I'd prefer just a text message because having both email and phone number text messages invites identity theft. I've been to this KFC probably 4 or 5 times in 10 years. The quality of the food has been horrible every time. I just DoorDashed an order that took over 45 minutes to prepare. The DoorDash order was for a 3 piece chicken box. You will be waiting a long time for terrible food while dealing with poor service. I never leave reviews. This is my first one. The parking lot looked in the bag didn't have the pot pie went back got it realized they forgot to give me the kids milk and they forgot to give me the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Writing this as I'm sitting here in the drive thru waiting. They're out of chicken sandwiches, they tell me as soon as I order. I get a pot pie and a 3 piece. I say this order about 3 times then pull forward... where I'm asked to repeat my entire order. I say "for real?" Almost in disbelief but also in complete pity for this poor kid Anthony that looks like a deer in head lights. The order still isn't right when the receipt is handed to me. This is the first time I have tried this KFC. Overall experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I did the quick pick up by ordering online and it made ordering faster. When we got the food home the food was lukewarm and the drinks were watered down. The best thing out of all of the food we got was the chicken nuggets. We also got the chicken sandwiches, one of them was made correctly, but the other one was just 2 chicken strips on the bun. I was very disappointed in that, but I gave them a call and they put me down to get a free one next time. I don't know that I will be going back to get my free sandwich seeing as I woke up this morning with food poisoning. I had the review at 3 stars, but this is the worst food poisoning I've had so they only deserve 1 star. Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning. read more

KFC Weatherford Review 7-31-2020 I went to place an order in the drive thru at 6:50 pm. When I placed my order, the rude female employee told me they were out of white meat and original. This is just like the KFC we had before in Weatherford, they were almost always out of chicken at supper time and had rude employees. Upon pulling up into the drive thru to order the girl working the drive thru was absolutely rude, when my dad tried ordering a Mac and cheese bowl again with an attitude she says they can't do Mac and cheese cause they don't have any and my dad jokingly said well dang thats what we came for and her response was "yeah well we don't have any" even after the attitude we were going to get something else then when ordering drinks she tells us with an attitude that they didnt have the drinks we wanted so we cancelled our order and left. Being someone that has worked in customer service, that was a poor way to associate with guests, I understand having a bad day every once in a while but my goodness, I've faked a smile and put out good customer service even having a terrible day. He would not say hi just "dine-in or take-out", slammed your cup down on the counter and not only got our order wrong but the next 3 people after us. When you ask for extra crispy chicken you get regular. This location is horrific. My husband loves the Chicken pot pie. I wanted to get a bucket as we were staying in a motel in town so we wanted some leftovers for dinner as well. I asked for no wings in the bucket. They told me they were out of thighs, so I would be upcharged an extra $1 per breast after 2. We pulled up and I asked why we were being charged extra as they were the ones who were out of thighs, the best part of the bucket. The managers, Eric and Bethany both said it was just their pricing. I said, but you are out of thighs, can't you not charge us the extra as you are the ones who are creating the need for extra breasts? They said, sorry, but NO. Horrible management. A good manager knows that customers are the lifeblood of their business. Shame on them for not trying to make the customer happy, or at least not nickel and dime them to death. This is the best KFC I've been to and I don't live in Weatherford! The breading is sooo flavorful (not all KFC chicken is created equal) the gravy is spot on and everything is so tasty. To top it all off the employees are so patient and kind. We were asked in a genuine manner how our day was going and were provided with plates and utensils.
