I have the KFC app and they have specials on it but you have to order on the app and when I went to order 20 wings for $20 it would not accept the payment and I tried several times but I couldn't get it to go through so I went into KFC in Urbana and with the help of the manager and an employee. Stopped by today so my daughter could pick up food for dinner. The dining room was closed due to staff issues. A semi was blocking the drive thru so orders couldn't be replaced. She went in to ask if she could order to go and she was told they would be closed for awhile. It was peak dinner time! The delivery driver couldn't park where he wasn't blocking the drive thru? Because of this store and my recent experience, I will be hard pressed to go to any KFC. Normally service and food are just "okay." We have learned to live with it. I also understand that these types of businesses have trouble getting workers, however this excuse needs to stop at some point. I think integrity is their biggest problems. I was in Columbus and placed an order through the app. The time was 7:15pm, and I scheduled the pickup for 8:00pm. I drove all the way to Urbana, and am about to turn into the parking lot when I receive a phone call at 8:04pm that they are closing early and do not have my order. I state that I'm pulling in now. They state that they just received the order and are unable or fulfill it. I told them that that is not my fault, i placed the order at 7:15pm. He responded that it's not his fault either. *Remember the order was scheduled for 8:00pm. It's now 8:04pm - - they just received the order? As I was trying to ask questions to figure out what to do, I'm asked "are you going to quit talking? You can "request" a refund online and it will be reviewed, or you come in tomorrow and "request" a refund and it will be reviewed, or I can come in tomorrow and get the order fulfilled." Well, i tell you... i will not grace this store again. I opted to do the refund review online. I'm told that I may or should, get my money refunded in 72 business hours. The guy who took my order had 'Dipshit' on his name tag when I pulled up to pay. There was already someone waiting in a space causing me not to be able to move. They asked me to move several times even though I couldn't even back up to pull into a space. I was told I had to wait on my order several times and even to pull over by other staff members. I explained to them there was no where to go and waited 15 mins for 2 kids meals and two $5 nugget meals. Everyone behind me received their orders in a timely fashion. 'Dipshit' who took my order came outside with someone's order. I asked him where it was and he said it was still cooking. I said how, he said that's what they told me to say. I deliver for DoorDash and 4 separate times over this past week - the day shift manager ladies have been extremely rude and not helpful - they keep telling me, "we don't do DoorDash" and "Oh, we hung up on the person ordering, because we don't do DoorDash" and "we only do GrubHub". Today they completely neglected to put the sauce in the bag, and after coming back in to get it, she says, "Oh, did you forget your sauce?" I worked at kfc for about a month, and let me tell you out of all my past jobs I have never dealt with such poor management. I am a 17 year old being picked on by multiple clear adults. I was told by friends there that Michele (GM) and Kayla (shift lead) that they were talking badly about me when I wasn't there. I had done nothing to them. I did absolutely everything they asked and they still treated me poorly. If I could give you one piece of advice it would be to look elsewhere for a job. I worked at kfc for roughly a month, and all I can say is wow. This is by far the most unprofessional job I have ever been at. When I went in for my interview Michele (GM) informed me there was drama in the store and she was working to get it out. Within my first week I had already witnessed so much drama on her behalf. She is extremely rude to all of her costumers and her staff (other than her favorites.) I tried to work out my issues with her and had a conversations with her which led to me having a panic attack so I asked for a minute to breathe, which she replied with "no, you're not doing that." The management is an actually joke and I truthfully hope they do what's best and get her out of this store. read more

Went here with my friends on our lunch break, not only did we wait 45 minutes but 2 of our orders were completely incorrect. After arguing with them about the fact that we waited so long to even have our orders taken then having them wrong. I got my money refunded just in time to clock back into work. Due to the poor customer service and disrespect of the employees me and my friends will never be returning to this establishment. If I could give less than 1 star I would. All u can eat lunch buffet is delicious and cheap. A lot of older people go there for lunch. Stays pretty busy but fast on time.

I went through the drive through for a $20 dollar fill up and asked for white gravy instead of dark and was charged 40 cents extra because of the white gravy. To me that is not logical. gravy is gravy I just happen to prefer the white so why should O have to pay more for it. Also the crispy tenders were not very good, should have stuck with original recipe. Oh well live and learn. This is the first time I have had issues with the place , usually I would give them 4 stars. it is just the principal of the matter you should not have to pay extra because of the color of the gravy. read more

If I were just rating KFCs this would be a 5, if I were rating other KFCs I've been to, as a restaurant they'd all get 3's. Some would get 3.5 if that were possible. This is THE best KFC I've ever eaten at. (But it's still KFC) They still have the lunch (and I believe dinner?) Serve yourself, all you can eat buffet. And it is loaded with food/options. Even if you are just going for the regular meals, they are the best, or at least the best one I've ever dined at. That includes several in Columbus, OH, many all over Ohio from Cincinnati to Cleveland, New York, Kentucky, Illinois, Las Vegas Hawaii, and I'm sure at least a couple of other states I'm not recalling. read more
