Love this location!! Yes at times it can be crazy busy but I have never gotten a wrong order here. I always use the drive through option and they do a great job with keeping it moving as best as they can. The staff is always very patient, friendly and informative. Personally I always have a hard time choosing what to get here. I ended up getting the Smokehouse brisket with curly fries and a Dr Pepper . The brisket hit the spot and the bun was delicious. i am in different locations all the time, some are better than others. i always donate to help hungry kids for their cause to make them look good. not even knowing if the money will go to feed kids(probably not, and if so hopefully something descent, not the garbage they serve these days) so i had coupons they gave me for free sliders and thought, ill use them to feed my own hungry kids. went through the drive through, ordered some mac n cheese. told them i had coupons for free sliders so put them on separate orders so i can redeem them. they said no, so i said "cancel the order" they in theory want you to spend your money to help feed hungry kids, but when it comes to feeding my hungry kids.... denied! ignorant, ignorant, ignorant. its not like i was asking something free, i paid for the coupons, and they were supposed to pass it on. the sliders arent even worth $1 anyway and honestly im not gonna let my kids eat that garbage ever again. arbys used to be descent, now its just a dirty scam, that gets away with paying low wages and charging high prices for mediocre garbage! guess ill give the coupons to the guys standing in the street, holding the "please help, god bless" signs, maybe theyll have better luck redeeming them, but i wont be back... read more

The food was the worst I've ever tasted in any fast food restaurant. I'm on the road a lot and I've eaten at a lot of places and the fries I had were in edible, cold and tasted like burnt. Grease. If you're getting a sandwich, you're good. Don't get any extras. You'll be disappointed. read more

Arby's sent discount coupons to Allegheny County residents in mail. None were sent to Washington County residents. I went to Arby's in Washington, PA because I heard they were giving out discount coupons. The gal said I will put it in your bag. After she handed me the bag & charged me $1.00+ more than the normal price of a classic rb sandwich, she said "we are all out of the coupons." I will stay away from Arby's with their bad business practices. They only offer $1.00 coupon online for ff or a shake. Poor business practices will keep me away from Arby's in the future. read more

Wanted to try their new roasted turkey sandwich. They have specials from 2 to 5. I got a large cookie butter milkshake for $2. The turkey sandwich was ok, my curly fries and sauces were good. My milkshake was thick and buttery and the store was clean. read more

Stopped in right before the lunch rush and dined in... Food came out VERY quick and cashiers were friendly. The restaurant is in really good shape (looks new) and was clean too, including the bathrooms. My boyfriend ordered the classic and I got a turkey gyro meal... Even though the pita was soft and warm (so good!) and the Curly fries were fried and seasoned perfectly, it wasn't what I expected. The pictures showed sliced deli meat with layered veggies and drizzled sauce, what I got was finely shredded turkey(?) mixed in with the sauce... Makes me wonder WHY they're using mushy shredded turkey instead of deli sliced. All in all, I would recommend stopping in if you like Arby's and want quick, friendly service in a clean atmosphere, but would advise not to order something based on a picture... read more

I know what you're gonna say; it's gonna lead to a pork belly of my own; but that's a small price to pay for such a mouth watering, delicious, juicy, porky, delight. I mean; it's two giant chunks of pork belly, layered with amazing BBQ sauce and crispy onion straws. The only thing that could make it any better would be a Ghirardelli Ultimate Chocolate Shake to wash it down. Oh wait; I got one of those too!!! I went through the drive through at this location and ordered food. And I got a drink with my meal I drank the whole thing and I got extra ice in it so I took the lid off to add more soda. There was a dead fly. How disgusting. How filthy. So be careful here they are dirt balls. I called to complain and make sure it would not happen again but the manager will not call me back. terrible Crispy chicken sandwich, worst crispy chicken ever, it tastes like hard and raw meat. The fried meat looks darker than usual. I think they let it sit forever and when I ordered the meal, they gave it to me. Don't risk of trying this place. Have a lot of better choices here, I will not come here ever again read more
