Do not order through their ap. I did. It never came. According to their manager Wendy, they have no way of looking anything up if you order it online. They have no idea who picks it up, no idea who delivers it, and they have no system to see who the delivery was assigned to. It's absurd. They brought it to our table and another person followed with a tray with extra sauces, salt and pepper, and ketchup. Place was clean, except floor was greasy and a little slippery. Women's bathroom was clean but mens bathroom needed some love. We enjoyed watching Dominic role play with a new employee. I used to do that with my employees when I was a manager, I love seeing that. First time eating at this place since we don't have them in California. We are not big fast food eaters but son wanted this. Do I need to eat at one again, no. Went through the drive through. Time was about 9:30 am. Ordered Taquito and coffee. Got to the window and handed my credit card to the lady and ask for some hot sauce. She handed back my receipt and i then waited with the Taquito in a bag. She then restocked all the hot sauce stock at the window as i waited for my coffee. I drove off with my meal. This location is a joke. The customer service is non existent. They truly are incompetent and don't give a flying flip. They don't know if you have paid, what you ordered, don't ask if you want condiments, nothing. They hand you a bag, say the usual have a good night and shut the window before you could possibly have a chance to ask for anything. The employees are literally there to collect an unworthy pay check. It's obvious they hate their job and most likely stare at what seems to be a broken clock and think no way that can be right way more than being productive and taking care of people. My family went here yesterday to get lunch for the grandkids while on their way out to do stuff. Seeing several cars in the drive thru my daughter decided to go inside. Her order was taken right away and she waited for it. 18 minutes she waited. There were others in the dining room waiting but there didn't seem to be any urgency to get the food out. We gave a very complicated order, with expectation of needing to confirm as we received the items, and let me tell you she more than delivered! We asked for extra picante sauce and let me tell you... 25 packets was outstanding. This was just the beginning... we asked for combo taquitos and when they weren't on the receipt, not only did Karen allow us to keep the 12 mistaken taquitos, Karen made us 3 new ones and wouldn't even take the $20 bill we offered to pay above the $82 tab we ordered. Not often do you receive such service, I just had to compliment Karen S and the team we had the privilege of feeding our entire family with tonight. They struggled to get the order in, and when I made a comment about it, trying to be helpful, the manager that was helping got very snotty and had a nasty attitude.
