So, I ordered a Tuesday special, $10/8 piece bucket, and when I got home discovered it was inedible. It had been sitting pre-packed for at least a couple hours. The bucket was actually wet, the skin and breading slime and falling off, and so greasy I couldn't pull individual pieces apart. Unfortunately I was unable to return it, so I wrote to corporate. We had to make a quick stop before heading home from a trip and we honestly regretted it. Food was fine but what I assume is the manager, horrible towards her employees. She seemed to be training a teenage girl and she had no patience's and spoke to her in such a rudely manner for not bagging the orders correctly and clearly not taking the time to explain how to do so. On many different occasions she yelled at this same employee and others infront of customers. The humiliation she puts her employees through is not okay. Never going back to this location. Husband went in for take out 1 3 PC meal of mix extra crispy and original with mash potatoes and gra y cole slaw. His was chicken tenders meal. We got home and his order was fine . Mine had 2 coleslaw, all original and no pots and gravy. I called to get fix. I had no receipt so gal said I would have to come back later in week to get new order. I would not be home then. I went through drive through 11/6/24 at 9:02pm. Ordered 3 piece tender meal with fries. The fries were cold and stale and the chicken strips weren't much better. I called the store at 2:03pm on 11/7/24. Asked for the manager, he said he was, I explained my experience and started with I'm not looking for a refund or free food. I ordered my food online was charged over the online price almost $5.00 more, the staff said they don't control the pricing online. Asked for my receipt and they could not provide me with a receipt. I'm assuming Dave is the manager. He was nice and a customer there said that Dave always takes care of him. I waited 15 minutes at the counter to get someone to take my order, someone came by after 5 minutes to say he can't take my order yet until they've caught up. After eventually getting my order taken I waited 30 minutes for food and the order was totally incorrect. I had to wait 15 minutes to get the food corrected. All the other customers were coming back up to the counter to get their order corrected also. Every order I saw that went out had someone going back to get it fixed. I drove back thru and cashier was rude .I started to eat the chicken thinking it was my breast piece but was actually a thigh she demanded it back with my box and then gave me just the breast. Came here tonight. Called in 35 minutes ahead as I live 30 minutes away. I took an half an hour to get here (because I'm still sitting here waiting for food) and they didn't even have my order done. Everyone is walking around like they're unsure of themselves or their job. I'm sitting next to two very irritated customers and we have watched 7 people get their to go orders quicker than we did when we even called in for our orders. I'm being comped a free cake. The food was okay(not finger lickin' good). They do not give enough ranch with you meal. The customer service would not give us the amount we should have gotten with our meal. They were going to charge extra and that was a no go. While the service was fast and the food delicious, the customer service was poor. The woman taking our order was impatient (I had taken someone with me whom had never had KFC). Food was fair... not cooked quite as done as chicken should be... a bit pink near the bone. The bad: the "music" was from K103, very loud and distasteful rock..(Hate that station!) WORST VISIT EVER FOR $27!!! We went through the drive thru and ordered a fill up meal (bone in crispy chicken) plus a couple extra sides. We get to the window and the guy teenager was less than patient when we asked about sauces and then threw us one sauce even though we got a 7 piece chicken meal. Then the Hispanic woman took over after my husband had to honk to get someone's attention again and debated with us how much chicken we just bought!!!!! Tried to charge us .25 per sauce when we were allowed at least 4 free sauces with how much we got (the paper is on the window to tell you how many you get and for what). We drive all the way home, dig into the box to find 4 little tiny wings that they included in the box as part of the 7 pieces. THEY HAD NO MEAT ON THEM!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN A REAL PEICE OF CHICKEN!!!!!!. Since the new building has begun, the service is inconsistent and often incorrect. I always order mashed potatoes without gravy; I usually get gravy all over the potatoes. 8 times out of 10 they'll get your order wrong, in spite of asking the person taking it to repeat it back. Since I always order via the drive-thru, I really don't want to have to open the packages in my car to verify my order. So I keep hoping this time my order will be right and I'm usually disappointed. On the plus side, the manager has provided me with replacement food items when I've called to complain. Also the clerks at the drive-thru window will look through my order to verify it if I ask them. BUT I SHOULDN'T *HAVE* TO DO EITHER! I was really disappointed when the remodel of this store was finished and it didn't include an A&W (they're owned by the same corporation). So, basically, this store is a continuing disappointment.
