If I could give 0 stars I would. Will not be returning to KFC for a long time. Waited 30 minutes after they told us to pull forward and wait. After waiting for so long we decided to go inside. Waited 15 minutes with multiple people who had also been waiting over a hour! Tried to cancel the order on the app but there wasn't an option. Called customer service and received a phone call from them the next day. Was told that it was our fault because "we were gonna cancel the order at the drive through window?" And "the people waiting had only been there 8 minutes" If your communication is that bad maybe you should hire different people! Worst customer service. read more

I love KFC. It's way better than McDonald's and Pepsi is better than Coke. Their services is great because there's a bucket on top and the one in Canada was so enjoying compared to the one in the United States. The place there was so Halal and especially in Canada. read more

Got the original flavor chicken sandwich not a lot to at but it was really really good! My only complaint I didn't want spicy Mayo but somehow they have it to me anyways smh and it's really spicy! I had just came from dialysis and spicy doesn't always work for me on them days however I had already driven away when I discovered this. I really wish people would listen to instructions better but still it was good! I have not had Popeyes to compare but I can't see theirs being as crunchy as KFC now I gotta try Burger Kings crunchy chicken sandwich! read more

Last two visits, waited in line for more than 30 minutes with 5 or 6 cars ahead. Made a simple order of bucket of dark meat chicken, only on both occasions! When reaching the window, witnessed five employees, mostly kids, just standing around, dancing and having fun. Only one person filling orders. Waited five minutes at the window when the cashier suddenly walked to orders are already filled sitting on the counter the whole time, grabbed one and handed it to me. It wasn't my order! The chicken was overcooked, dried, and cold! This poor franchisee is going to have serious problems when Covid is over if this sort of nonsense continues. read more

This was my first time ordering from this KFC location. As you can probably deduce from my 1 Star rating, it wasn't "finger lickin' good". Background: I placed an order on the KFC mobile app using the "Pick Up" option and the app said my food would be ready at 5:10 PM. Seeing as I live close, I arrived slightly early and parked in the parking lot. Sure enough, at 5:10 PM I received a notification saying my food was ready, and that I needed to go inside the restaurant to claim it. One problem - the lobby was closed, as we're 16+ months into the Covid-19 pandemic. So I did the only thing I could do, which was get in the drive-thru line. When I got to the ordering speaker, the conversation went something like this: Me: "Hi, I placed a mobile order and I got a notification saying it was ready" KFC: "Was it Door Dash?" Me: "No" KFC: "Was it Grub Hub?" Me: *While thinking to myself why he'd be asking someone in the drive-thru if they ordered delivery* "No, I ordered using the KFC app, it told me my order was ready for pick up" KFC: "Okay park to the side, someone will bring it out to you when it's ready" I pulled around to the parking area and couldn't believe my eyes: there were 7 vehicles (2 parked employee vehicles and 5 people waiting for food) sandwiched into the tiny area. Considering there were only three parking spaces, this was a huge issue. We all parked bumper to bumper along the edge of the parking lot, but space was so tight that my car was nearly bumped into by a car who was in the actual drive-thru line. After about 15 minutes of being parked in this mass of humanity, two drivers exited their cars and looked hopelessly towards the restaurant, their faces painted with expressions of confusion and frustration that mirrored my own. By pure coincidence, at that moment an employee FINALLY came out, but he only had one order in hand. He delivered it and disappeared quickly back into the restaurant. Several more minutes passed and one of the remaining mobile order vehicles - a grey Ford Fiesta - simply drove away. This driver essentially said they'd rather throw their money away (mobile orders are pre-paid) than continue to deal with the awful KFC service. And then there were three. Roughly 10 minutes later (I'd guess 35 minutes into this ordeal), the same worker emerged from the restaurant with two bags of food. He successfully delivered one order, and then went to give the second bag to the car parked in front of me. I kid you not - the driver refused the food, yelled something (I can safely assume a complaint) and sped away. White Ford Fusion, you're my Superman. At that point I was the last vehicle standing and space had cleared considerably, so I pulled up and parked in one of the vacant spaces. But I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I had my order in hand... at 5:55 PM. As you might recall in Chapter 1, my food was supposedly ready at 5:10. So it will come as little surprise to you that it was cold when I finally sat down to eat it. Based on the poor quality of the service I've described, it will also probably not shock you to learn my order was missing items (RIP, Individual size Mac & Cheese). It's fast food. 24 minute wait in drive thru worst customer service possible to have to wait this long while the drive thru guy puts the moves on the girl in front of us , if I wasn't blocked in I'd have left I'll never go to this joint again garbage service, garbage food, soggy greasy chicken .... If I could give 0 stars, I would. The KFC on Telegraph in Taylor is the absolute worst. I was in line of the drive-thru at 6:35PM. The sign they had posted said they closed at 8PM. The cars in front of me ordered (I saw them talking) and moved up to get their order. I pulled up and waited for someone to come take my order. I waited and waited and waited. Finally, after yelling hello I decided to pull up to the actual window you get your food from. They CLOSED!!! The lights were off and no one came to the window to tell me they were closing EARLY. How rude and disrespectful!! I will NEVER go to KFC again. Shame on you on how you treat your customers that are willing to give you money for your food. The least you could have done was come to the window and apologize for closing early. PATHETIC!!! read more

