I waited for almost 2 hours for my pizza order. Nobody delivered. I called the location and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. When I finally got through to a manager, I was told, 'Oh yeah, we don't have a delivery driver tonight. It's a problem with the system. I can't control that. We cancelled your order,' and was told to expect my money back in 5 business days. Never once did I receive an apology or any offer to make things right. I love this Pizza Hut. They are always quick with my orders and it's so easy to call in my order. They're always so kind on the phone and in person I've never had a bad experience. I haven't been to this location recently but growing up I used to go here all the time and the pizza was always so delicious this was my second pizza go to place with Abby's being my first buttttt their pizza has always been amazing... This place should have never opened back up. They get every order wrong. We should have learned long ago but since they are on our way home, we still go here but never again. Tonight, we ordered extra sauce and they put NO SAUCE on the pizza. Almost as bad as when we order extra pepperoni, PAY for extra, and receive the usual amount of pepperoni. This is my second negative experience with this Pizza Hut delivery. Will not be ordering again. An hour after ordering called and waited on hold for five minutes to find out we weren't scheduled for delivery for another 22 minutes. Asked the manager of the pizza would be hot, as last time it took this long it was delivered luke warm. 30 minutes later our delivery came the pizza and bread sticks weren't even like warm, it was cold. Yikes, what happened to this place? It was nice at one one. I am starving and made up my mind to give them a try only out of desperation on a Saturday night - 8pm. The place is filthy. Everything is sticky, greasy. I mean everything, the tables, the menus, etc. Floor is covered with debris. Can't believe the ceiling still has the dust catching asbestos/popcorn from the 70s, wow! Service slow and when it comes it's obvious they don't know what they are doing. The reasonable pricing & food selection looks good, beer not at all unless you like bud or bud lite, period. Salad bar is sad and untouched for obvious reasons- yuk! Pizza finally came and it's the wrong crust but heck I am too hungry to care. It's is actually not bad at all. I called to inform Pizza Hut that I needed my food for delivery after selecting carry out by mistake. The girl who answered the phone told me that they would have to void my card and charge me a $3 delivery fee. I told the girl that I think you guys should wave that since our last few experiences have not been good. She asked her manager and she said that there is nothing they can do. I told her I was going to put in a complaint with corporate. She said that's fine. During my conversation with this girl she cut me off multiple times while I was speaking to her. At the end of the call I asked for the managers name and she quickly said thank you and hung up on me. I called back and told her I asked you a question and you hung up on me. One of the worst places to eat in Woodburn. Over all food was good but service is bad. It started with waitress bringing the other customers order to our table . Got my appetizer when I was ready to leave. Waitress wasn't around. If you need something or refill then get up and go to the front. This new pizza hut had me a bit disappointed, here's why , after waiting long months for it to get opened up again , first it's a lot smaller, second you guys took out the salad bar you guys used to have, that was my favorite thing about the old pizza hut, the salad bar was awesome , third , not only that , you guys took out the games the you used have , the ones i would put a quarter in to play , now this new one is so plane and small it has nothing and only a few tables , i find it that there was no point on building a whole new pizza hut, you guys should've just remodeled the old and could've even made it bigger , but instead you guys did the opposite, this new pizza hut is plane , less fun , less healthy , has slow service. My family would love going there celebrate birthdays and graduations at the old pizza hut, now that we have seen this new pizza hut we will no longer be going there for those occasions, for there is much smaller space and no more fun games we will no longer be assisting this new pizza hut for any fun occasions. My family has been coming to Pizza Hut for years, service is good and obviously pizza is great (kids especially love the stuffed crust!). But, the server Hela Morales is an incompetent bitch. You know she's bad when I had to go out of my way to find her on Facebook and make a yelp account for the sole purpose of making sure this company knows the kind of workers they have under their roof. She is an embarrassment to the entire franchise. Constantly using her phone and talking about her at-home life when we came to Pizza Hut for PIZZA, not pity party with Hela. Our food was done, and instead of putting it on the table, my family had to suffer through another story about how her son doesn't come home (it's truly a mystery why). This was definitely one of the most strange dining experiences I've had. The waiter was "friendly", and that's as far as it went. The buffet table at lunch was not impressive upon entry, but that was not a concern then as I have encountered that situation often and it was corrected later. It never really got corrected in this case though. There was a new pizza coming out from time to time; not one I would have chosen, and the quality was just not up to par. Then there was the service... A short time into my dining experience, my waiter decided to take his break. No problem... or was it? No one took his place. He enjoyed his own meal off of the buffet. So no drink refills. This is one of the downsides to Pizza Hut lunch buffet, not having self service drinks. I don't mind getting my own, but if the only way I am able to get a refill is to get water out of the restroom faucet, there is a problem. read more
