The breast meat was overcooked to the sawdust range. Dry and stringy.....inedible. I ordered an Asian Chicken Salad. Whole florets of raw broccoli, snow peas with the strings? Way too big for the plate....worst of all.....same chicken that was in my wife's sandwich. No sign of a manager or shift leader. 3 bartenders, 2 of whom joined a table of (on the clock?) servers at a booth to gossip. We just left and won't be back. AWFUL!! The one star is for the young lady at the counter who took my order.....she was charming.

The dining area was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and the music wasn't too loud, making for a comfortable atmosphere. So I called and she proceeded to say she was soo busy. I politely told her,you absolutely were not. I watched you for 20 minutes! And you ignored me multiple times after looking at me. You dismissed me. She claimed she had 3 online orders before I got there. She stated she found my order. I reminded her that I placed my order 25 minutes before I even got there. She then apologized again,while defending the fact she was "so busy" I stated that "being so busy" has nothing to do with customer service. I asked for management. She said they would be back on Monday. What a let down. What a shame that people With no customer service have to work in it just to have a job. I have sympathy and understanding to a certain level. But now I'm out the $20 I spent on a terrible sandwich from the neighboring store plus my expectations and business from what I was expecting to be an amazing sandwich. The Tulare Raising Cane's is a great restaurant to go with friends or family. Their employees are always so friendly and get our meals out quickly. What makes this place worth it, is their signature sauce and their Texas toast, without it it's just like any other place that serves chicken. I love the restaurant's design and they always keep it clean and sanitized. They have lots of decor up on the walls that are interesting to look at, some even show the restaurant's history. I would definitely recommend eating here if you want to have a quick meal with your family, their service is amazing. read more
