The best part of this place is their employees do crack! When you give a business $300+ of business you'd expect no complaints, especially to your face. However, crack hinders one's judgement. New pizza place in Washington on Jefferson Ave. Tonight we ordered a large Romano's pizza which is their house pizza- it's like a supreme- and a pepperoni calzone. It was only about a 30 minute wait which was nice. Prices are a little high for the area, our total was $37. Everything was still hot when we got home. Pizza was pretty good! The crust was thinner than I was expecting from the picture on their website, but it wasn't thin enough to be flimsy. Nice amount of toppings, but not a lot of sauce. The calzone was pretty good also! The dough was done perfectly and the pepperoni inside was thick. There was sprinkle cheese on top too. There wasn't a ton of ricotta, so if I ordered it again I would probably ask for extra. The homemade tomato sauce that came with it was good too! Overall a nice addition to Washington! I hope they do well. That location never seems to have tenants stay too long ever since pizza roma in the 00s. I could see us adding this into our pizza rotation! read more

We always get something new and never had poor quality or portions. Until this order. We got 2 soups and a large salad. The soup was a very small portion and not very tasty. We needed meals and salads for a family gathering, last minute -- Olive Garden was going to take close to two hours, found Romano's online, we're from out-of-town. The staff were so easy to work with over the phone. They prepared seven meals (chicken parm), salads, and bread very quickly. Romano's is my family's favorite pizza in Washington. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The cheese is definitely the best cheese on pizza that I've ever had. Their pepperoni rolls are amazing. You NEED to order them. We've tried their pastas, Sicilian pizza, wings, subs, fries, and many of their different pizzas. They haven't disappointed even once. Everyone there is really nice whether I'm picking up or getting it delivered. Not only do they mess up orders, late delivering them, now they have stolen money from my bank account. I ordered 2 pizzas small one for me o e for my brother and paid $40 but an error message come up on their website saying mynorder wasn't place but they took the money out of my account. When I called there they told me I had to call doordash which I didnt order from!!! When I said it was their site they told me there were still no orders when I said this is theft because the money is out of my account the manager hung up when I called back and asked for his name he told me to get a life and hung up again. Today was their Italian Calzone, with Cappicola, Pepperoni, Salami, Italian Sausage, provolone, and Ricotta. Absolutely delicious! New place in town. Tried it once, and that will be it. My wife had placed an order over the phone. I heard her order 2 meatball sandwiches. She goes to pick it up, and there's only one. She says she ordered two, they counter guy yell to the back saying "she only ordered one, but now she wants two." They tell her it'll be a half an hour. Then he says "that's a big hoagie. You could just share it." What the hell?!?! She informs him that they're not even going to the same house! As for the food.... It was so so. I was not impressed. There are many other pizza places in town that are tried and true. This is not one of them. And their terrible customer service just sealed the deal. No more for me thanks. read more

my only problem with Romano's Pizza is that I have never ordered a white pizza from any other pizza place where they do no put tomatoes on it. I thought that it was a basic included ingredient on all white pizzas. they charge you to put tomatoes on a white pizza there.
