Wanted something quick for dinner one night and we agreed on KFC. It had been awhile.... KFC is such a comforting meal. We had this coupon on their mobile website we wanted to use. It came with everything we wanted, but the biscuits. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that until we got home and I was so bummed that we didn't get any with the order. We did however have the coleslaw. We went thru yo drive thru to order the special only to find out it was Tuesday only so we order the Chicken Tender feast for 32.00 only to find out it was Chicken and Tenders when we called from home. And they left out the Tenders. We had to return the next day for our Tenders. Signs for deals are misleading and to forget the tenders is not acceptable. read more

The employee's were a bit slow to get to me. But they were nice once they did. The atmosphere is not a very pleasant one. The door is very sticky and trash and food everywhere. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and I also ordered a Mac and Cheese bowl by itself. The Chicken Sandwich was okay. Some parts of the chicken was very crunchy and hard, but overall it was nice. The Mac and Cheese Bowl was the best part. The chicken tasted good and the combination of cheese and Mac and cheese was tasty. The fries were a mixed bag, some were well cooked and tasty, others were stale or rock hard. Overall, it was mediocre at best. I highly recommend to only get take out as the inside of the restaurant was pretty gross and not clean at all. read more

I can't even remember the last time I had KFC. They have decent deals, so we opted for that. The cashier was nice and food came out quickly. The french fries were shockingly tasty - would certainly get again. The food was all hot and tasted good overall. However, the portion sizes definitely seem to have gotten smaller. Totally disappointing experience at KFC. don't get me wrong, fast food is in its own realm of quality and we all understand that. But my food was so terrible from this kfc! To start off, I ordered the 3 piece tender meal with the Nashville hot sauce or whatever it's called. I got two tenders and a nugget!!! Someone put that box together and put that tiny piece of chicken in and was like "yup". The fries were extremely stale, cold, and sooo salty. Totally inedible. The Mac and cheese was overcooked and tasted mushy. I could get more satisfaction out of a Kraft box I think it might have ruined kfc for me forever sadness read more

The quality at this location is worse than ever. I went here today and ordered a famous bowl meal with an extra side of fries. ALL I GOT WAS THE FAMOUS BOWL AND DRINK. I personally love KFC and always bring my service to this location. I have never had any problems...until i received a red hair threaded between my chicken. It was legit stuck in the chicken on the chicken tender! Wear a hair net please! Since then, I have returned continuously and have had no problems. The customer service is quite good. read more

I am a sucker for the occasional KFC and so is the family. I ordered the 20 dollar fill up with extra crispy chicken and the Mac and cheese substituted for one of the mashed potatoes. The drive thru asked if I wanted another side instead of biscuits because it would take another 4 minutes. I gladly declined since I wasn't in a hurry. They offered a large drink for the inconvenience. (Nice). A few minutes later, I received my food and during the check, I didn't find the substituted Mac and cheese. The manager got me what was missing and I was on my way. The food tastes like KFC and how I remember them growing up. The extra crispy skin is yummy. I LOVE that coleslaw with the right amount of tart. Smooth potatoes and that memorable gravy. No surprises there. read more

For the 5th time the order was wrong. What's wrong with the employees and manager at this location. And the biscuits, or I should say hockey pucks were not fresh that day they were more like a couple days old, they were so hard they had to be thrown in the trash. The French fries are the absolute WORST fries ever. A suggestion for everyone at KFC... start selling chicken and NOT pigeon. What you charge for something with 2 or 3 bites is absurd. the drum is pathetic and the thigh isn't much better. What happened to quality control? What you sell just shows you do not care!!! I went into KFC after placing an online order upon entering the doors there was nobody in sight I walked up to the online pickup side of the counter were there were two employees working waited for 4 minutes while foods that on the counter looked at the screen saw that the order was mine picked it up as I did another employee walk in as I was picking up the bags and said nothing to me I walked out of the store with not one single employee saying anything about grabbing an order off the counter and walking away horrible customer service read more

