I've been going to Million Dragon for over 15 years, and thought it was about time I reviewed it on Yelp. In short, this is my "go to" Chinese restaurant, mainly because their "Lunch and Dinner Specials," which are always available, give me everything I want: Egg Roll, Rice, and Main item, plus fortune cookie, for a reasonable price. I usually get Szechuan Chicken or Chow Mein, but also order Pork or Chicken Lo Mein either as stand alone or as a substitute for the rice in the order (slight upcharge). The Egg Roll, as noted by other reviewers, is large and excellent, as is the pork fried rice that comes with most dishes. I often substitute white rice, which is also great. Only once in those 15 years did I get something that wasn't 5-stars: Sesame chicken. It was just a bit too sweet and came as golfball-sized chicken nuggets. Guess you can always find something to complain about. But overall, I drive 30 minutes and pass by three other chinese places to get to Million Dragon, and never go anywhere else unless I want to sit down (they have a few ables, but no one seems to eat there) and be waited on (then Green Ginger fits the bill). I highly recommend you give them a try. read more

The absolute WORST Chinese food and experience that I've ever had ,I've asked them on 3 occasions to NOT put MSG,SALT,ETC in my food and after they say "OH YEA" they do put it in, the First 2 times I trusted them because I always give a second chance, The last time family got it and they still screwed me.. Very poor service. Came in a few minutes after 3 pm and they wouldn't let me order the lunch special. Bill was $8.01. Most people would let the penny go and give back a dollar. Was given 99 cents change. Than gave her an extra nickel and she gave me a dollar and kept the extra 4 cents. Young lady behind the counter would benefit from some training. After all the positive reviews on Yelp, I had high hopes for Million Dragon. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. The food was mediocre American Chinese. We went for lunch and chose two combo plates--one with General Tso's Chicken, an Egg Roll and Pork Fried Rice, the other with BBQ Pork, Teriyaki Beef and Pork Fried Rice. The General Tso's Chicken was tough with very thick batter. The sauce was tasty and a bit spicy, but the chewy chicken was a deal breaker. The egg roll was okay--not great. The pork fried rice was okay, but at least it was edible. The BBQ pork was leathery and tough as were the Teriyaki Beef skewers. We also had fried pork dumplings (pot stickers). Those were the best of all our food, but somewhat small. Overall, I'd say that Million Dragon is a step DOWN from places like Panda Express. It doesn't taste fresh, and had I ordered these dishes at full price rather than via the luncheon specials, I would have felt ripped off. However, given the lack of ANY decent Chinese food in the region, it's actually better than most around here. That's not saying much. If you want fast-foodish Chinese, get the lunch plates and save yourself some money. Otherwise, it's just another mediocre Chinese restaurant in a slew of mediocre Chinese restaurants in the region. read more

Truly one of my favorite local businesses, these people know how to do Chinese takeout right. I have been going here for years, and I have never once been dissatisfied...not once. The BBQ spareribs are out of this world, wonderful color and vibrant taste without the artificial taste and smell that some restaurants offer. The teriyaki beef is another favorite of mine, not too dry but not so soaked that you get sick of teriyaki taste, a fine line to walk. And most importantly the pork fried rice rocks my world. The service here has never been anything short of exemplary. My order is always correct, cooked perfectly, and ready exactly when they say it will. The owners are very friendly, always happy to see you come back. The owners' children are usually in the restaurant as well, an they are charming and extremely well behaved. Last thing is the price, which is great. The prices here are lower than all the other Chinese takeout places around, and the quality of food is wayyyyy better. In fact the prices here are so low that it's cheaper to eat here than at a fast food place (within reason). read more

The lo mein dish was dense and greasy, which had soft noodles, cabbage, onion, and tender roast pork strips, salty tasting since they used plenty of soy sauce.The 4 chicken fingers were not too greasy had a firm lightly fried batter coating with tender white meat chicken inside. The egg roll was firm outside, not greasy, stuffed with cabbage and pork covered with a payload of red food coloring. The food I had was alright. We always pick up our Chinese food from Million Dollar Dragon. Food is great, BBQ pork is my absolute favorite from here. I believe it is family run and owned, all the better to go small business with too. By the amount of traffic they build...a LOT of people agree, it's an excellent choice for dinner. There are a few tables if you want to eat there...telling you up front, I wouldn't eat there. It's small, cold with no "atmosphere ". We always call in, make our order and no matter how busy, food is usually no longer than 20 minutes for pick up. Crab Rangoon, Chicken fingers, fried rice, cashew chicken... everything is wonderful. Call it in, go get it, bring it home and yum! Oh and the BBQ Pork...my absolutely favorite... our awesome doggo, it's her drooling favorite too. ! read more

