I ended up coming to this KFC because I really wanted fried chicken and unfortunately Popeyes was out of chicken this evening. I placed my order on the KFC app. Once I arrived and pulled up to the speaker and gave my name for the App order. The girl was extremely rude and said "Well, pull up and if it's ready we'll give it to ya, and if not we'll tell you to pull forward. I pulled up to the window and she shoved the bag at me then shut the window. I motioned to her and when she opened the window, I asked for my Pepsi. She started to take another order and someone from the back came up, I saw them speak and the other lady looked at me and rolled her eyes. She opened the window and shoved my Pepsi in my hand then slammed the window. I was like man how rude. After I drove away from the window and stopped to double check my order, I realized they didn't even give me a straw. Luckily I had an extra McDonald's straw in the car, because I was done with rudeness and didn't want to have to ask for one. I get home and start to eat , and all I can say is KFC has gone to crap. The extra crispy chicken was as soggy as the original with the breading falling off. The potatoes and gravy had absolutely no flavor with barely any gravy. The coleslaw had very little dressing and only tasted like plain cabbage. The biscuit was the best thing. Highly doubt I ever return to KFC, especially this location due to the extremely rude employees and poor food quality. read more

Can't say the service was bad but the wait time was ridiculous, I placed an online order that said it would be ready by a certain time showed up right on time, checked in through the drive thru they had no customers waiting other then me and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food, I thought the whole point of ordering online was to avoid waiting. I went to this Kentucky Fried Chicken with my taste buds set on enjoying their Buffet after a long Friday at work. I walked in around 7:15 p.m. and I asked one of the staff how late the buffet stayed open. She responded that it closes at 8 but it really doesn't close until the last person who ordered was finished... Fantastic! So I place my order and my taste buds are in overdrive for the heaven I think I'm about to experience. In reality I have just walked into Buffet hell. I walk over over to find 2 scrawny pieces of dark meat and no sides. When I say no sides I mean no sides at all. I wait patiently and no food comes out... Time keeps on ticking and I snapped this photo at 7:40 p.m. still no food. Finally at 7:55 p.m. I ask for refund and go home. What is so bad is the entire time food was pumped out through the drive-thru like nobody's business. I understand that's where the money is made but when you neglect a restaurant full of people who came there specifically for their family meal it is more than a shame. I was the third person that I know of to ask for a refund... A practice that I have only done one other time nearly 10 years ago. If Colonel Harland Sanders were around he would have thrown a fit especially with nearly 12 people in the kitchen and no food on the plate. Just trying to door dash and workers were extremely rude and very disrespectful. Food was 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be done.

Food is hot and drive in wait time is short. Lots of good choices for chicken dinner tonight.

I won't go to this location again. The manager on Friday nights is rude. Also we ordered a 16 piece and we got a 12. The chicken is good but not the service. read more

I normally don't create reviews on fast food restaurants on yelp because typically doesn't make much difference. But it is almost impressive how many times they can screw up your order at this place. Every single time I have visited this restaurant they have forgotten something or given me the wrong order or drink. I have probably been to this restaurant five times in the last year and a half and it has never been right. I need to stop wasting my time I guess. read more

Been there two times in the last few months and will not go their again. Both of the last two times I have stopped there, I have been shorted items. First time they did not give me that family order of fries for the LJS order. I called and made plans for the next day. Stopped by and got my fires and then went to Arbee's and got Roast Beef. The second time they failed to put our biscuits in the bag for two family orders of KFC chicken. Went back the next day (called the same day as I realized the error), got the biscuits, but the two errors in two visits was too much. They need to get better employees if they want to stay in business. Have no intention or returning to this store again. read more

Staff doesn't know their menu, rude, and if you call them, they will pick up the phone just to hang up immediately. I live right next door to them and I'll drive across town to a better one to avoid dealing with them. read more

We went there for the buffet. There was Clorox all over the floor, not safe for kids. The chicken was very hard and dry, the ice machine was broken, the soda was terrible and flat. Staff didnt care. I will not go there again!!!! read more