And again I should smack myself for using this location and its inept workers who are not capable of performing the simplest fast food duties. Tonight they were completely out of all drumsticks and managed to mess up my order with the wrong recipe AND carbonated water instead of sierra mist. Wanted to give it a try again- and...Awful drive thru service still! I wish they had a closer one than this one! Never fails, always something is burnt or not what we order! We try and look in our bag, but people hurry us out of there! And every time we call some rude smart*** is answering rudely! And from his smart*** apology I'm scared he might spit in our food if we go back! Usually I try to hit any other KFC before I am forced to use this one. Plus they burn the chicken n it's so dry! TERRIBE SERVICE. Cashier gave me attitude when I asked a question about the sides for the meals. Waited nearly 20mins for one of my sides. Asked for a refund but the manager fought me on it. Will never go back. Employees all have shitty attitudes and give you dirty looks. read more

It's pretty decent as far as KFC goes. I usually get a craving every couple of months for it and this location is adequate in both food quality and service. I don't know how this location stays open as it is always pretty empty whenever I go, but at least there is always somewhere to sit! read more

I have visited this KFC location many times. What can I say...I am addicted to their Famous Bowls! For those who have never had one it is like having an entire meal in a bowl...mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and breaded chicken pieces (spicy is available too). Yummy! The meal combo also comes with a chocolate chip cookie and drink (and yes, a carb hangover...but worth it!). The combo is under $7 so a great deal for a fast food lunch. The wait time in their drive thru is also considerably less than the surrounding fast food restaurants so I have been here frequently over the past few months. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. There is one young man in particular who has been working the last few times I have visited (most recently yesterday afternoon around 3pm). I didn't get his name, but he is always super nice and it makes your day a little brighter to interact with him! He deserves some recognition! I have visited another KFC location in the past, and those experiences turned me off of KFC for awhile. The major complaint being you always had to wait for chicken (at least 10 minutes)...no matter what you ordered or what time you visited. I mean it is a fast food chicken restaurant! Anyway, the Los Altos location does a great job. I just wish KFC would bring back the grilled chicken option. It was my favorite and healthier than the fried chicken (yes, I know the fried chicken made them famous). read more

Went to drive they. The woman working the speaker was speaking too quietly with the traffic from Pyramid and I couldn't hear her. I told her I couldn't hear and she screamed at me, and was very rude answering about anything else. They had no biscuits ready and were apparently out of lemonade.Got home and we had no condiments for our chicken tenders, which tasted as if they'd been sitting for hours! I can't believe the manager in this KFC..I am not aware of his name he would not give it..dark hair and kinda chubby would rather blame me for all the mistakes made when I asked to see the manager he said he was and also the training manager..I have been a manager in food and beverage most likely longer than he has been alive..I would never put a coustomer in a your Rong I'm right situation..we call it your me sign turn off your me sign and turn it into we and give not only your team members which seem to do a great job before you butt in also your cousomers. read more

If you decided to eat here check you're order 10 TIMES !! The only thing they can do constantly here is mess up you're food and either give you something wrong or just forget to give it to you at ALL !! Went through drive thru and was asked to pull up to the front because it was going to take 5 minutes. Waited for 10 minutes and went inside to get my food. Only two people working and I had to wait another 15 minutes inside before receiving my food. Went for the $20 fillup today for dinner. I also asked for 4 plates and 4 place settings from the young lady when I ordered thru the drive thru. When I go to pay for it, I gave the young man $40 and should have rec'd $18.35 change. He hands me the receipt, the .35 change, and 2 five dollar bills. I had to honk the horn to get his attention to get my $18 change. When I get home to unpack the order, there were no plates, no place settings and I was missing 1 chicken breast of which they substitued 1 thigh. No one mentioned when I ordered, or when I rec'd my order, that I would not receive the correct items in my order. All in all, very poor service. The food was ok, or I would give them 1 star. Havent been there for a while and it likely will be a long time before we try them again. Not worth the irritation. read more

This KFC must have improved quite a bit since all of these older reviews. Went there to get some take out. All of the employees seemed courteous, friendly, and anxious to help. Saw this with a couple of other customers as well. Food got out before I could finish getting my drinks. It was hot and tasted good. The Nashville Hot Strips have a good kick to them. The owner was very pleasant, and it seems he and his brother also do the cooking, which gave the place a nice family-run feel. I ordered the 16-piece combo ($30) with two sides, which allowed me to try four different flavors. I went with two of their more popular options--Soy Garlic and Sweet & Spicy--along with K-Soy and Galbi. I really enjoyed the two sides; I chose the potato salad and mandu (dumplings). I definitely want to go back to try their popcorn chicken, popcorn tofu, and the croffle dessert. They also have a cute self-serve station with water, wipes, and utensils, which was a nice touch.
