I have been here a few times as a drive thru customer and sat inside. They do host a few events every month which is also cool. I have never had a bad experience, but I give it 4 stars due to the mobile pick up lines in the drive thru. Sometimes your food is cold because it gets made and staged at the pick up window while your spot in line gets pushed back due to zipper merging with the mobile orders. Chick fil A chicken always tastes great. The service is top notch and the restaurant is ALWAYS clean. The only complaint I have is the Shrinkflation!! The chicken patties are smaller and the prices are higher. I was an advocate for them when I worked for another food chain. I held chick-fil-a up as how a QSR should be run but I see they also have been driven to profit over quantity. The chicken sandwich is the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger but with a higher price tag. The quality has also lost its luster. I'm saddened to see this but all I can do is hope they rethink their planning for the future. People deserve better product. I am very disappointed with the repeated and poor customer service at this location. Unfortunately, this is not based on one bad experience, but several. We have received incorrect orders on multiple occasions and when we've brought the mistakes to someone's attention, we've often been met with dismissive or rude attitudes that make you feel uncomfortable simply for asking them to correct their mistake. One occasion they attempted to remake an incorrect order, and they replacement order was still wrong, resulting me in spending more than 25 minutes at the restaurant trying to get the order correct. Another time, I went through the drive-thru and discovered when I got home that my drink was completely flat. When I called, I was told they "do not replace drinks." I found this very frustrating. Customers shouldn't be expected to taste every drink before leaving the drive-thru to make sure the soda machine is working properly. Most recently, today, my drink was filled appropriately two inches below the top. I politely asked if they could top it off. I was initially told they could not take the cup back because I had touched it. After I questioned this, another employee did top if off, but the interaction and attitude made a very simple request unnecessarily uncomfortable. When I tried to ask a follow-up question, I felt dismissed with a "have a nice day" rather than being listened to. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. My concern is not that an order is occasionally wrong - it is how customers are treated when they politely asked for those mistakes to be corrected. Good customer service means acknowledging the issue, correcting is graciously, and not making the customer feel like they are the problem. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and work with their staff on how customers are treated and when an issue arises. After several experiences like this, it has unfortunately changed how I feel about returning to this location. read more

Decided it was a great time to go check out the crazy cows who are running a huge campaign to throw chickens at hungry humans to save themselves from the same fate... Put my order into the app, and then went through the drive thru. Getting their app really is worth it because they often send you free food and a few weeks ago this location even sent out an invite for a 5 course plated meal to celebrate their first year! How fun! I didn't go, but I am sure it was a fun time! Anyway, this location might be a little "slower" compared to others but not by a lot. Everyone is very nice and they get everything right. They seem to be very committed to making sure your order is fulfilled the way you want. Which to me? Is worth them taking a little bit longer. Altogether a solid location! Work from home, so decided to order through the app. Originally chic fil a was my son's idea i order for me and his brother through the app and of course i'm missing items and of course it's my son's meal im missing i call the store they tell me verbatim "we don't deliver call door dash we have nothing to do with the delivery orders" never even apologizes for the inconvenience NEVER. i call chic fil a they cut me off and give me a number to call ANOTHER help line for a refund. 30 minutes later and my son still here without his order , i ask if they can send his meal bc it was on the store and it's their fault for not putting his meal in the bag and making sure it was complete! they told me i would have to place another order YES AND PAY 15 additional dollars for delivery as if it was my fault. In the past I have given very good reviews for service and food. But I have encountered problems with your drive through service. I can't believe it but today I went inside to place my order. Told the clerk what had happened in the past. She assured me my order would be correct. But when I got in my car I checked my order. And AGAIN it was wrong. I had ordered the Market salad with crispy chicken. But it did not come with the crispy chicken. I went back inside. And the manager got the order straightened. He even said he put in some chicken nuggets for free. Got home and the chicken nuggets turned out to be a brownie. What has happened to Chick-fil-A?0 It has been 3 times that I have gotten home and the order is not correct. Due to the heat and distance I live from Chick-fil-A I my wife and I eat what was given to us. I will no longer use the drive through. Food was okay, every time I go inside they take forever to give me my food, I have to remind