Me and a few friends saw the 10 dollar bottomless appetizer deal online so we decided to head to Buffalo Wild Wings on a Friday night. As soon as we got there the hostess was extremely short and rude with us we greeted her by asking how her day was going and she cut us off and said it's a 45 minute wait. We said we would wait for a table and she wrote our name down differently than everyone else. We waited for the whole 45 minutes in the entrance and were not seated but everyone including the people who came in after us were seated we finally went to the desk and the restaurant visibly had countless empty tables. We were finally seated and our waitress was the hostess we had already encountered she took our orders and never came back me and my friends had purchased the bottomless appetizer deal and only got one round of appetizers even though we planned to get more. We waited for our check for over 30 minutes and finally had to ask another waiter for our check. Our drinks were only filled one time and we ate our whole meal (wings) without napkins aswell. After visiting some other Bdubs you realize that whoever manages this establishment does not do a good job. The moment you walk in before you even get to the host or hostess it smells like sewage. The stench makes it hard to even attempt to eat. Sometimes the entire restaurant does. The bathrooms you almost have to hold your nose and pry your feet off the floor because of being wet and the stickiness. The staff, waitresses, bartenders are always second to none. They are the best. They know you,greet you and usually converse with you like they are friends.I really wish they could be like other Buffalo Wild Wings as far as the cleanliness of the whole restaurant in general. First time in here since moving to PA. Just moved from AZ and I must say this place is way better! Got 30 boneless wings; half with salt & vinegar dry rub and half with Asian zing on the side. It was super thoughtful of the girl (I believe her name is Julia) who took care of our to go order. I'm not real good with spice and I asked her how hot carribbean jerk was and she said it's a bit out of her spice comfort zone and suggested Asian zing but with it on the side. Wonderful suggestion and she was super nice and informative. It's not easy to kind of explain flavor to someone else and I wasn't sure how I would have answered it but she did it in such a great way. Also got tater tots with queso on it. She was super busy but she handled it perfectly. The other employees were also nice and answered all my questions while being busy. They really do work hard and I just wanted to give a shout out to them and hopefully they know they're appreciated. The bf and I will definitely return. The Asian zing is delicious! Usually the service and food delivery times to your table at BWW is horrible...this location was exactly the opposite..very nice service from the front door girl to our waitress EXCELLENT all around. Very nice and professional..we ordered an appetizer and drinks..both came out quickly..then we watched football on the many great TV's and ordered our meals. Awful Service!! Everytime i've went to this location the staff is rude. Last night my friends and I decided to settle there for dinner, we stood waiting for a table for 30 minutes and wasn't even greeted by anyone. A girl stood there watching us waiting but still ignored us, one girl even walked over to the waiting area to check her phone then looked up at us and walked away. Every waitress I have had there has been so beyond incredibly slow, they come back maybe once every 20 minutes and the food takes up to 45 minutes to come out. The buffalo chicken wrap might as well just be a chicken wrap because they don't put any buffalo sauce on it. They also completely ration you with the fries on the side and they fill up their ranch cups maybe half way. You have to ask for ranch atleast 5 times because they try to screw you out of as much ranch as possible. So I love the wings, it's consistently good everywhere I go! This location had Bourbon honey mustard, I think that's what it was called, sauce. AMAZING!! Not as good as my go to, garlic Parmesan sauce, but if they have this sauce near you give it a try. Not spicy, just sweet enough without that overbearing honey flavor. You can't taste the honey, which I really appreciated since I don't like it. The games were on and thankfully there wasn't too many crazy fans. We were seated right away, but I saw large groups waiting a bit. Stand alone location with a ton of mall parking. I have been to this locations many times, and I always enjoy my meal. We like it because it's cheap and fast. It's also a great place to go to watch any type of sporting event because they have a million TVs and a huge bar. My husband and I always a get a medium order of wings; it's the perfect amount to share. The potato wedges are really what makes us keep coming back! They are SO good! The combination of the crispy potatoes, sour cream and chive seasoning, and the shredded cheddar is the perfect combination! I will say though, if you're coming to B Dub's, you need to get the wings, as the burgers and other sandwiches aren't that great. The service is always friendly and quick. We'll be back! read more

I came to this location for a date and I'm very upset about the service. I think that might have been a mistake sadly because I wanted to love the food. At first we where not greeted apon entertaining and seating at a small two person table right by a door to the kitchen. I only received one order confirmation so I thought it went through ok but when I arrived they asked me if I meant to submit two orders and I told them no. They had only prepared one of the duplicate orders so when I pressed them about it the girl at the take out stand asked if I want one "cancelled or something " and I said yes if you only prepared one meal you should only charge me for one. She went to get the manager to cancel the order but they were too busy so I was told to leave and that "it would definently be taken care of" It was not taken care of and I was charged twice for food I didn't receive. I understand restaurants are short staffed right now but 1. Why would you assume I was going to pay twice for one order if you only made one and 2.
