overpriced food. Multiple mistakes on my order and just plain rude to customers. I will never eat there again and I strongly suggest you avoid this place like the plague. Another successful company until open up in Sierra Vista .Had the drive thru last night came home to dry dry dry biscuits and something that resembled chicken if dark brown grease laden food is what they call chicken.Stopped to see the mgr who wasn't there so the asst mgr. helped me .I mentioned the issue to her and she quickly told me she couldn't do anything about it but she would let the mgr know . She asked me if any food was left over ????? i said yes she then ask's if I had my receipt I said yes ( both questions are defensive questions which should not be asked ) I was waiting for her to say she would need to see the subject food but she didn't go there. Now this is where it gets real good.....ready ? The asst mgr tries to find something to write my number on but cant find a working pen she tries a couple of them and then gives up she continues to take my info but the THE PEN IS NOT WORKING !!!!! SHE CONTINUES TO WRITE NOTHING ON THIS PAPER OMG it is a blank piece of paper she is going to give to her boss AND SHE DOES IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME I mean does it get any better than this ?
