I was traveling to central Utah and decided to stop for dinner. I placed my order at 6:47 and sat back and watched the parade of customers walking in to pick up phone orders that had been placed an hour earlier, and their orders were still not ready. Customers were upset with missing food orders, orders that were wrong, and excessive wait times. During my wait I sat at a table that was sticky and needed a thorough cleaning. The windows and floor were dirty and needed attention. One customer came in with his family and was in line. I informed the gentleman that the line he was standing in had not moved in over 30 minutes. He thanked me and exited the restaurant. At 7:35 I finally walked up to the counter thinking maybe I would ask for a refund and go somewhere else. The girl behind the counter realized that I had been there nearly an hour hastily put my order together. When I got on the road I found that I was missing my biscuit, and I was given a wing in place of the thigh. I felt that it was a complete waste of time and money to stop there for dinner. During my wait for my food a local gentleman told me that what I was witnessing was the normal for this establishment. My advice is ....... Find a different location to place your order! read more

Huge empty parking lot. Clean interior. Super quick service. My son got the 5 tender combo. He said it's insanely good for fast food and that the secret recipe fries are the best fries he's ever had. My daughter got the mac and cheese bowl combo and said she loved the fries too. She said the bowl was so good because she really loves mac and cheese and she really loves chicken nuggets and this is both of those things TOGETHER. read more

There's a reason this place has 1.5 stars. It's been at a constant decline. We go every now and then hoping it's better and its safe to say, it's not getting better. They're always out of items. The food you actually can get is dry and cold. And you'll be lucky to get what you actually pay for. Manager isn't willing make a wrong order right. As far as fast food chicken goes KFC hits right in the middle. What I have enjoyed about KFC is a quick decent fast food meal with friendly service. But at t his location, I have repeatedly been treated as a burden, the servers have spoken to me, like they have something else to do and they have made mistakes on my order. I've only been to this location three times, and each time I left with an incomplete or completely wrong order .I doubt I'll go back to this location. If I do, I will not hope to have service with a smile, and I will check my order before I leave. read more

I come to this location, they forget sporks, or really anything. and when I go in to ask for it, or wait in the drive through to check my bag and get it, I get the most rude, inconsiderate looks/responses. there's one girl specifically who works the drive through that is usually on top of it, but the rest of the people there are either lazy or should find a different job because they lack customer services skills as well as basic common sense. my orders are usually either wrong, or.. wrong. and sometimes it's not an appealing meal, like something is wrong with the food. KFC is my favorite fast food but I'd rather drive to Payson than 10 blocks to this location. read more

I just do not know where to do. Usually it is the terrible sevice that I complain about and the food is good. In this case I have a hard time finding something that is great, and something that is terrible. In this case the food is the same as every other location. It is not really great, just there. The service is pretty good. They have always been pretty prompt, and nice. The location is kind of a mess at times, and nice at others. I appreciate the fact that they still do a lunch buffet, but if you say the buffet goes until 3pm, you need to keep it well supplied until 3pm. I went there at 2:30 and half the items were gone. For chicken, all that was left was wings. Also, it looks unclean and the wait in line was long. I'm sure they have trouble getting and keeping good help. This place is disgusting. There was a hair comb on the floor. There was soda all over the floor. There wasn't a single clean table. I was actually grossed out to sit down. We tried to clean the table with the finger wipes and it wouldn't come off!! The food also took forever to get. It's faster through the drive through. PAYSON IS WAY BETTER. Just bought food about 45 mins ago from the Spanish Fork, Utah KFC. My adult son and I both wanted to try their new chicken sandwiches. Well, they were out of patties, as they have been other menu items multiple times. They told my son they would replace the patties with chicken tenders, and of course charged full price. The sandwiches have barely a sighting of the mayo sauce, and the chicken tastes quite old. We also ordered their fries on the side. The fries taste hours old, and therefore quite difficult to eat. I live here in Spanish Fork. Ive thought it before, but after this latest lack of our item and OLD food, we will NEVER purchase from KFC again. We will be sticking to the ALWAYS quality food and exceptional service at Chik Fil A. I'll be passing the word to friends and family so they don't waste their money as well. Horrendous customer service. Lady had an attitude with me at the drive thru the whole time. Said it was a ten minute wait for a second chicken sandwich. No big deal, I said I would wait, but asked if I could have both of them fresh to which she promptly said no. A little odd, but again no big deal. The real issue came when I corrected my order that she clearly didn't listen to. She said that's not what I had ordered, but that she "wasn't going to argue with me" and then told me to leave without serving me for trying to get the order right. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager and said that if I didn't leave she'd call the cops on me. Since I was literally boxed in at the drive thru and couldn't move I asked for the store number and she refused to give it to me and said she was calling the cops. As soon as the person in front of me moved, I left and filed a complaint with corporate. Went to the Provo location and they were extremely friendly and prompt. read more

Our adult family of 5 walked in 40 minutes to closing time- the manager was clearly cleaning up but didn't make us feel rushed or like an annoyance for coming in so late. The food was some of the best I've had from kfc, the chicken breast was not dry & the chicken wasn't overly greasy at all like it is a lot of the time. Super nice manager, quick service. read more

crappy chicken. it was dry and tasted like cardboard. the biscuits were over cooked and nearly rock solid. very rude to their customers and even to their employees. i could hear fighting and screaming from the drive thru window. they were also incredibly slow and it took me 15 minutes just to get a chicken sandwich, which also had pickles when i asked for no pickles. i asked for the sandwich to be remade and they said they ran out of chicken to make the sandwiches, and they also wouldn't offer a refund. the drive thru is also really messy and has trash and oil all over. overall i would say this place is a disaster and is really disgusting, i would be ashamed to own this place, time for new management i think. read more

I am not sure what has happened to the Spanish Fork KFC location, but I am done. We stopped last night for a take out meal. When we got home we found the gravy to be as thin as water. I called to let them know there is a problem with the gravy. The so called manager was probably a 16 year old boy that had no explanation and no clue. What is sad is the time before we got sour coleslaw, but were willing to give it a second chance. We will not give it a 3rd. read more
