Ordered their Tuesday special chicken bucket of 8 pieces for $10 today, 10/1/24. Got home and after eating two pieces, I noticed they cut me short of one piece of chicken and one of who knows how many was undercooked. I called and called and no one answers their phone. I can literally start feeling something weird in my stomach as I'm typing this. I hope I dont get sick from eating some of the uncooked chicken I didn't notice until after. Our experience was nothing short of awful! Besides the chicken being over cooked and dried we were missing food when we got home with it. As well as missing the biscuits! NO quality check. Last week my cousin and I stopped in and each got a 7 piece meal with a large side for about $15 out the door. Today I went back with my sister. to get the same order and mysteriously I get told there's no such meal. Huh? I have my receipt in front of me. It's typed up in black and white soooo...maybe get your staff together and train them on looking the meals up instead of turning away business. We walked out today. For us it wasn't too big of a deal since there are thousands of places to eat in the area...but for the owner, he/she/they/it, lost a sale...just $30 walking right out the door. Will it break this restaurant? Hell no. Will we be back? Hell no. I will say that this is one of the very few locations that has staff that can count and who know difference between a chicken breast and a chicken thigh. To the dude with the glasses: Take a lesson from the tall coworer: BE NICE TO PEOPLE. I know you're hit with shitty customers but damn I've never felt so fucking blown off as I did today. So, I had a bad review of this KFC last week. Since then, I was sent a letter from KFC saying to use the letter as a gift certificate for $25. Today my wife went there to use the $25 certificate. They accused my wife of writing the letter herself and were not going to take the latter. The manager got involved and they finally accepted it. We wanted honey bbq wings that we saw on their online menu, and was told they were discontinued. We ordered something else, but my wife was disturbed that they accused her of lying and writing the letter herself. You guys should think about informing the whole team of the items out of stock. I ordered 4 items and 2 out of the 4 were out of stock apparently, the cashier didn't know so we didn't know until we got to the window, was told the popcorn chicken was out of stock. I just went to KFC and ordered the Taco Bell T-1, 3 Supreme Crunchy Taco's at the drive through. The person at the drive through window, who had a name tag of "Mickey", gave me my order and gave me the standard goodbye. As he was closing the window as if our business was complete. I said, you forgot my change. He forgot to give me $12.00 change from the $20.00 I gave him to pay for my $8.00 order. He rudely said "I know I know" in a nasty tone of voice. I informed him I was going to report him to cooperate and he said he was the manager, as if it was ok for him to treat customers with that type of behavior. I used to like the chicken at KFC, but this location needs an employee and food makeover. I have visited this location more than several times this month. Some of the employees need training and how to cook the chicken. It' a hit or miss on the order. The chicken is usually too greasy. Bad for cholesterol levels. You have to love when you create a order, you show up and your told they don't have your order ready, that they had a lot of big orders and they cannot fulfill your order. So they offer you a 35 min wait if you want the order you requested online. We get there at 7:45pm, parking lot empty no one in line and order 2 #9 combos. They proceed to ask us to wait 10 minutes after already paying and come back around the drive through lane. I know they were doing this for their time and rings they get for the drive thru quotas but after we come back for our order the worker proceeds to ask us if we wanted to go around the drive thru lane 3 more times for free tacos. I'm not going to help them when they had me wait for my order for no reason they apparently had the time to make us wait so they can get their quotas in. I'm not sure if there was a manager on duty but whoever allowed them to do this needs to have a talking to or written up. I work fast food and that's completely unacceptable. read more

I normally wouldn't post a review for a chain fast food restaurant, but because literally EVERY TIME we come here one item we've paid for is not in the bag, I want to send out a friendly reminder to consumers to check your bags before you leave the drive through window. Also, be aware that their production line is sometimes off, so you may encounter times when you can't get something on the menu unless you're willing to wait an extra 16-20 minutes. Three stars because the food is ok for fast food, they have relatively fast service despite long lines, they are conveniently located, and no one in my family has ever suffered food poisoning from them. read more
