The staff was rude and seemed annoyed when I had tried to order a drink, that was advertised outside on a sign, they seemed confused on what I was asking for. I ordered 12 PC family bucket with 2 sides of mash potatoes and 1 corn, I added fries, side of corn, and some sauces. When I got home the sides with the meal were messed up, they gave me 1 side mash potatoes and sides of Mac n cheese, missing the biscuits. This KFC should be shut down because of the absolutely horrible service. I waited 30 minutes just to get one small coleslaw and then had to wait another 30 minutes after that to finally get it. The staff is rude, painfully slow, and clearly has no idea what they're doing. If you value your time, patience, or basic respect as a customer, avoid this place at all costs. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My food order was not only wrong but half of it was missing! Someone took bites out of my fries. Would give zero if possible. Disgusted to say we went through the drive through and received quick deep fried popcorn chicken in my daughters kids meal and my famous bowl that both were soft, cold, and raw in the middle. Thank GOD I bit into my daughters chicken to give her smaller pieces so I didn't give her raw chicken!!! Went in for this to be made right and was again surprised to have had 2 interactions with employees (the second being the manager) that made me feel as if this wasn't the first time this has happened. Went there for 3 nacho crunch tacos last night. The doors on the side of the building said that their lobby should be open until 9:30, however it was locked with people in it at a little after 7. On top of that, none of their lot lights were on as well as the drive through canopy lights, almost as if they wanted the customers to think they were closed. This is one of the worst restaurants in the area, I would rather not have it at all than with the way it is ran. They literally never have chicken! Your restaurant is called Kentucky Fried Chicken and every time I've ordered chicken they say their out. Even when they don't close for another 1 to 2 hours, you have chicken your just to lazy to make it. It's terrible business and I will drive further to avoid this place at all cost! read more

Their motto is that "They do chicken right" - Well I assume that they do. I usually get Taco Bell from this location though which they do alright with as well. Have eaten here on and off for 7 years and not had any reason to complain. Food has always come out in a reasonable timeframe and the folks have always been satisfactorily pleasant. (With some actually going above and beyond) Only down side at all to this place that I can think to mention is the drive-thru area. It literally exits right at the stop sign to a busy intersection. At certain times of the day you are very much at the mercy of other drivers to allow you to exit the lot. Go at off times though and there's no problems. read more

The good thing about this place is that it's a KFC/Taco Bell combined. it's the closest of either location to my house so it's awesome that they're together. I sometimes like to order tacos from Taco Bell with a famous bowl for KFC. It's awesome that I get to do this. That being said the service isn't always great, but when is it with fast food? I definitely like this place better than any other KFC or Taco Bell just because it's the only one I know of around here that's combined, but it's still just fast food so I can't give it any higher than 3 stars. read more

I have been coming to this KFC for years and they have never had good service. Every time I come here either their machine is broke down so it's a 30 to 45 minute wait or they just literally ran out of chicken so it's another 30 minute wait. I went through the drive through at this location. I was asked to pay the wrong amount and then corrected them. I received what I thought was my order and drove off. Upon closer inspection it clearly wasn't and drove back and walked inside with the wrong order. I show them the order and my receipt. The woman says that they had given my order to someone else and theirs to me and they would remake it. I wait for 10 minutes. The lady goes back and says they should be done soon. Close to another ten minutes go by. She goes back to the kitchen to check again. When she comes back she informs me that when she took the receipt back they threw it away and never started making the order again and asked me to order all over again. Are you serious?
