This is my favorite Chick-Fil-A in the whole wide world. I was never really a big Chick-Fil-A girlie but this location has turned me into one. I have found myself coming to this location for days at a time. Chick-Fil-A Spanish Fork is TOP NOTCH! To address the elephant in the room, many of my friends say that this location is always busy and slow. However, this could not be more false, with my experiences. Granted, I have never went through their drive through so I suppose I cannot speak on that. I always have ordered my food for carryout and it has always been spectacular. As soon as I walk into the pickup area, I am immediately greeted by staffmembers. They are super friendly and give me updates on my order. I am certain that they have always gotten it out quicker than it says on the app, which is amazing! There is never just one person that greets me--every single time I go, there is more than one person to make sure I have been helped. I have never had a single issue with my order. These people are so freaking fast but also so freaking accurate. The food always tastes great and there isn't ever anything I don't love here. I always switch it up and get something different every time. Their wraps are pretty good if I am not wanting something greasy and hearty. The sauce packet are not the same as the sauce cups--I actually find the sauce packets to taste a little bit better. Their honey mustard is top tier in the packets but has a completely different, tangier recipe when it is in the cup. Their ranch is...less than mediocre but tastes good when you're looking to turn down the heat with the buffalo sauce or with the spicy chicken. I really like their honey BBQ sauce that comes in the smaller packet. It goes great with grilled chicken sandwiches! Their regular BBQ sauce is great to dip your fries or chicken nuggets in. One of my favorites on the menu lately has been their chicken noodle soup. I don't know why I like it so much...it isn't much different than progressive, except being double the price...but I love it. Their tortilla soup was okay but again, I really dig the chicken noodle soup! Something interesting about this Chick-Fil-A location...is they have a play area. I really don't like other people's children and this makes them run around the lobby like crazy people, but this isn't the fault of Chick-Fil-A and I actually think it's really cute to see a play place in a restaurant in 2024. Still, this makes the lobby smaller and kids are constantly running around everywhere. I do wish they would scoot the pickup area somewhere else. It is a bit awkward to be standing right in front of the doors, but I am no expert on building layouts so this is just a small suggestion to make the flow a little bit better. I cannot explain in enough words how much I have loved coming to this Chick-Fil-A. I don't particularly like the other locations in the area. They are not as nice and there's just a lot more issues with them. I have never had an issue and I feel good knowing if there is some issue, I will be taken care of. I feel like, across the board, Chick-fil-A locations are very high quality and quick, but this one goes above and beyond. Over the last couple years, they've significantly remodeled their drive-thru to accommodate more cars as well as provide their employees shelter from the elements. The food always tastes fresh and the shakes and lemonades are so delicious. I've only been inside the restaurants once because the drive-thru is so fast, but it's a classic clean location for the chain. One of my go-to food spots for sure! read more

They had 2 employees taking orders on one side of the drive-thru and 1 taking orders on the other side so 4 cars that arrived after me ended up before me. Then the car in front of me had to wait for their food in the car-loading zone so even after I got my food I had to sit and wait behind them. If you have an odd number of employees taking orders, have the 3rd one switch between the 2 lanes. Also, move the car-loading zone so it's not still in the drive-thru. Chick-fil-a+!! You have restored my faith in humanity and the younger generation. I'm usually ignored rather than greeted and acknowledged by younger kids in work places (no offense, but most kids don't know how to talk these days). But alas! The holy grail of youth!! They have been discovered!!! So for starters, we got in line inside and we were promptly greeted and invited to order. There was a sweetheart of a new girl in training and I must say the shift manager did an outstanding job helping the new hire to understand the process of using the register with politeness and kindness. It was so cool to see. The new girl (dang it! Forgot her name) gave me the suggestion of a club sandwich and I ordered it today: so good! Anyway, when we sat down and started eating there were two nice young boys who checked in with us and were prompt. Polite. Witty. Kind. Conversational. It was so nice! So basically in a nutshell here's my 2 cents: they have a good thing going and you can tell by the staff they hire. They don't hire based on experience, they hire based on attitude. That's the kind of place I will continue supporting. People who make me feel welcome and good and cared for. I like that. :) The only downside is the play place was shut down. My crew and I, which consists of many people, stopped by at this Chickfila on a random Thursday. There is about 30 of us so we went into groups to order. However, my crew is not very good at following directions... Our attempt at a neat and orderly fashion turned into a big fat mess. Man oh man were those workers patient! One specifically, named Jason, went above and behind for my troubles. One of my people needed 4 sauces and he was quick to answer yes. There is no problem too big that Jason can't solve. Confusing and overwhelming would be an understatement for what those workers went through, but they persevered. And AGAIN Jason checked on us all throughout our meal. I have been disappointed the last couple times that I have visited this location. On three separate times we have received incomplete orders. Often it has been side items that we didn't easily notice were missing until we arrived home.
