What an awful experience as the food was simply dreadful No real taste and just looked over cooked

I have never had a problem with the location. Been going there for years. But today I had the worst experience in the drive thru. The gentleman that was running the window was extremely rude. I had a 100 dollar bill an I was told they didn't have enough money. So he called the manager is what I'm assuming. An she was rude. Not one apology from either person. Fries were cold and soggy. They all must have been is such a hurry that my chicken wraps were wrapped horribly. It was almost like they just thru everything in the bag. Poor poor service. My boyfriend and I went here at 7:45pm on Saturday night. We ordered 2 famous bowls, 2 mash potatoes and gravy, 2 coleslaws, and 2 biscuits. The lady taking our order said, "no problem. We'll take you at the window." When we pulled up, a different woman came to the window and said "we actually decided to close right now. We can get you your order but we can't do gravy." We decided to still get the food and when we got home, we realized they forgot the coleslaw and biscuits. We couldn't complain too much though because they only charged us $10...we don't even know where $10 came from since nothing we ordered was only $10 but whatever. Regardless, really disappointing. We would have much rather paid the full amount and received what we ordered than what we received tonight. Management is horrible and service is obviously lacking. Do NOT go here. read more

When we proceed to get our food they forget our sides and she turns and tells her coworkers in Spanish (with very rude words) that we were complaining about our sides. The lady on drive through was very rude and was rushing me, they forgot my side of Mac and cheese, and I was waiting in the drive through line for a good 15 minutes with no other cars in line. I love KFC in general. Original Recipe is like crack to me. I have been to hundreds of KFC restaurants across the county, and Japan and Korea. So you can believe me when I say this is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I was so happy when I moved to find a KFC so nearby, but oh, woe is me! Every 2 out of 3 visits they do not have sufficient product to fulfil my order. Sometimes I am asked to wait, other times I am simply refused. The chicken is very greasy which is not characteristic of KFC chicken in general. And now the owners of this franchise have decided to discontinue certain products, including corn on the cob, which is almost as iconic as the chicken itself. I will be diving further to get my chicken from now on, after doing research to find KFCs NOT owned by the same franchisees. read more

I've been going to this location for probably close to two years. The food was really good, and the service was excellent, especially the last few months, until my most recent visit of March 29, 2019. I was the only customer and I was ordering my usual bucket with sides. I'm assuming this location changed hands. There was a new staff of only one person taking orders and she struggled for so long that she called over the manager (who appeared to be new at least to that location). I was asked the same questions about my order several times. It was chaotic. They were both friendly and substituted my biscuits for an additional side. It was prepared really fast. Too fast. When I got home, the sides were warm and the chicken (extra crispy) was cold and soggy with the crust sliding off. I believe it had been sitting around for some time. They even piled the chicken on top of the plastic utensils. I'm a senior and spending $27.00 for repulsive chicken was very disappointing. I'd looked forward to this for a month and it's a big splurge. Seriously. I normally make a meal this size last at least three days. I couldn't even eat it was so bad. If I'd had time, I would have driven back and returned it. I submitted my review on line and in detail. The response was we hope you'll give KFC another chance. No offer for compensation. Avoid this location. Maybe then they'll get the message and you'll avoid wasting your money. read more

The service at this location is amazing! Everytime I visit, they go out of their way to make sure that I have the best experience whether I dine in or go through the drive-thru. It's also the only that location that always has hot chicken pot pies ready to go!! Not all locations always have them ready, so sometimes I will call to make sure they have them and they always do. read more

All I can say is my food experience was "GROSS!" We got 2 orders of breast & wing combo to go (1 ex-crispy, 1 original recipe.) Workers seemed very friendly. Once home we discovered Breast & Leg in both orders (no wings) and both orders appeared to be ex-crispy. Actually, the original recipe was Very Dry and Hard and looked ex-crispy (probably sitting for a long time!) The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil and left bad taste and what felt like a thick coating all over my mouth! Honestly, I took a paper towel and wiped my tongue, gums and cheeks which actually helped remove the coating and rinsed my mouth out.
