This is place is the worst I've been too. DHC is amazing but this location I have given 4 opportunities to get their stuff together. I waited 41 minutes for my online order, the girl at the front was clueless and just not attentive, helped others walking in, even though she made eye contact and I tried to talk to her, she was dismissive and rude. The food order was messed up and overcooked, this is the 3rd time there's been issues with the food and the 4th an final time dealing with horrible customer service. I was at Dave's at 7:30 and they were absolutely slammed. I waited in a line of about 7 people long. The restaurant was full of people waiting for orders and Uber Eats/online orders. Their display board was working and accurate. When I ordered, the young girl taking the order was very pleasant. She apologized for the wait and told me it would be close to 30 minutes for my order. No problem. Who wouldn't wait to have Dave's? I watched the crew in the back working feverishly.
