It took almost an hour to get four chicken pot pies and they weren't that great . KFC just isn't what it used to be .

If I could give less then one I would . Worst KFC I've ever had. My drive thru order was simple. One 4 piece with 2 sides & One 2 piece with 2 sides. Neither was correct. The 2 piece has one leg, no sides. The 4 piece had 3 pieces. I don't know who owns this location, but it was mine I'd fire everyone, close the doors for a month and retrain correctly how to serve. Clearly the employees couldn't care less about the customers. Perfect example is my one piece of chicken in a box with zero sides. If one of my employees were to perform this way, they would be gone. Overall the rating is 2 out of 100... Do better FKC, do better. read more

This location is super close to my apartment which is absolutely great! The staff is always very nice and it's always seamless. Also whenever I go theres not a long drive thru line which is nice. I got their sandwich box...spicy with mac n cheese, fries and cole slaw. And its been a minute since I've had them. Sort of mad at myself for waiting this long to have them again. The sandwich was hot and crunchy which is hard to get. The fries perfectly cooked and love their seasoning. Tbh I have a weak spot for mac n cheese and their cole slaw. read more

This place can not get orders correct. They always short items, never give appropriate portions, and pass off burnt food. The staff at the drive thru was rude, while the manager seemed to be superficially apologetic. This store should not be open if this is how the staff is trained and treat customers. Stood at the counter with 3 different staff members looking at me u til the manager who was also working drive thru came and greeted me at the main counter. To give perspective our order was 5 piece meal with fries and Mac n cheese and a starry drink 2 famous bowls without corn, one bowl had more potato's than the other one while both bowls only had 5 nuggets in it. Not sure if that is the proper amount as it seems to be different at each location I get them at. I had a large family gathering Memorial Day weekend in Washington, PA. The hosts were providing grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for 30 people on Saturday, and I was tasked with bringing 50 pieces of fried chicken on Sunday. I called a week in advance to order it and stopped by Sunday morning just to make sure my order was in (since I'm from out of town and had never dealt with this location before). Both on the phone and in person, I specified that I wanted an equal number of the four pieces of chicken: breast, wing, leg, and thigh. I was assured of this both times. So, at 4:00, one of my nieces drove the 30 minutes to pick it up. She had to wait a few minutes, but then made the 30-minute trip back. However, when I opened the bucket, there weren't breasts, wings, legs, and thighs. Instead, there were only legs and thighs, which is not what I had ordered. I had specifically ordered a mixed bucket because none of the adults in my family eat dark meat. Therefore, there was nothing in the bucket for the adults to eat. And, there was no point in making a 1-hour round trip to get the order right since what was in the bucket wasn't the least bit crisp and people were hungry. I meant to stop in at the KFC the next day on my way out of town to express my upset but forgot to in the chaos of packing up. Instead, I went to the KFC website and lodged a complaint. I quickly received an email with a number and a note saying that someone would contact me soon. Seven days later, when no contact was received, I sent another email with the original assigned incidence number and received another email with another number. This KFC consistently has friendly staff and quick service and I keep coming back because...friend chicken. However, today I'm reviewing their new Zinger chicken sandwich. Ummm, not so good. To start with, it was tiny. Normally, that would be better because I don't like giant sandwiches, but for being a main sandwich and not a snack, it really was little. So little in fact, I noticed it was the size of the chocolate chip cookie that comes with the meal. And no, it wasn't a giant cookie. LOL!! I took a pic just in case you doubt that. Now, don't get me wrong, it certainly is a great deal with a chicken sandwich, potato wedges, a drink, and a cookie. However, I certainly don't think it would be very satisfying for a big hungry dude (Who says dude anymore?). Ok, getting past its size, now for the most important thing; the flavor. Flavor is an overstatement in terms of this sandwich. The bread was dry and the the chicken was nowhere near being "Zingery". Yeah, that's not a word. It's not spicy in the least, and actually really rather tasteless. Let's just say that by the time I ate half of it; I was quite glad it was tiny. I think I'll stick with what KFC does great; extra crispy, fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy (which I could drink with a straw). Don't worry KFC, I'll keep coming back and keep my high cholesterol steady. Keep making new treats and I'll keep trying them. Because I'm a trooper like that. ;) read more

Oh boy... So, fast food is usually a weekend or bad day treat for me. I don't typically get full meals when I visit a fast food place, just a small value menu item or equivalent of. And I never have high expectations from a place that's clearly a junk food splurge. So how in the world did a crappy junk food splurge turn into a 2-star review? Pretty easily actually. I stopped in at this KFC today and knew exactly what I wanted. Did the woman taking my order care, though? Nope! Five times - five times! - the person on the other end of the drive-thru ordering system cut me off to promote a meal, a dessert, a snack, you name it. I'm honestly not even sure if it was an actual person - maybe KFC now has an automatic response greeting people. Either way, I was NOT happy. I just wanted to order my snack and go home, yet it was like they didn't even WANT to take my order. Not cool. After FINALLY getting my snack - two small chicken sandwiches and a drink - I got my sandwiches, and the most diluted cup of Dr. Pepper I've ever tasted. Did they add ice to their machine and let it melt in there, or did I get an old cup that someone forgot and they just waited to pass it off to me? Ugh! Well, at least the mini chicken sandwiches weren't awful. But man oh man, next time I want my junk food splurge I doubt I'll be coming here... read more

Got food poisoning on two different occasions from this same restaurant. This was in 2009 and 2011 and I still haven't been back. I imagine it hasn't gotten any better, but I'm unwilling to find out. read more

This one of the cleanest KFC I have been to . Service was fast and one the first times there has been enough gravy on my mashed potatoes. I commend them on using the bigger containers so they can add the gravy. Something the other locations can learn from. read more

We just love the KFC in Belle Vernon !! My husband stops there about once a week & he gets the $20 special. What a bargain....8 pieces of delicious with 4 biscuits, cole slaw, & mashed potatoes with gravy. What a very tasty bargain !! I love the spices in the breading & the chicken is so very juicy. He sometimes gets a lemon bundt-type cake that is always very fresh, moist, & very lemony. The restaurant is also always very clean. I will always recommend this KFC for a very tasty chicken experience !! read more

so i begged my dad to take me there because someone had kfc and i wanted it. i got my usual Nashville hot 6-piece wing and large fries with ranch. i was beyond happy eating my fries on the way home and just couldn't wait to have that juicy meat in my mouth. i get everyone's food out the bag... and i don't see mine. instead i see these plain 6 piece chicken wings. i wouldn't have a problem if it was messed up like a different sauce, but plain? who in their right mind eats plain chicken wings. i'm honestly beyond disappointed. maybe they knew i was on a diet and was helping me out but i really wanted that Nashville since they are always out of it. it did in fact ruin my day and i thought about it the rest of the day. i give it 3 stars because the fries were really good. also the large fries. there's no way it feeds 4 people. it feeds me and i'm a small 102pd person. i suggest making a bucket for 4 people. read more