them that I'm waiting or that they forgot something; while they all stand around laughing and talking. I don't mind y'all having fun and enjoying work but when you have customers lock in. I've worked in fast food and I know some customers can be rude or the rush can be draining but you're still at work keep the attitude and dirty looks down. Avoid the drive-thru if you can. After visiting this new location a couple of times, my sister and I usually have an amazing experience -- if you dine indoors. The food was super tasty and the workers went above and beyond (as usual). Everything was super efficient and Kathy was absolutely lovely! She was so sweet and really made our visit 100x better. The restaurant itself is quite cozy and the tables were all very clean. A huge plus was the spacious parking lot and simple drive-thru. It was just perfect! I don't recommend going through the drive-thru. They're pretty disorganized and my experience was traumatizing. There was only 1 person working and they took someone else's order first even though I came before them. Awful service. Waaaaay better experience than Popeye's down the street! Lol Friendly employees and service with a smile from Cristian, Ryan, and Kiki! The food was nice and hot, and tasty. The chicken sandwiches were seasoned perfectly and not too salty. Waffle fries are never a bad idea, either. Prices are reasonable and competitive with other similar establishments in the area. The ambiance is casual and relaxed inside. There is patio dining outside as well. The employees checked on us a few times, making sure we got our drinks refilled, and that we had sauce, napkins, etc. Stellar service! I'll be a regular, and hopeful the Duchess here soon, haha! read more

While I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A in general, this particular location does not fit the mold. On multiple occasions, I've had to wait longer than normal and the worst part is they don't get the orders, right. on too many occasions when using the drive-through and paying for my full order, I get home to find out that items are missing. On this last trip (2 of 4 sandwiches missing) I went back and asked for a manager. His name was CHRISTIAN. He was flip and insincere in his apologies. From the moment one uses either drive through or order in Chick-fil-A you are greeted with a smile and knowledge of their products. I enjoy the grilled chicken, sauces are all good to accompany for dipping. Not really a fries kind of person. But if I'm hungry the waffle fries are really good. Big fans of the chain and have been to dozens in SoCal. This one needs more help from management! I know they are new but major failures. We went Saturday 3/9 around 2pm. First time here and we were shocked that both the order taker and the woman who double checked our order never asked us if we wanted sauces. First time we have never been asked. Then as we make it around in the super slow line, we see a manager having a serious talk with an employee in the back of the building for all of us to see. She was crying and he just kept saying things to her. A good manager would realize you are not supposed to discipline or correct an employee in front of the entire drive thru. Wow!!! Very slow operation and they messed up our drinks at the window. Gave us one drink instead of 4. Not apologetic. I was able to ask for my sauce at this point. I was there this past Monday, and in true fashion, their customer service was pathetic!!! When picking up my $30 order, part of which was a soft serve cone, they reduced the portions to something ridiculous...and when you ask the worker to remake the cone with a bit more, the "manager" chimes in and states that's their portion, and nothing can be done!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm surprised that Chick-fil-A would allow a manager to display arms full of poor tattoos!!! I think Chick-fil-A needs to revisit their standards. I came here this morning for a cars and coffee and decided to get a chicken and egg biscuit sandwich. I told the lady just chicken and egg (no cheese). And on the receipt she put cheese. I informed her that and she went to the back to let them know and when it came out it still had cheese and no egg. I told them it was wrong and the second time it came out it was STILL wrong. But this time it had a nice cold slab of cheese. I don't understand how hard it is to egg an egg and no cheese but hey it is what it is. Best Chick Fil A I've ever been too! The trainer Chris greeted us when we walked in and proceeded to take our order. We had a large party with several children who wanted to order themselves and he was so pleasant and friendly taking each one of their orders. Everyone had a smile on their face and nearly each team member greeted us in one way or another. I stopped by for a quick bite, but ended up dealing with a manager named Karla who had a seriously bad attitude. I just wanted to write a review and explain how amazing my experience was at this location, as soon as we go to sit down a very nice lady with a cow apron immediately wiped our table before we sat and made sure to sweep the floor, and then when we received our food a very nice women by the name LaDonna came and offered us soft mints and even refilled our beverages multiple times and even grabbed our trash when we were done. Each and every time I come to this Chick-fil-a, I receive lukewarm food. I spoke with 3 people who are management and expressed how the bread was toasted and left to be used later as it seemed as if it had just came of the package. The fries were lukewarm warm.