This is my preferred fast food place along Telegraph in Taylor, as it seems you get the most for your dollar, especially with their value $5 meals. If I can get full on $5.30 from a fast food restaurant, that's pretty good. Yes, their "family meals" and other larger options are somewhat pricey, but if you're too poor to feed your family KFC, then don't. I hate when people complain about a particular location's prices, when those are obviously set by the higher-up corporation--in the vast majority of fast food locations. I've gone here a few times and they were out of certain items (like a bucket of grilled chicken or the Dr Pepper was out) but never anything unusual. Otherwise, everything I've ordered has been very fresh and hot, always accurate, and always delivered quickly and enthusiastically. It sucks that they don't have a dine-in lobby, because it takes me 15 minutes to get back home. Even then, the mashed potatoes are still too hot to eat. read more

Then she forgot my drink & was standing right in front of the drink machine. Ordered $20 bucket and 12 wings online with a 3:30 pickup so I could take to daughters place in New Boston. Got there at 3:30 and they said they did not receive order so please order again. Now I'm running late but wait patiently. He asks if I want sauce for wings and put several packets in bag. I get to my daughters and take food out of bag and don't find any wings or even the rolls that are supposed to come with bucket. One person did not eat. First time at KFC in 6 years and last time. I'm very fired up right now! I hope KFC reads these reviews. I work a lot of hours afternoons to be exact so I only get a chance to spend time with the kids on Sunday. I decided to pick them up and get some chicken and take them to the park. Now I got my daughter who is handicapped a chicken tender meal. The meal was supposed to come with a juice. After asking the drive through attendant if it was in there and her saying yes we went to the park. No juice! Now I have a little 8 year old in s wheelchair with a meal and nothing to drink! I called up to the store they said sorry. This isn't acceptable in my book! I just spent $20 and that's all you can say! You ppl want to get paid $15 an hour. Noway! I have come here several times to pickup a last minute meal for my family and they have disappointed several times now. I understand an error here and there but they have shorted me on chicken on one order, and the last order I had they forgot the gravy for the mashed (which I think is the best part) AND all of the biscuits. Not to mention that the chicken I ordered (boneless chicken strips meal) had so many small pieces I don't even know how they count them. Now they did have an extra 2 pieces but I was so annoyed with everything they forgot I separated the chicken by size and feel I was shorted at least 2 pieces. Now I know it's fast food and things happen but with how many times I've had issues with my order I had to post it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars not one is it wasn't always this bad there so I have hope they they will get their issues sorted out. Will update after my next visit. read more