OK so good Chinese food is hard to find so is to find people who agree on what Chinese is. With so many regions in china all with different views of Chinese cuisine. The way mom used to make versus the way i was taught. Now this is like any other Chinese restaurant it has a cheap lunch menu and a slightly more expensive dinner menu you order by use of a letter and number as a combo. This location has changed hands so many times its not even funny but two characters which now own it are always there so all's well that ends well. I love it for the Boneless ribs not the best I have ever had but they are greasy pink and bad for you which I love. It doesn't need to be fancy to be good. This place is very good food, great prices and generally they don't charge you to substitute. From m the egg rolls to the teriyaki beef to crab rangoons to chicken fingers-it's hot crispy fresh and not greasy. Superb fried rice. The best soups ever. If I were judging this restaurant on it's value as a lunch place that has decent Chinese-American food at good prices, I would give it about 4.5. As a Chinese restaurant in general it is a 3. The food we had was OK and in good quantity for a very reasonable price. It is not really a sit down restaurant. They accommodate eat-in diners by having 3 or 4 small tables, but it is a take-out place. The Szechwan chicken that I had would have been Kung Pao chicken at any other restaurant because of the way it was cut and prepared with peanuts, but it was tasty. Fortunately, I like Kung Pao. The waitress was very friendly. If you are passing through Tilton and want a quick, tasty lunch, this is great place to give a try. If you are looking for a sit down Asian dinner, try the Thai House or Green Ginger over near the outlets. read more

this is a small hole in the wall next to a gas station, but they have some of the best chinese food on the area. Kids man the counter, because they are the only ones that speak english. This is the best in the area, call in and take out. Hot take-out in 20 minutes. There are a few tables to eat in, but I have never seen anyone sitting in there. read more

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant and we were not disappointed. I had fried chicken wings, beef teriyaki, and boneless spare ribs, all of which were excellent. My husband had chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein which were also very good. The chow mein had a really great flavor, I thought I could taste garlic which we love. After seeing some of my co-workers bring back take out from Million Dragon I was dying to try it. Their containers were literally overflowing with rice, food, etc. Went there last night for take out. Kid at the register was beyond rude. I ordered a dinner of boneless spareribs, teriyaki beef and fried rice. The bag was so light when I picked it up I thought the container was empty. There was barely enough rice for one meal, let alone leftovers later. No condiments, not even a lousy plastic fork was inside the bag. I don't know if it was being run by a bunch of kids last night but it was a horrible experience. I will NEVER waste my money there again. read more

Call it in and pick it up, don't be alarmed by the children with attitude that answer the phone and take your payment because it's the only descent Chinese food and portions in the area. Comes out fresh and hot, usually have to wait longer than the "10 minutes" for the freshness though. read more

There was a little bit of a learning curve after my friend Ke Lin sold Million Dragon a few yrs ago, so I hadn't eaten there in awhile until recently. But I tried the other two chinese takeaways over by the Franklin line and they were truly dreadful.... Am I glad I came back!!! The General Tso's I had a few weeks ago was so good, I didn't think it could get better until tonight!!! Tender, right amount of crispy on the outside, a sauce that is so flavorful and piquant!!!! The spicyness lingers without overwhelming the flavors. The white rice is moist and properly sticky without being gooey. And the Egg Foo Young is the best I have ever had. Huge, nicely browned on the outside, fluffy and bursting with fresh vegetables, flavorful ham on the inside. The gravy is so good I would buy it on its own to serve with my Christmas turkey. Chicken wings are my favorite thing, and this is the only place around that's got it right- just like in Ke's time, huge wings, excellent quality poultry, beautifully browned with some crunchy around the edges, juicy and wonderfully flavorful- no midgetty little pigeon wings here! The egg roll I had last time had a great mixture in the filling, not soggy a bit with a nicely crunchy wrapper. My only problem is I love these things so much I'm having trouble making myself stretch a bit and order other things. I have lived in this area for some time now and Million Dragon has been the best-and most accurate, Oriental dining I have had in this area. I often order over the phone for pick up, unlike many other places, in the area the food is always consistently good and correct. I emphasize it being correct because I have had issues (Many, many, many issues) in the past at other similar restaurants (Oriental Garden, Green Ginger, Tipa Osaka,etc.) with incorrect orders over the phone. For pick up and delivery I believe Million Dragon takes the cake. read more
